Almost everything can be gluten-free 🤩. We took a mixed fried dish (croquettes and meatballs) and the puccia with octopus. Take away and eat by the sea. The fried food was a little greasy and the octopus a little tough, but I would go back and recommend it.

We have been customers of Brasserie since it was a small pub. Today we returned after a long time to the new location and we were pleasantly impressed. In particular, I was very pleased to order without any problem GLUTEN FREE. The boy who served us, Vittorio, was super helpful, kind and nice and advised us when ordering. The desserts were also very good, the brownies which were included in the gluten-free options were very tasty. We recommend living the BRASSERIE EXPERIENCE, it will not disappoint you!

I admit my lack, many years in Salento and only last night I was in this restaurant despite having 'passed over' dozens and dozens of times. Enchanting place, impeccable service with a smile, good food and a fair price. A detail that doesn't hurt if you are informed and prepared about allergens or intolerances (my wife has celiac disease)... several dishes are already gluten-free, then they have (packaged) SG bread and even fried SG fish (very good) in a dedicated fryer. Of course we will return.

I never expected to find a place like this in a small town like Melpignano, but I must say the truth surprised me on every front. Let's start from the restaurant, very beautiful, elegant and welcoming atmosphere, polite and friendly staff, one in particular Margherita who kindly served us every time with a smile. The food, let me start by saying that all the photos are of gluten-free dishes, so there is no need to say anything other than that it is all delicious, I challenge you to go and distinguish gluten-free from non-gluten-free. However, beyond this, the food is delicious, the flavors are genuine and it stands out that each ingredient is fresh. Prices, I would say, excellent despite the very high quality of the food. So if you have reached this point in the review it means that there is only one thing missing for you to do, book and go because you will not be disappointed. 5 stars and above 🌟

Positive opinion, even if I prefer a more Easy atmosphere. I didn't really understand if it was actually a formal place or if it wanted to appear so. Location on the pleasant terrace (the same fryer visible at the entrance is also worth considering). What we got was well made, some mix-ups with the bill, but resolved without a hitch. The arrival of gluten-free bread was much appreciated due to the presence of a celiac at the table. Some types of pasta are available for intolerance.

What struck me most about this place was the attention to the customer. I had ordered a gluten-free pizza but it came out a little too "crunchy". The owner noticed that I was having some difficulty eating it and without me saying anything she immediately arranged for another truly delicious and crumbly one to be made. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the pizzas and fritti are excellent and I saw some very inviting first courses passing by. Low prices. We will definitely be back

We had lunch at Crianza on Easter day. Even though we hadn't booked, the staff welcomed us with enthusiasm and was ready to satisfy our every need. Giorgio, together with the other waiters, guided us in choosing the dishes which, in fact, were better than each other. We tasted the specials of the day: Tris Sea Tartare and Paccheri Filled with Creamed Cod, what can I say SPECTACULAR! Furthermore, for those intolerant to lactose and gluten, there are also dedicated options for desserts (what not taken for granted even today). I tasted the Artisan Ice Cream Pralines. Tasting of three flavors of ice cream covered in dark chocolate: Marzipan, Orange Dark Chocolate, Dried Figs and Cupeta were superlative! The alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails were also carefully crafted and were excellent. A 5 star dinner. Very high quality fish and above all a lot of attention to my celiac disease. They cooked me the gluten-free pasta I wanted without any problems. I have now been a customer for over thirty years and I still remember when, as a child, the owner let me put the chair sideways to the wall of the wood-fired oven in winter to fall asleep in that warmth. Now the room has become much larger and has a vintage and creative decor that captures attention every time: historical photos, old peasant tools revisited, an ancient fireplace and a stove, plows and pitchforks (transformed into coats). Il piazzaiolo is an institution and makes delicious gluten-free pizza, fresh bread and traditional pucci. The meat is something unique and there is no shortage of homemade pittula and meatballs. The self-produced sausage is good, light and healthy. The house wine is always soft on the palate. Ancient atmosphere and dishes between traditional and modern, low prices compared to the quality of the products, always very clean environments and excellent service. If I've been going there for 30 years there must be a reason!

I went there for the first time a few days ago, I must say that I was surprised at how you can combine food and fun for the little ones as there are some games. I don't think we have an internal room or perhaps it is very small, we were outside under a roof. Decent cuisine, acceptable cocktails, there is also gluten free cuisine, convenient parking, so all in all we will return.

During an evening walk, I saw this restaurant and decided to go in. And I did not regret it. The music is pleasant, the staff is very polite and friendly. Now I can't even remember where else I met such good staff. A large assortment of wines and other alcoholic beverages, a large assortment on the menu. I wanted something sweet and decided on a gluten-free mango cheesecake and prosecco. Everything is delicious. I am sure I will return to this restaurant.

On a holiday trip to Salento, looking for a high-quality restaurant but with attention to gluten-free, we found the Fienile, in Galatina. A very pleasant surprise. Set in the historic center of the city, overlooking the splendid Basilica of Santa Caterina, the Fienile offers traditional dishes, excellently mixed with contemporary cuisine, combining aesthetics and taste. The dishes chosen were all of a high standard, the freshness of the raw materials and the balanced taste of the combinations were particularly appreciated. Excellent attention to gluten free, with the menu almost entirely convertible and the staff very attentive and precise in recommending the ideal solution.
