My daughter and her husband took me out for dinner last night and chose this restaurant because it was gluten free. What a win! They were featuring a concert band and we were seated in the first seat, right beside them. We thought at first that it would be too noisy, and it was! But what fun! As my daughter said, "We get to visit all the time, but when do we get to be entertained like this?" As expected, the food was great and I didn't have to worry about being sick. It was very special, and we will be back.

An okay diner it feels kinda tight and is loud but the fact it's gluten friendly is a big plus and on top of that the food tastes absolutely amazing, which is hard without gluten. Coffee was not fun and it was super busy. Overall it's a cute place every once in awhile, though I don't think you'd want to make it a regular spot.

Good sized portions of fish and chips. Gluten free options safe for celiacs. If you plan on getting a traditional meat pie, be sure to order in advance as they can take about 35 minutes to prepare.

Yum! The double cheeseburger & fries were delicious. I got the gluten-free bun, which was soft and fluffy 😇 I am highly sensitive to gluten cross contamination and get sick from the smallest exposure. I was fine, felt great after with no symptoms. The young person who took my order was kind and knew exactly what to say to ease my nerves around potential cross contamination. If you need a big and filling burger that is grilled to perfection, then make this place your next stop xo

I am celiac. Everything here is amazing. All the desserts are gluten free and there's lots of variety and choice. The sandwiches can be made gf and the coffees are great. The business is female owned and operated so happy to support female entrepreneurs too. The high teas are a great excuse to get together with friends

Today was my first experience at PF Changs and it did not disappoint! They had a great selection of Gluten Free options, I was served a complimentary soup to enjoy and both the manger and me server were very nice. Will be back!

Cannot thank Angela and the team at Banh Mi Day enough for taking on my massive catering order for my office this week. Not only was the communication incredible (including suggestions on how many platters/types of platters to order), but when the food arrived day of, it was so carefully packages and labelled to make setting it out for staff that much easier. It was a first ordering banh mi to the office and it was an absolutely hit - especially with my gluten free and halal staff. Will definitely be ordering for catering in the future, as well as continuing to stop by for a banh mi and Vietnamese iced coffee on my own time.

Against All Grain Benny was by far the best eggs benedict I’ve ever had. Got the spicy hollandaise and it was just the right mild spice. The Brussel sprouts were sweet, carmelized and pure perfection. Vegan and gluten free which was perfect. I will be back to try other vegan GF items.

They are not careful when it comes to correctly labeling and preparing for dietary needs. I have Celiacs Disease and due to them giving me a regular bagel with the written label of a "gluten free" I'm now experiencing agonizing symptoms. Luckily I won't die, but if you have any allergies DO NOT GO TO THIS REMEDY. Could you imagine if it was a nut allergy?! Do better.

I will forever rave about this place. We've only come twice as we lo Iive In Calgary & have never found a restaurant come close. The experience of fondue with actual tables surrounding this experience, the atmosphere and friendly staff is EVERYTHING. This place has such a great atmosphere inside and it feels really enjoyable to spend a night or some time during midday. Food is okay, we ordered two sets of pasta and it was great, also got chicken strips that were not worth buying in my opinion. From crucial benefits of this place I can refer separate gluten free menu that we got from waiter by our request. During busy hours place gets packed and you might need to wait for some time but I believe that it is worth it for sure.

GF Fried Breaded Chicken is always one of my go to’s but I must say when eating the Carrot Cake slice drizzled with caramel sauce & homemade thick whipped cream with fresh strawberries…it was heavenly! Not to mention everything completely gluten free, I being Celiac. I love this absolute gem in Edmonton. Very cozy atmosphere, wonderful staff, & a big chefs kiss to the talented chefs! I’ve also been to the roast beef buffets & everything is incredible! Endless assortments & varieties of anything you can imagine. Quality & Excellence! This place is awesome. I've been here for dinner as well as a business breakfast networking thing. The food and beer are amazing. There are a ton of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. I had the king pao tofu lettuce wraps and they were delicious. The building is super cool too.

Always delicious and fresh, fast service. A true gem . (Last months visit) Today's visit. After waiting a month to return here with my family, I am very let down . I need to amend my review from 5 stars to 2 to reflect on today's visit. I had an awful experience by Greg, the owners son. We were treated poorly and without respect at all. How embarrassing to be argued with in front of the entire café. After explaining to him about the foods quality and taste, I was treated as though I was not being truthful. I asked for a 1/2 gluten-free turkey sandwich with everything but tomatoes and lettus and a cup of soup. The food was brought out it was a whole sandwich. I mentioned that i only ordered 1/2 and then was told after it came out that "they don't do 1/2 sandwiches for gluten-free bread," and there were no sprouts. (Instead of letting me know when I ordered) I took one bite and couldn't even eat it as it was dry and the turkey meat was a large amount of dark, bruised meat and a tiny bit of white where it wouldnt even stay on the bread, in comparison to my last visit where it was the best sandwich I ever had, I was very disappointed and let down today. Also, for being charged $32 for a breakfast for my mom and sister it was cold and over priced for 3 eggs and 8 pieces of meat, cold potatoes and dry toast. Also, none of the kitchen staff were wearing hair nets or gloves, and I witnessed one cook wipe his nose with his finger and then on his apron. 🤢 The other 2 staff members we encountered were kind and polite. I am absolutely sad to be treated with such rudeness after I've been visiting this café for years off and on and being a paid, returning customer. I am still in shock as to how Greg treated me today, so upset and left hungry.

The food was amazing. 2 of us shared the family style 3 course meal and every piece was phenomenal. My partner got the salt cod and it was also amazing. They also accommodated my celiac amazingly and did it all gluten free. Service was notably good and the restaurant is so cute. Our server asked if we wanted refills when we had one sip left of our drink, was very friendly and professional. Also, first restaurant in my experience to read the OpenTable comments area, and asked about the holiday I noted and my celiac.

Kennedy was an amazing waitress and it was an amazing experience and atmosphere. The food was amazing. I especially like it here because they have many gluten free options including gluten free buns and a separate gluten free fryer.

We really enjoyed our meal here from the food to the atmosphere to the service. At first, we were disappointed with the menu since they have limited gluten-free options. It would be so easy for them to get a good quality vegan/gluten-free bread – – perhaps from”Food in the Nud” nearby — and be able to offer a gluten-free option for the sandwich and tomato soup combo and the veggie burger combo, both items that we hoped to try. We ended up very happy with our selection, however, and shared the gluten-free pancakes, which were Matcha/lemon/blueberry and the vegan omelette. Both had incredible flavor profiles, were cooked to perfection, and you could tell they were made with quality ingredients. We are so grateful to have found this restaurant during our visit to Edmonton.

Great food — if you have dairy and gluten allergy, Pip is very accommodating (but pricey). They have a separate grill for the meat and you can order the steak or chicken. The kale salad and patatas bravas are also allergy friendly.

Amazing food and wonderful welcoming service! Everyone at my table was raving about how delicious their plates were. Fresh seasonal fruit is common in the dishes and it was lovely. Marching was our server and you can tell he is very passionate about his job here. Friendly and attentive. If anyone in your party is gluten sensitive they have a delicious gluten free crepe with fresh fruit. I ordered a traditional breakfast with a side of avocado. Everyone loved their lattes as well.

They must have changed their menu since I went when it first opened because the gluten free options were more with the types of burgers I could have. They nailed the red robin vibe so definitely a place I'd go back to. The bottomless fries are the draw for me!

It is a cute little spot more upscale than many other Italian restaurants in Edmonton, jeans and a nice shirt are perfect but dressing up wouldn't feel out of place. Service was terrific, friendly and attentive while not feeling faked. Food was quite good, rich in flavor and textures. Steak and mushroom risotto may have been a bit on the heavy side with nothing to offset it. Pescatore (gluten free) was very good, good balance of flavor with the citrus cream sauce and the penne was properly aldente. ☺️ We made a reservation in advance, requested a wheelchair table and identified I was celiac, the table was prepared with the restricted diet menu and open spot for my husband's chair. Some comments have whined about a lack of table cloths and the utensils being in paper napkins, personally I prefer that for the cleanliness it affords. No one is touching the utensils when setting the table, and no gross cloths with remnants of 🤢sloppy/sniveling past guests. When coming with a wheelchair, note that the door is not automatic and you'll need to navigate a smaller exterior landing at the entrance to get around the outswing of the double door. Inside is a well sized foyer with room to turn around as long as it's not stuffed with people. IFYKYK 😉. A bonus is that it is the main entrance, not a service door and accessible parking is right out front if a bit tight. If you need assistance with the doors, I'm certain the people there will be happy to help with a smile. A really wonderful caring vibe was felt when we were there. Solid experience and will definitely recommend and return!

My husband and I took his daughter here along with some other family members to celebrate her graduation from university. She had eaten at this restaurant before but we had not. I have celiac disease, require all food to be gluten free and am very afraid of cross contamination. There is only a select few “safe” restaurants I will eat at on a special occasions and this is now one I will add to my list! I was aware ahead of time of the food selection thanks to the website clearly listing their menu and dietary restrictions, however our server was VERY helpful and lovely. All items at the salad bar and hot table were clearly labeled with gluten, dairy, nuts, etc. and our server had fresh gluten free cheese buns brought out to me that had not sat next to the other regular bread to reduce risk of cross contamination (although both breads did not touch on the table). Our party of five (except me) ate every type of meat there was and we all agreed that the grilled pineapple was simply the best ! I don’t eat a lot of meat and the salad bar selection was excellent along with an order of shrimp. The servers were all friendly, prompt and clearly hard working. Our bill was steep but well worth it. The quality of food and drink is evident. We cannot wait to eat here again. Thank you for the excellent experience.

OEB Kitchen & Bar at Edmonton airport had gluten free options for breakfast. I had the traditional Benny with gluten free English muffin and canadian bacon. It was cooked right soft poached. I was not a big fan of the hollandaise but the overall dish was good. I was not confident it was gluten free due to the server bringing the food out and not identifying which meal was the gluten free. I had to ask. Prices quite high.$25 per person for breakfast is not something I will do again. I did not have steak and eggs 🤨

Busy place so always book a reservation if you don't want to wait. Service was awesome. I ordered Gluten-free and they were very attentive to my meal. The cook and manager both came out to talk to me about my allergy and rest assured that I would be taken care of. Excellent meal.

Definitely need improvement on handling allergies. Was served flour tortillas despite informing my server of a gluten allergy and requesting to be swapped to corn tortillas. When I informed my server of the mistake she said they were corn, I asked her to double check and sure enough they were not corn. As a server you should be able to spot the difference and do a double check before the food comes to the table.

We came with many dietary restrictions as one person in our party was unable to have soy, dairy, and gluten. Our server Jade was extremely accommodating and thorough. For example, we were hesitant about the lobster roll sauce so we offered to just omit the sauce but Jade was concerned the rolls would lack flavor and brought us a sample of the sauce instead. Jade and the kitchen were very thorough in checking all the ingredients for the dishes we were interested in and were able to modify the lobster rolls to be gluten, dairy, and soy free. The other members of our party did not have dietary restrictions and enjoyed the mussel bowl and donair. Overall I'd highly recommend coming here if you have dietary restrictions, they are very thorough in checking their ingredients and they make sure you feel comfortable while doing so.

I really like this place, delicious food and wide range of dishes. I tried sandwiches, cesar salad and mac and cheese, all of these were tasty and fresh. One more benefit is the fact that you can order gluten-free options.

My family went out to the Keg for dinner tonight and it was beyond outstanding. I have been recently diagnosed with Celiac disease and discovered the Keg is a safe place for me to eat at. Once we were seated, our waiter came by and greeted us, sharing the specials for the night. I informed him that I was Celiac, and he made sure to inform me of how serious they take all allergies and pointed out food I could have safely on their menu. Once we ordered, the manager came around to further speak with me and reassure me they were taking precautions to ensure my meal was safe. Even apologizing that their before dinner bread was not gluten-free. Our meal came out quickly and was perfectly done and delicious. Our waiter kept our drinks full without interference with our conversation. Once we were done, he offered options for dessert that were safe for me to have and I greatly appreciated his care to this. I will definitely go back and highly recommend the Keg for any special occasions or a nice treat meal out. The price was well worth it. The staff were amazing and we never felt rushed to leave. A very enjoyable evening out.

Visiting Edmonton from California, we weren’t sure what to expect in terms of vegan food. This restaurant blew us away. The flavors were delicious and creative, the best vegan Asian food I’ve had tied with a small restaurant in Santa Monica, California. We loved all three dishes we tried, and will be heading back for brunch on our way out of town. Their staff was well informed and helpful, there is a separate gluten-free menu, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. This is a must try!

Ordered from Uber eats for a family meal. I am celiac therefore my food must be gluten free. My poke bowl (labeled allergy:wheat) had tempura crumbs on it. I was offered a gift card or a replacement (which I would have to drive and pick up). I accepted the gift card, and was told to call back if I didn’t receive it. Three days later I called back, was “transferred” and the hung up on. I am totally unpressed.

I am so glad Campio has landed in Ritchie! The atmosphere and plethora of beverage offerings are awesome. The only thing I would give as feedback is that it is extremely hard as an individual with celiac to eat here. Their menu is rife with GF and GF+ items, which excited me at first, however, there is an absolute risk of cross-contamination due to the lack of separate fryers or prep space. I appreciated the staff's confirmation of this, but it makes it really hard to go here now. Liquid diet it is!

Have been here multiple times and never had an issue with the service, but the other day I went in with my friend who has celiac disease and she ordered the corn tortillas when my other friend and I ordered flour. When the food came out it seemed like me and my non celiac friends tacos were on corn tortillas and my celiac friends looked like it was on flour. Having already verbalized a celiac disease to the waitress, we called her over to double check and make sure that the tacos were properly plated and she said that they were rang in and brought out correctly. My celiac friend later had a reaction and I find it hard to believe that the tortillas she got were the correct corn ones. I understand an honest mistake on ringing in food, but even when we clarified with the waitress she didn't seem sure that they were the correct tortillas despite saying that they were, and she did not offer to double check either. There would be nothing else that could've made my friend have a reaction other than those tacos.
