Stopped in for breakfast today and was seated right away. I ordered the omelette and gluten free waffle and the food was delicious! Service was spectacular, too! So good that I ate my leftovers for lunch today!
Dalton was a wonderful server!! He was so kind and courteous about my gluten allergy. We will be back! Thank you for a great date night with my husband!
Expensive, but the food, service and atmosphere was great. Very nice area for a special occasion. We had the prime rib, petite prime rib, asparagus, jalapeño infused potatoes, and creme brulee. Our server was very attentive to our needs as well. They offer a nice gluten free menu as well.
Vincent was an excellent server.
This restaurant could use a little refresh in the entry but I do like the local art in the dining area.
For a restaurant being so progressive with it's menu and careful with gluten/vegan cuisine I do not understand why there are not markings on the menu. Disappointed in allergens not being marked especially since this is a sister restaurant to Wheat Penny who despite the name actually does gluten allergy notices excellently.
Tonight I had a herb vinaigrette salad. I feel like someone was trying to be unique with the dressing. I've had a lot of vinaigrettes and salads. I never dislike a salad. I did not like it. The olives were oddly flavored. The cheese was good, but the dressing had herbs de provence or something odd in it I couldn't put my finger on. I feel like that's such an acquired to be taste, it should be mentioned or the dressing needs to be renamed or reformulated to be more like a goddess. It said it was lemon and didn't taste like lemon or vinegar or oil. Mostly avocado and herbs.
I highly recommend the caprese toast on gluten free bread. That's one of the best things I've had in a long time. The tomatoes were red, fresh, and juicy.
The burnt peach and macadamia nut cheesecake was not it. I feel like it has a lighter feel with more egg/custard taste than cheese. Needs more sugar and more cream cheese, more brown sugar crumble. Pass the burnt top and replace by peach jam or something like that.
I hope they are as celiac friendly as was shared by server. I'll report back. **Can't notice specific issues with gluten.
Also the two-tops were too close to each other to have no music playing. There needed to be background music because it was near impossible not to hear the entirety of the next conversation. One table should be removed in that row.
Although the restaurant met our needs that day I wouldn't be swift to return, but can recognize the value of a locally owned place with a strong following.
My boyfriend and I went to brunch here this past Sunday and it was phenomenal! The food, service and , atmosphere are amazing! Our server Makenzie was the best and very knowledgeable about the menu. I have celiac disease so I’m always apprehensive to try new places but I can say with certainty we will be back!
A great stop if you're in the area. Good service and very fun atmosphere. I had the pork burrito which is fantastic, and my wife was able to find a lot of tasty options which is challenging because she's gluten free. Our kids enjoyed the items from the kids menu.
Terrible customer service. They ran out of regular buns. All they had were chipotle or gluten-free buns, which you have to pay additional money for. That was not properly explained. Why make the customer pay additional money when you are at fault. When I asked to speak to a Manger to have the additional charges taken off, some rude and unprofessional person told me it was my fault for not choosing to have the burgers without a bun.
If you’re looking for a causal, cozy brunch, this is your place! The brunch food is delicious & the mimosa/Bloody Mary bar is a fun experience. Brunch in the summer is my favorite: out on the private patio, with great food and a calm atmosphere. I’m there every weekend.
The accommodations for food have been a game changer. It’s hard to find a bar that has gluten free and vegan options. I can always count on something that u can eat there.
Lastly, always say yes to the Herbie Dip as a side. I look forward to it every time I go!
Brought 6 people and 5 really enjoyed their meal. I loved the Hawaiian Burger. Wife appreciated the gluten free option. Greek fries were good. Only exception was that my daughter didn't care for the pasta but it's a sandwich place so... :)
Nice place to dine if you're visiting Dayton, Ohio and want something a bit more upscale. My wife has celiacs and had no issues getting a gluten free meal. The waiter kindly told us most menu items could be prepared GF, even though there are no markings on the menu.
The BEST restaurant I've been to in Dayton! This place goes above and beyond any expectation that I have for any restaurants. The hot tea was served in a French press, they created a house salad for me that was vegan and gluten free, and the rosemary potatoes and the zucchini were so absolutely amazing that I can't wait to order them again soon. You can see the little extra special touches in the pictures like the fact that they bring the fancy teacup with a little plate with a stirring spoon, a glass jar of honey, and the most delicious salad dressing I think I've ever had in my life was served in a glass dessert cup with spoon. I sent a tip to the cook, and I have only done that maybe twice in my entire 46 years. You seriously cannot go wrong here. I am ultra-picky, have lots of allergies, and cannot think of a place I'd rather eat.
So much fun at On Par! I celebrated my 40th here earlier this week in the Gem Karaoke room. Thank you for having some gluten free labeled taps! Really enjoyed the ciders and seltzers. Tiffany was an excellent photographer! Only been twice so far, but the staff have all been so fun and amazing.
Checked out Eudora for the first time, and it was wonderful! They were having a Fall Festival event with vendors, which added to the atmosphere.
The food is EXCELLENT! I had the flight of tacos. All were delicious, but I especially liked the carnitas. It was a perfect flavor balance of toppings with meat. My partner had the Hot One burger, which he really enjoyed. But the spinach artichoke dip was beyond fantastic (eat it with the bread or chips.... Both are phenomenal).
The beers were tasty. Just a fair warning: they don't cell wine, ciders, or "giggle water" on Sundays (which is unfortunate for anyone who has gluten restrictions). Otherwise, great environment, food and drinks. Definitely a 5 out of 5.

We visited the Pine Club for our first time last night. We arrived around 6 and it was an hour wait. The bar is a decent size with a vast drink menu. I had the Pine Cabernet and for $10 it was good. There are very generous on the pours as well. I have heard great things about their steaks and I would give my filet a thumbs up. It was a tad under cooked but not anything to complain about. Teresa was our server and she did a great job. She mentioned she had worked there for 22 years and was very kind about questioning the chef regarding gluten allergy. I would recommend they step up there side game. The garlic potatoes were very good. All in all we had a good experience. It's awesome they include a whole meal (salad, side, and meat) in the price. The salad didn't have much for toppings.
It very dim light so don't worry about getting fancy.
Well done Pine Club. I would recommend people to try your establishment.
This place has a nice vibe. We went in for a late dinner and sat at the kitchen bar, which was fun. I was most excited to try the Brussel sprouts but was a little disappointed. It's an amazing presentation but they are just a little too . . . much, for me. Literally, a friend and I shared the dish and I still took a large portion home, and figuratively, it was just so rich and sweet, my palette got tired of the dish after just five bites or so. The beet salad was interesting. But the scallops were fantastic - I don't think I've ever had a scallop more perfectly cooked! The house sangria was very tasty. The service was excellent as well. There are several other dishes I'd like to try from their menu and I'm impressed with the number of gluten free and vegan or vegetarian dishes.
We went as a family since we have never been there. Jake, one of the owners and Katie helped us. They were wonderful. Actually everyone was great. The lady who seated us told us how wonderful the baklava was, and it is. Katie recommended the potato with a philly choice in it, so good! They have gluten-free breaded chicken that my husband loved. This was definitely a hidden gem. We got in and it wasn't crazy busy on a Saturday night. We will definitely be back
Very flavorful! Make sure to ask about the hotness of the different spices, and you'll have a delicious meal. Gluten-free options labeled as well. This curry rice bowl was perfection.
Chef Phillip Morgan and his crew have time and time again gone above and beyond to give us a great experience with their food. From verifying what ingredients are in the food (I can't eat gluten), to getting food out to us in a timely manner, and taking precautions to make sure I can enjoy their craft I cannot overstate how grateful I am for this experience.
Tastes like I've teleported to a warm home in Jerusalem. Huge portions, vegan/gluten-free meals, incredibly friendly chef and staff, very delicious. This is a staple place for me as someone who is gluten/dairy intolerant.
Would like to see a wider menu that is more inclusive of dietary preferences (vegan, dairy free, gluten free etc.) But the salad I ordered was on point and the atmosphere is really great. I will absoluetly be back.
