I don't give them less because it makes me sad. This bar was trusted by my family, because we have a celiac in the family. Lately it's been a disaster, the dishes come cold and more than 20 minutes pass between dishes. The portions on the menus are ridiculous and they are constantly rushing the customer to finish and leave before 3. It leaves a lot to be desired.

This restaurant has the best waiter of all. He is always smiling, very talkative, and friendly. I went there twice and really enjoyed the food. Everything is gluten-free which is great when you are celiac but if you aren't I'm sure you'll still enjoy it a lot. They also have plenty of vegan options. I totally recommend this place!

Great surprise of a gluten-free establishment in the south of Tenerife. 100% for celiacs. Good service from the staff, pleasant atmosphere, one of the best places I have ever seen, clean, decorated with televisions for sports lovers. Great selection of dishes with very well prepared food, well presented, abundant and with the peace of mind that it is ALL gluten free. Congratulations to the manager, the team of waiters and waitresses. Friendly, friendly and involved in customer service.

The chocolate and strawberry eclairs are incredible! To my downfall, the bakery is open late. I stuffed myself silly right before my dinner plans. They sell gluten free lollies and pasta as well. Favourite gluten free bakery to date!

We also went because of the Google reviews. It's definitely worth coming here if you want a nice meal one evening in Tenerife. The waiters and service were very friendly. We had gluten-free pasta, Caesar salad, and pizza – everything was delicious, especially the virgin mojitos.

Just to say that we have been visiting the gathering for years, the service has always been impeccable and close. The food is always great and the price is right. They also work gluten-free and there is no problem of cross contamination. Thank you very much for always taking such good care of us at the gathering. This is the place we liked most in Fuerteventura and we are sorry we only discovered it on the last day otherwise we would have returned to try the other tastings. The idea of ​​the 5 tapas and the gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan choice is nice. Don't be afraid to order the Tiramisu because it is delicious!! For us the service was good and without too much waiting and the owner was good company.

It serves pizza and pasta, good news is it does gluten free pizza (not calzone despite what the menu might imply). If you don't need gluten free I'm sure you can get as good pizza somewhere else for cheaper.

We went for breakfast with 2 people (one with celiac disease and one without) and the truth is that the food was very good, they have a wide variety. I, who am not celiac, did not notice the difference with the bread. The only drawback I have is that the service is a bit slow... there were hardly any people and they darted to give us the food. The rest is great

As someone who is coeliac and has quite serious gluten ataxia, it can be really hard to travel safely. We had a few bad experiences on the island and not many people understood how to prepare food gluten free. Green Planet staff were AMAZING. They have all been trained and everything is so separate. They are lovely lovely people and the food is divine. Beautiful service, we will always come back here.

As a regular visitor to the area I knew what Callao Salvaje was like it's a less busy resort than others but that is what I prefer lovely restaurants and bars . Regarding the hotel I had seen this empty shell of building in disrepair for years until Mynd Hotels bought it and they have done a great job in it's refurbishment. Breakfast time there was plenty of choice even gluten free which I thought was a nice touch also free filtered water in reception. My room was lovely and clean just had one problem as I had chosen to have credit to my room for not having it completely done every day there was a problem with this which I raised with Sven/Javier at reception and this was resolved very quickly many thanks. The pool area is very relaxing and no problem with finding beds which is a rarely found at other places plenty of yoga and other activities in the morning around it if that's what you like. To my final bit I would like to thank all the lovely staff at hotel that go above and beyond with special thanks to Fernando the absolute best ,friendly, efficient barman I have ever met at the pool bar and to Ruiman if that's right and also to all the other support staff at pool bar all absolute brilliant. To the reception staff Bianca/Sven on arrival couldn't have been better. Javier/Sven as said before thanks for sorting cleaning problem out many thanks And my most respect is to Florence (Superwoman)the most delightful woman i have ever met who should not be running reception/check in/check out/lobby bar all on her own which was the case 3 nights of my stay this is not fair and needs addressing . Finally the roof bar on the tv info in room says open till 10pm or 12pm can't remember this is not the case shut at 8pm and to be honest not worth visiting as for the amount of time you have to wait for table service as your not allowed to order at bar after a certain time🤔was ridiculous that's why we went to lobby bar instead and realised how the lovely Florence was under so much pressure. Overall though I would highly recommend this hotel many thanks.

A great evening and experience. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and our waiter Pier was absolutely wonderful. He was chatty, funny, kind, helpful, understanding of my coeliac dietary needs, and a true gentleman. He was so lovely we came back the next night, and requested that he was our host again, and he remembered us, our needs and what my husband Andy had ordered previously!! What a star. Definitely go there if you visit Playas! 10/10⭐️

Lovely place offering a great range of UK home comfort foods. Great menu which caters well for gluten free options. We had sandwiches which were lovely. Sometimes when on holiday it is nice to have food from home to have a break from holiday food. This place certainly caters well for that 😀 Staff are lovely as well, thanks

It was fantastic, from the food to the service. A delicious pizza and pasta, with top service. Different wines and cocktails that they like to tell you about. Also allergies such as gluten and lactose were no problem. Definitely worth trying.

Food is great even on the set menu which is photos included during the day with gluten free options and very helpful and knowledgeable about choices have eaten here twice in evening and food was delightful if not set menu it’s bigger portions and we have had a take away can not fault it our favourite Chinese restaurant in the PDC or matagorda area and we have tried alot
