There is care in everything at Gouterie, and in everything there is a pleasant surprise. You will be amazed by the mastery of the pastry chefs in producing crunchy sheets and very light sponge cakes, tasty creams and the right balance of aromas. The focaccia will leave even those who loved it before discovering they had celiac disease and were forced to give it up for a long time speechless (eager to be filled again). The rustic ones, the onion calzone are always pleasant. And beyond the counter, a friendly staff capable of guiding you through the store's varied assortment. It is a place where it is always worth returning, even for those who live far from Bari like me.

Excellent pizza. I tried both the classic dough and the gluten-free dough and was pleasantly impressed. Pizza cooked very well, thin and crunchy just right with good quality ingredients. The only flaw is that the tables are too close together and there is little intimacy. Distracted service. We asked for beer three times and the fourth time they brought it to us. Average price.

I ate here with my family while we were on holiday in Polignano. We went to this restaurant, primarily, because it offers gluten-free options, given that I have celiac disease. In addition to a very nice environment and kind and knowledgeable staff regarding the cuisine and service of gluten-free products, we were able to enjoy some truly excellent dishes. Recommended, absolutely.

A truly surprising discovery! The best almond desserts I've ever tasted, without exaggerating. One evening in April, with a group of friends, we came across this little gastronomic treasure. The owner, with great passion, told us the story of his desserts made with Toritto almonds, gluten-free and without added sugars. L'Aratro was recommended to us by a friend for a day's holiday in Alberobello. I have celiac disease...sometimes it's very "complicated" but instead I was pampered, I let myself be guided by the staff and from the starter to the dessert. I found bread, pasta, meat, vegetables and side dishes and dessert, all cooked and presented perfectly, I also forgot the recommended wine was a perfect match. We ate on the last day of our stay in Alberobello, good food, impeccable service and lots of attention for celiacs. Excellent value for money, with a fixed menu of €30 we ate plenty from the starter to the dessert without any problem for my wife who is celiac and was also able to taste the cicatielli (dry pasta typical of Puglia such as orecchiette). Five stars well deserved congratulations

Location unfortunately in the popular heart of the San Pasquale district. Parking difficult but can be solved with the affiliated garage. Courteous and very helpful staff. Assorted menu with many tasty pizzas all seasoned with quality ingredients. Good gluten-free pizzas (nothing exceptional but those products are difficult to make). Very high quality/price ratio. Highly recommended!!!

Wow, I had an amazing gluten free pasta here! When I tasted it I didn’t believe it was gluten free ⭐️ we had this cheese starter for which they had gluten free bread, this was delicious and the ravioli was also great. We really enjoyed the food here and it was a nice atmosphere :)

We randomly came across this as it’s a tiny bit out of the very touristy area. They offered all of the pasta’s with gluten free orecchiette and it was so delicious. They also gave gluten-free bread and taralli to start. The pizzas that the other guests had looked amazing too.

Came here for the gluten free pizza and it was sooo good! They don’t offer all of the pizzas form the normal menu but have about 10 to select from. Really good base so highly recommend. The restaurant has basic outdoor area but inside is quite sweet.

Very nice and pleasant place. We took an appetizer with tartare and raw meats. Sea. I must say really good fish and excellent raw fish. The first ones to follow, however, were nothing special: calamarata risotto and tagliolini, all three tasteless. Then we had a normal fry in the center and some desserts. With 5 bottles of very good wine we paid approximately €80 each. Let's say that overall very good fish and gluten-free options although the main dishes were nothing special.
