Gluten-free bakery (safe for celiacs). There are a lot of cookies and biscuits. But if you want savory baked goods or croissants, there is little choice, especially if you want it to be vegetarian or vegan (there is nothing there). I had a small pizza, but the base was soaked with liquid (mushy consistency). The pastry was filled with cream and there was way too much cream. The rolls were soft and didn't taste good. The staff is also not polite (makes you feel unwanted). I'll go to another gluten-free bakery next time.

Good trattoria in the centre, traditional dishes with the possibility of having the entire menu also gluten-free. The dishes are tasty and plentiful, the prices are average for the center of Palermo, the only important note is that the penne rigate cannot be served with fried courgettes, this first course must absolutely be served with spaghetti or spaghettoni, a blue pencil mistake.

After a long walk from Bagheria station, we arrived at the "Le Bontà gluten-free" bakery. They immediately welcomed us with kindness and made us feel at ease. We ate sweet and savory, we won't tell you how good it was, it was exceptional. Kind, friendly family and very nice Sofia. Coming from Palermo by train was worth it.

I'm sorry but we didn't like the pizza. We came for a person who is celiac, but basically, it seemed to us that all the pizzas were made for celiacs. The dough is biscuity. There are people who like pizza like that but we don't. The environment is small... normal prices.

Upon returning to Palermo, I literally rushed into this shop on the advice of a blogger and a writer of gluten-free cookbooks who had posted on her blog, beautifully presenting this place. I have to say I couldn't believe my eyes! All the fried food is gluten-free and I must say that I limited myself to a squid, french fries and a gluten-free panelle and crocche sandwich. Everything was really great!! For the future I have decided that one by one I will have to taste them all and I must say that there are many things!! Finally a place that doesn't treat us like "sick" or where, in order not to lose a table, we have to make do with what there is. Best wishes to this amazing activity.

External environment enclosed within the walls of the surrounding buildings. The outdoor room has no fans, so you can imagine the heat felt. The internal room is cramped and has ineffective air conditioners. The pizza is average, while the gluten-free pizza is not bad. Good first courses.

Finally a pizzeria where those with intolerances can enjoy a truly delicious pizza. Special praise goes to Salvo, the waiter who served us during dinner. We made a reservation here due to the high reviews. The service was 11/10 our server was amazing but frankly this was the worst meal we’d had in Italy. We had the octopus (polpo), ravioli and calamari. The polpo (octopus starter) was amazing (!) but the ravioli and calamari were a 4/10. The server did let us know the calamari was gluten free (which is fine) but it was what we would expect from a McDonald’s calamari but for $19 euro? We may have caught this spot on an off night because the plating was gorgeous but the taste was not a 4.8/5. Bottom line the service and servers were amazing. the food unfortunately did not reflect the 4.8 review and there’s certainly better places to get food in town.

What a huge disappointment. The two of us got two pizzas. A gluten-free Romana and a margherita with mushrooms whose cooking is rather doubtful as they looked like they were defecated by a seagull. In any case, we go beyond sight and eat them, terrible, very poor quality of both the dough and the ingredients (as simple as they were). But that's not all, we also had considerable difficulty digesting the pizzas, which literally remained on our stomachs. Final gem, two pizzas (one Roman and one Margherita with mushrooms) two cokes and a bottle of water €43.50, a robbery!!! If they had been good I wouldn't have said anything, but two crazy things and excessive prices for the poor quality (saying quality is a compliment)! Huge disappointment!! Never never again

A well-organised, welcoming neighborhood pizzeria/chicken shop where you can eat excellent pizzas and more. The trousers are amazing and the dough is really good. They also bake excellent gluten-free pizzas, the pizzeria is AIC affiliated. You can also buy take-away pizza and they deliver home delivery. I have been a customer for years and have always had a good experience.
