Gluten-free bakery (safe for celiacs). There are a lot of cookies and biscuits. But if you want savory baked goods or croissants, there is little choice, especially if you want it to be vegetarian or vegan (there is nothing there). I had a small pizza, but the base was soaked with liquid (mushy consistency). The pastry was filled with cream and there was way too much cream. The rolls were soft and didn't taste good. The staff is also not polite (makes you feel unwanted). I'll go to another gluten-free bakery next time.

Good trattoria in the centre, traditional dishes with the possibility of having the entire menu also gluten-free. The dishes are tasty and plentiful, the prices are average for the center of Palermo, the only important note is that the penne rigate cannot be served with fried courgettes, this first course must absolutely be served with spaghetti or spaghettoni, a blue pencil mistake.

Fantastic dinner, fantastically prepared dishes, extremely fresh fish, sublime spaghetti with sea urchins, top second courses and caponata. Very attentive to food intolerances and celiacs. Trained and very friendly staff. We will definitely return.

Excellent little place, central near Piazza Duomo. Open from breakfast to dinner, there is the possibility of eating on site or taking away, very convenient for excursions. Wide vegan, vegetarian and gluten free choice. Tasty and complete dishes, highly recommended!

After a long walk from Bagheria station, we arrived at the "Le Bontà gluten-free" bakery. They immediately welcomed us with kindness and made us feel at ease. We ate sweet and savory, we won't tell you how good it was, it was exceptional. Kind, friendly family and very nice Sofia. Coming from Palermo by train was worth it.

Came here because I have a dairy and gluten allergy and I found it through another website. It’s was just as you get into town, incredible service, food 12/10 and attentiveness to allergies was amazing. I felt incredibly confident in ordering - had a gluten free pizza with no cheese (they do have a lactose free cheese!) and it was amazing. Our server, Carmena and another gentleman who served us were amazing, we had a great time.

Last night my boyfriend and I discovered this wonderful restaurant in the center of Trapani, as it promised to provide the entire menu with a gluten-free option. We went here because I have celiac disease and I really wanted to taste the Sicilian delicacies from the Ragusa and Modica area. The owner is a lovely person and informed us well about what we were consuming. I was able to eat freshly baked scaccia, nucatoli, pastieri, casatelle, rumh chocolate, mpanatigghi. Salvo Albicocco is a gluten-free genius! All delicious and well looked after. Excellent product layout, perfect service at the counter and at the table. The customer is well looked after. The bartenders are all very nice and polite. They take good care of the customer with a lot of attention. We were able to eat everything without fear of encountering any gluten contamination. It almost didn't seem possible to see all that goodness gluten-free and even lactose-free. Congratulations indeed! We saw the attention and respect for the customer by also noticing two microwave ovens, different in their intended use, both for gluten-free and normal products.
