Everyone was so kind and upbeat, the food was incredible, and as a gluten free girly I felt very safe and catered to! Our server Janae even had my husband’s fries put in the gluten free fryer so I could steal a few 🤭 10/10 will be back again and again!
This spot wowed visitors with its creative pizzas, fun trivia nights, and welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more.

My boyfriend loves the usual which is the classic pepperoni cheese pizza with mozzarella I really like the Costello Pizza it's really good it has garlic olive oil fresh mozzarella salami pepperoni , prosciutto peppadews arugula and a reduction and to get the gluten-free pizzas only a two-dollar extra charge which is great cuz I've been in plenty of restaurants with the odd charge way too much money for a freaking gluten free version but they gluten-free pizzas only available in a 10 inch crust
With a cozy vibe and accommodating staff, this spot is perfect for a relaxed meal and unique culinary creations that impress.

We looked up gluten-free restaurants in the area. This is the first one that popped up.
I would say the food was good. Service took a while since it’s a small indoor only restaurant.
A charming spot in a cute community, perfect for a casual breakfast or lunch with standout options that keep everyone happy.

This place is so great! Adorable and casual breakfast and lunch spot nestled in a really cute community. I’m gluten free and Aarti helped me build a gluten free breakfast bowl that was amazing!

I eat out almost every night and most restaurant experiences are totally unremarkable.
OKAN is remarkable in every. Single. Way!
I mean where do I start?!
The service was excellent, everything I put in my mouth was phenomenal and when Chef Bernard came out to our table and connected with us, it made it a truly memorable experience.
He has been on the Food Network’s “Chopped” as well as “Beat Bobby Flay” so you’re in the midst of a native Chicagoan superstar 🤩
Run to this restaurant tonight my friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
PS- this is a gluten-free dream restaurant to boot!
With an inviting atmosphere and a remarkable variety of options, this spot impresses everyone with its wonderful service and tasty dishes.

My family I and went to Truffles for lunch and we were all so impressed!!! The service was phenomenal, the atmosphere was inviting and and food was unbelievable. We all ordered different meals but every dish was perfectly prepared and soooo delicious! I am gluten free and they had so many options for me. We will be back very soon!

We had such a long weekend looking at houses around Hilton and Bluffton.. and stumbled upon this gem right by the house we both adored, and we were blessed with meeting CHANDLER!! Chandler was so phenomenal. We have celiac and Chandler really made us feel safe with the food we were ordering, and also recommended us amazing drinks. (Get the Blood Orange and sit in Chandler’s section) The food was so good… and we will definitely be back! Thank you Chandler and Tio’s!!!🫶🏼
Enjoy a lively vibe and attentive service while savoring perfectly cooked dishes that keep you coming back for more.

All of the workers were very lovely and attentive. My drink was never more than halfway empty, my food came fast and they had lovely gluten free and vegan options.
Expect a bustling vibe with hearty portions and refreshing drinks; it's a local gem, especially busy on weekends, so plan ahead!

This is a great place for brunch - the food is plentiful and filling, all fresh, tasty and local, and the drinks are interesting and refreshing. It's been perfectly cooked. We've stopped in twice in my time here and have had great food both times. The staff are lovely and informative, and the food tends to come out pretty quickly. It can get busy at the weekends, especially with the after-church crowd on a Sunday, so go early to avoid the queue. The pancakes are literally the size of a plate, so don't think you can easily manage two unless you have a mighty hunger! They do have gluten-free options, which was nice. I honestly think this restaurant provides great value for money.
With a relaxed vibe and an impressive wine list, this spot is a go-to for fresh Italian dishes that never disappoint.

Our server was pleasant, but it felt like we were being rushed, we had an 8:15 reservation and later found out they close at 9:00 and not 10:00 (which doesn't make sense). We did have to wait for one member of our party, but ordered appetizers ahead of time. The appetizers didn't take too long come out, but it felt like as soon as our server came back to get our food order, it came out in no time at all.
My main disappointment was that upon delivering our meals, the food runner, or maybe management staff (?), let us know that they were out of crust, so they placed my pizza on gluten-free crust. And without giving anyone a chance to object, she tried to assure us that the taste is completely the same, and it's still fine. I was immediately turned off, as I have had gluten-free crust and cauliflower crust before, and I do not like them - which is why I did not order it. I would have appreciated at the time that we put our order in that I would have been notified instead of waiting to be presented a gluten-free crust pizza. They insisted on leaving the pizza on the table in case anyone else wanted it, but no one did. When the server came back to ask how it was, I asked her to take the pizza away.
Overall, it was an underwhelming, disappointing first and last time eating here.
We are frequent customers, so happy you have cauliflower and gluten free pizza. Your Greek salad is the best and the service is fast and Paige Gseps is awesome!
Best breakfast in Old Town! The ABC scramble was delicious. The rancheros suited my friend without tortilla for a gluten free delight. She wanted the ABC scramble but it isn't GF.
Enjoy a cozy vibe with unique 14-inch pizzas, a robust menu, and homemade desserts that keep everyone coming back for more.

We were traveling through the area and saw the restaurant was close to our hotel. I was extremely happy that to see a gluten free pizza. It was so good! My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs which was also delicious. Great service and great food!!!
Known for its fabulous atmosphere and unbeatable meatballs, this spot is a family favorite with quick service and meals everyone will love.

Frankie Bones in Bluffton and Hilton Head are both Fabulous! The steaks are great and their meatballs are the Best in the area. My wife has a Gluten Intolerance and they accommodate her very well and make her feel at home. We have never had a questionable meal at any Serg location, yet Frankie Bones is our "go to" place. We can take our grandkids (2 & 4) and the kids Love their meals. If you only knew how finicky our 4 year old is, that says it all. Tom
Just had the good fortune of ending up at Akomeya late this afternoon. We were looking for something off the Island and different and we found it! Both our entrees were delicious, menu options are vast and service was excellent by everyone we met. "Shorty" even assisted w/the difficulty of gluten allergy restrictions, which was most important and very helpful. It was a nice quiet spot and yet the contemporary design and atmosphere made me feel I was in a well appointed, hot new City spot. A welcome change for these two pandemic weary, Chicagoan foodies. Thanks and congrats to all! We look forward to returning soon. -- Billy & Diane

I have to eat gluten free. (It’s not a choice!) I hoped there might be 1 or 2 options available for me to order and I found out ALL the ice cream was GF. I ordered the banana my husband-the butter pecan.
The service was excellent and the portion sizes were above our expectations. We enjoyed trying this new shop and cannot recommend it more highly. Looking forward to going on a regular basis, bringing friends and our visiting family!
Gluten free pizza crust always gets way too crispy. Most locations need to be roomier. Employees should not be eating within the cooking area. Most employees are very friendly. Now on to the eats.
My son has tried almost every Sammie and hasn't had a bad one yet. Small calzone is as big as a small childs head, but my husband takes the extra home for another meal.
VERY GOOD! I'm a chicken to try different cuisines...and I was very pleased. (My husband is even worse!)
I'm gluten free, so options were limited, but I found a soup and I had Chicken Pad Thai. There are curry dishes, some sushi and a "salad roll" (very good) in rice paper that are also gluten free. A previous poster said they would make anything gluten free. NOT true! They use soy sauce on just about everything.
My hubby had coconut shrimp (appetizer size) and loved it.
The atmosphere is very nice and upscale. Comfortable booths and big, comfy, tall chairs.
Parking was fine. Staff was very attentive. Would recommend!
Frequent visitors rave about the cozy vibe and unique offerings, creating a go-to spot for breakfast enthusiasts in the area.

I love this place and come all the time for breakfast. Being gluten free it so nice that they have gluten free pancakes there. The manger is really friendly and even gave me bag of gluten free pancakes mix to make some at home.
ALWAYS LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
Today I had the messy, big sloppy and oh so good, turkey burger on gluten free bun! Yum! And, yes, gluten free!
Very comfortable atmosphere, pleasant staff...and oh yeah...wonderful, casual food! A long list of sandwiches and salads. Great crinkle fries. Serve yourself cold teas and lemonade...or as I like to do...1/3 unsweet tea, 1/3 sweet tea and 1/3 lemonade...just right!
Parking out front. A communal table on the side for sharing, meetings or classes (behind a garage door) and event space in back or outside.
Very busy from 12 to 1.
Only wish they would stay open later...please!
Grimy vibes with a dark atmosphere, but a great menu and cheerful staff make this spot worth checking out despite the need for a refresh.

First let me say the food is good. However, the place is in serious need of a revamp OR a wash down. Place is grimy and dark. Even the curtain leading to the kitchen has holes!! Service is almost non existant, but it's tough all over finding staff and the staff that is there are nice happy people. Big plus is the menu with gluten free dishes.
Bone-in wings are a highlight here, but you'll miss the DIY sauce station that’s gone; still a must-visit for wing lovers!

They actually have bone in wings. This is great if you are gluten free. However, they don’t have their sauces out to grab for yourself anymore. I was so excited to be in Zaxby’s country but I couldn’t try all the different sauces.
Food and coustumer service was amazing. I got the Goat Curry with Plantains and Collard greens which came out fast and hot .They also made accommodations for my gluten allergy:)

I'm gluten free (unfortunately) and my friend suggested this. I got the sweet and spicy chicken pita as a bowl. So i substituted rice for the pita. Oh my God, PHENOMENAL. I inhaled this. It was so delicious and there are so many flavors & they all play well together. I will be a frequent customer. So happy to have found this. Cannot wait to make my owl bowl.

Enjoyed our second visit to this deli! Both times the wait staff was wonderful.
Sandwiches are piled high with deli meat. Fries are big and served hot...not over or under done!
I had the stuffed cabbage rolls this time. Delish and gluten free. (They could have been a tad warmer.)
Gluten free bread is available. Wish they had buns for hamburgers...
Lots of yummy looking pie and cake choices for dessert!
Parking is close, and in good weather, there are tables out front.
I recommend it, especially for those looking for deli deli type food...!
Cold beer and excellent service create a lively vibe, though the pizza might not be consistent—some hits and misses here.

Beer is cold folks are nice service is excellent. The pizza was at one time very good. This time the large pizza dough was soggy and cheese was not cheesy. It was like fake cheese. The gluten free pie we got was excellent. Hope they fix the pizza.
Thank you, Lou, for the best cake I have ever eaten!! Lou made a gorgeous strawberry cake for our daughter- in-law's birthday and gluten free cupcakes. Everyone loved the cake and Allison loved the cupcakes. The cake was so beautiful we almost hated to cut it! :)
Absolutely fabulous sushi restaurant! I could probably eat sushi every single day without complaint (especially here). My mother on the other hand is a bit pickier - after trying their sushi she looked at me with complete sincerity and said “this is perfect sushi. Seriously, please let them know that is the best sushi I’ve ever eaten.” Thank you so much!!!
I would also love to highlight that they go above and beyond catering to my celiac gluten restrictions! I’ve never had issues and they even make gluten free spicy salmon (or tuna or something else). One of the few restaurants where I feel safe eating.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Saigon Café offers fresh and fantastic Vietnamese food in Bluffton, not far from the bridge to Hilton Head Island. Saigon Café is offering socially distant tables for in-restaurant and take out. Try the beef, chicken or shrimp vermicelli, a cold salad dish, but an exceptional choice. The chicken pho and summer rolls are exceptional. Saigon café is a welcoming place with lots of attention to detail in their food preparations. Gluten free needs can be accommodated.
