100% gluten free and extremely allergy friendly. Their chicken and dumplings was super flavorful and their French toast was the best gluten free French toast I’ve ever had — crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. Super convenient to order since you use a digital stand to do so and can see all allergens when picking your meal.

El Five delivers a solid dining experience, especially for those navigating gluten and dairy-free diets. The staff is attentive and accommodating, ensuring dietary needs are met without fuss. While the prices are on the higher end, the food meets expectations, though it doesn't necessarily exceed them. The atmosphere is pleasant, but not particularly memorable. Overall, it's a reliable choice for a special night out, offering a menu that caters well to specific dietary requirements.
Great vibe and consistently fantastic dishes make this a must-visit spot, perfect for sharing and accommodating various preferences.

This place has been consistently phenomenal for years. The service is always so friendly and enthusiastic about the food. The atmosphere is hip and fun, and the food is fabulous.
This visit I was thrilled to see a huge N/A beverage list and gluten free pita (very exciting for a Mediterranean lover who usually can't have pita). The Htipiti was spicy and complex and delicious. The babaganoush was creamy and smoky. And the Labneh was classically perfect.
My vegetarian friend was so excited to see how many veggie items there were, including a hearty carrot entree.
Can't wait to come back!
With a knack for quick service and a standout variety of tacos, this spot is a must-visit for any taco lover looking for a delightful experience.

Bartaco is the greatest. The fact that my gluten free and dairy sensitive wife can eat here safely just makes this place the best. The pork belly tacos are the best I have ever had, the duck is fantastic, I always get a teriyaki ribeye. Roasted pork is good. My wife loves the Baja fish.
This lively spot offers a funky vibe, stunning mountain views, and a fantastic variety of food choices, perfect for any occasion.

The margarita pizza awakened my taste buds this evening. The waiter, Eric made sure to read off all the gluten free options in detail when I asked. I am thankful for this so I don’t appear like a whale after dinner. Eric served up good food and good vibes. Will be coming back. 5/5 stars fo sho

I decided to try the Green Collective this morning. I had the morning boost smoothie which was really tasty! I really love how they offer gluten free bread that actually taste good! I originally ordered ab&j toast but they accidentally gave me the avocado toast and WOW! best avocado toast I have ever had!! The dill on it was such a delicious addition! The employees were very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Absolutely fabulous dining experience! The food was sensational, the service was top notch and the location was relaxing and cool. We loved it so much, we went back twice in 24 hours!
Excellent options for gluten free - very careful attention to food preparation. Something for everyone in our family. Reasonable prices and ethical wage division.
We loved this restaurant!!!!

The pad Thai is so good but the pineapple fried rice is just so good.

Great food and nice atmosphere! I’m gluten free and usually all I can have at Thai restaurants are a couple of curries or sometimes Pad Thai and I was so excited to find that many dishes can be made gluten free (including Khao Soi, which was absolutely delicious). What a treat! We’ll definitely be back!

I currently have some dietary restrictions that are very hard to follow (no dairy, soy or gluten). The people at Duo were extremely accommodating and were able to make a fantastic meal fitting my restrictions. The atmosphere was great and very welcoming.
Expect an elegant ambiance, free parking, and a clean, minimalistic atmosphere that's far from cold. You'll be back for more!

I love the fresh, vegetarian- and gluten-free sushi at this restaurant. The elegant ambiance and free parking are also pluses. I always order the eggplant fried rice with diablo sauce, which is absolutely delicious! It's spendy, but worth every penny.
Food was delicious. We wanted to try something different and gluten-free. They had both choices. It was small but very clean. Enjoyed the laid back enviroment. We gave our son the Hawaiian sliders. He loved it. Plus the rice. My husband liked the bento box with pork. I had a the spicy tuna poke.
My oh my, melt in my mouth.
Arrived with a group of friends on Sunday shortly after opening time. Amongst ourselves we shared several different rolls, while my husband order the NY strip and nigiri. Gluten free options were clearly indicated on the menu for my gluten-free husband, and our waiter even brought over GF soy sauce for him. Brownie points for the GF awareness.
Now on to the rolls.. the rolls seemed to be delivered (mostly) in order of deliciousness, which may have been intentional, haha! We got the goku rolls first. Because I'm a crazy fruit-on-sushi lover, we ended up getting two of the Goku rolls because I wanted to have one all to myself. The goku roll is spicy tuna with salmon, topped with mango lemon puree. Loved the sweetness of the mango puree!
After the goku, we got the ronin and mini shrimp tempura rolls which we enjoyed more than the goku roll. The ronin is tempura bincho topped with spicy tuna. I love how the tuna just seems melts away in your mouth! The mini shrimp tempura roll was delicious, topped with spicy tuna and trout roe. Although the mini roll is a special, I believe it appears fairly frequently on the daily special menu.
Next we got the dragon roll, which seemed to pale in comparison to the previous rolls, but was still decent.
Lastly, we got the Godzilla roll, which out-shined all of the previous rolls for everyone. Talk about the perfect surf n' turf roll! I typically don't enjoy steak on my sushi by any means, but this was an unusual exception. The Godzilla roll is snow crab, topped with seared beef and black garlic butter. Highly recommend! Despite my love for fruity sushi, the Godzilla roll was clearly the winner and roll we should have order two of.
Excellent service, fresh fish, and reasonable pricing.
An amazing spot for celebrations with a vibrant atmosphere, top-notch service, and delightful drink options that'll leave you feeling magical.

We had the best anniversary experience in this restaurant Matthew was amazing. He knew exactly about my Celiac and gluten-free protocols and explained exactly what I can eat and I can't eat. I did not get sick. Very safe. The food was delicious. The gluten-free bread was so soft and I literally finished it in 2 seconds. The atmosphere was great and we had such an amazing time celebrating our anniversary. Oh and if you're not dairy free get the ice cream gelato and if you are dairy-free like me, get the mango sorbet. Just be careful all their pastas are not gluten free

Such a beautiful and thoughtful restaurant with divine dishes (including vegan & gluten-free)!
Exceptionally accommodating with my dietary needs (vegan & gluten-free)!!! The best date night dinner my husband and I have had in 22 years! The food was absolutely divine. The staff was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. We'll definitely be back next year for a celebration!
Sadly I usually love park burger, but this time I had a reaction. Tonight I called ahead to make sure fries were in a dedicated frier, they assured me they were. Something definitely set me off and I’m having a reaction.
A spot with a cute, pinkish decor and no bar seating, offering a limited cocktail menu and a lobster main dish that's good but not standout.

I really wanted to love Noisette. It’s been on my to-try list for awhile, not only because I love French food, but also because I have loved their dishes at all the festivals and events they’ve served food at. But Noisette was… fine. Not great, but not bad.
The decor is cute. A little pink for me, but fine. My husband probably wouldn’t walk in here by himself. The service is great and the chef-owners are super nice, which makes this tough.
One thing I don’t like is that there’s no bar seating. My husband and I often like to walk into restaurants during happy hour and sit at the bar and chat with the bartenders. Sometimes I dine by myself (like I did here) — and then the lack of bar seating is even more uncomfortable.
Only 5 cocktails on the menu — 3 of them gin based. I usually expect a little more from a cocktail menu at an upscale restaurant these days.
The biggest thing for me was that the food was… fine. I admit, my opinion is definitely tinged by the lack of gluten-free alternatives. It’s always an issue with French restaurants: the apps all come with a baguette or a brioche or on a crepe or inside a pastry. Most places in Denver have done a bit better accommodating the huge number of gluten-intolerant people here (even if it’s just getting some gluten-free bread from another Colorado bakery). The gluten-free crackers they brought for the foie gras were NOT good — but I was not impressed by the $33 hard chunk of foie gras with super-tart sauce either (and I usually love foie gras) — but maybe it was the crackers. I should have gotten something else, but I think the endives were the only gluten-free option.
The lobster main dish was really good — a whole lobster for $75 is ok pricing I think. I have had good lobster many places, though… so not sure I’d come back for this one?
Total for just myself: 2 glasses of sparkling, foie gras app, lobster main, French-style cheesecake and espresso martini — $178.
A spot with unique pizzas and quality ingredients, known for its great cocktails and attentive service, but could improve on some aspects.

Came for happy hour and stayed for dinner. The oysters and drinks were amazing. Honestly it would be 5 stars if they switched to a new gluten free pizza crust. The one I got was hard as a rock. After chewing two slices, I just ended up eating the toppings off my pizza. I’ll be back, but won’t be ordering a GF crust.

I’m obsessed with Uncle. Best Ramen and really helpful staff. I have a lot of allergies and they always accommodate my complicated order. They even have gluten free option for ramen (sub noodles for rice and vegetarian broth is GF).
Great neighborhood Mexican joint. We had questions about gluten and the chef came out to talk with us. The only flour in the whole place was in the green chili, so easy to avoid!

I would highly recommend MNF Lohi. Our waitress Kris promptly greeted us and was proactive in asking about dietary restrictions if any. Service was great! Food tasted delicious! Chef Shay does an excellent job. Hibiscus margarita was so refreshing. I ordered carne asada fajitas and they were so yummy. My wife ordered the Goddess bowl and she loved it! The manager Tyler checked in on us to see if we needed anything; which I felt was phenomenal service. Kris checked back periodically to see if we needed anything and refreshed drinks often. The atmosphere mixed with extraordinary service has us wanting to come back to try other menu featured items. I saw a table next to us who ordered nachos and they were stacked so high. Definitely going to give those a try next time. There are not many places that are able to accommodate gluten free/ vegetarian. MNF has plenty of variety. I would highly recommend this place! Thank me later. 🥙🌮🍽️🍹🍷

It’s a cute little shop. It is pretty small. So I would say it’s very nice to get something and enjoy at home. Great atmosphere for sitting outside when warm though. I got the lemon poppyseed which is gluten-free. It was very refreshing and moist. I also got their blackberry lemon scone. It was a pretty tasty scone. It’s texture had for a cookie crust and I didn’t really taste any lemon. I think the blackberry just overpowered it. It was still very good. I also got a cappuccino. Pretty strong and great flavor. I don’t think they have any alternative milks though. I was just offer whole milk. Staff is very sweet. They’re a small staff and work their butts off. Great hard working crew. They do have a few more gluten-free options as well.
Cute spot with lovely outdoor seating, a fun waitlist system, and a menu that impresses with both flavor and variety; definitely worth a visit!

Finally!!! Real eggs in the scrambled eggs!!!
Excellent breakfast - we had the same things “Ye Ole Standard”. Mine with scrambled soft (which they got perfectly!) and gluten free bread; hubbie had fried over easy eggs and sourbough. Decaf espresso was super yummy and shot of carrot-ginger-lemon was tasty! Cute decor, excellent friendly service. Only thing I did not care for was mandatory 20% tip … which in the end was fine as the service was great👍
One of my favorite places! Good food & great service - I can’t recommend Brandon enough. He’s very knowledgeable on gluten free options and makes the dining experience top notch!

Our experience here was exceptional! Our waitress did a phenomenal job explaining different options on the menu. She also gave us some solid recommendations. I appreciate that they are able to work with people with a special gluten-free menu. I would definitely return the next time. I visit Denver.
Outstanding! - great menu, high quality ingredients (the bread in particular is perfect) and fairly priced. It is a sandwich shop, so don't expect them to reinvent the wheel or anything, but the execution is flawless for what it is. I will return and recommend it to anyone who wants to change up the lunch routine but stick to the staples of American cuisine.

You do not want to miss this gem of a restaurant. When I walked in, I was immediately struck by the vibrant, inviting atmosphere. Seeing the fresh and colorful dishes the other guests were enjoying made my mouth water.
The menu is meticulously crafted: you really can’t go wrong. Every dish explodes with bright Mediterranean flavors. The wildly smooth hummus is unreal. The falafel and mezze selections are bursting with authentic flavors. Try the zhoug if you like a zing of spicy! The rotisserie chicken is a mouthwatering delight, cooked to juicy perfection. Guests who prefer vegan or gluten-free meals can find a wide selection of delicious offerings as well.
My whole experience at Sonny’s was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful staff to the delectable flavors and aromas. I left feeling full and satisfied, and I can’t wait to return.
