We have eaten here several times. This week when we are here we were less than happy. My wife had a gluten allergy and the GF bun was hard as a brick and could not be bitten into. she loves the GF chocolate desert that normally is severed warm and this time when we’re was still frozen in the middle. We informed the server and he shrugged it off and walked away and did not offer to fix it or even clear our plates from dinner to make room for dessert. Very very poor experience this week and we will not be returning.

Everything about this place is great except the prices. Food was great. Portions were stingy. If you are going to charge $20 for a pizza it had better be loaded. 9$ for a small snifter of kombucha? $58 for two skimpy 14” pizzas, lemonade, and kombucha. Also up charged for gluten free 2$. Come on. Seriously? Then add 12$ to tip the waitress what she absolutely deserved. $70 for lunch. Do not appreciate the gouge.

First of all, wow. Just wow this place is amazing. I lived in Italy and have traveled around Europe and this place genuinely has the atmosphere of being abroad. Also, I have a severe gluten allergy and not only did this place have so many amazing gluten free options, but our server, Boris, took time to make sure everything was prepared in a safe manor and explain to me the gluten free options. We will 1000000% be back and I will be telling everyone I know about this place. Amazing food, experience and quality!

Another date night pick to try something new. This is not just "another pizza place". The Hawaiian pizza was thoroughly enjoyed by my 11 year old. The table next to us was ordering gluten free and I was surprised to hear all the options available. So for the other dishes we tried: Burrata with the Balsamic Glaze - excellent starter. Once I explained to my young date that Burrata was just a creamier Mozzerella he was willing to try. He loved it! Coffee Paolo - adventurous pizza that hopefully the caffeine doesn't keep me up. Coffee grounds (looks like pepper), tomato sauce, blue cheese, spicy salami... surprisingly this was VERY good. It smelt burnt, but that was just the Coffee. Definetly something fun to try - we got the small, just in case. Claudio - the server recommended this. The creamy burrata with truffle oil and Basil. The best of the pizzas we ordered in my opinion. This one was different for me because it wasn't hot and I like my pizzas hiy... but its not supposed to be and honestly doesn't need to be. It was our favorite and we are looking forward to bringing family back to try this. Josephs Favorite - Nutella and Banana Calzone. Hot, creamy Nutella with Bananas, thin calzone crust and powdered sugar. Yep, nothing to complain about and another reason to return! The service was great. They worked as a team so we didn't have just one server. They all knew the menu well and made recommendations when we asked. Drinks stayed full and everyone seemed to be happy to be there! If you want to dine in with a big party, it could work. The tables need a little adjusting as our neighbors chair was back to back with one of ours. But nothing too terrible, just something I noticed. The decor is a little trendy/minimalistic. Fortunately the wall art gives you a little history about the place - which adds value to your experience. Overall it was a great date night and a place we look forward to sharing with friends!

This is the second time I came here and the experience was just as good as the first. We ordered calamari and some salads to start. The pretzel bread to begin with was delish. For my main meal I got the gluten free shrimp risotto which was to die for and the portion size was great. The rest of the party got fish, lobster and steak. Thank you Angela for being a great server and Grace for being a great manager!! Grace was walking around all night making sure everything went smooth! I can’t wait to come back next time I visit.

So disappointed! After reading many amazing reviews on their double sided gf menu and the special precautions they make for their celiac guests I decided to try. I was so excited to order because I couldn’t believe the options. We started off with the lettuce wraps and gnocchi for apps and the manager came out to double check on our order before our waitress put it through. The manager prided themselves with the extra care they take for gluten allergies and they want everyone to be able to eat at their restaurant. 2 mins later our waitress came back and said the kitchen cannot accommodate me and I could only have salads. Don’t pride yourself on the precautions you take and the extensive gf menu you provide if you really can’t provide it to those who need it. I will never return

Great outdoor seating area. Plenty of seats inside for lounging, remote work, casual meeting, etc. The coconut macaroons were so delish and their iced lattes on point. I appreciated that they also had a muffin that was gluten free and vegan. That’s hard to find.

Omg I love this place! I've been to the cafe twice now for the kelp noodle pad thai it's my favorite dish, so flavorful and filling! The staff here are so delightful and very nice, the capow smoothie was also delicious, I even picked up a gluten free chocolate chia cake slice, it was the best cake I've ever had! The gluten free bread is so good on sandwiches, too bad they didn't have any available to purchase today. I honestly wish this place was in san diego, the cafe could have more gluten free or nut free options though and definitely more smoothies or green juices, the grocery store is limited but I love that everything here is organic, the groceries are a bit on the expensive side, so keep that in mind if you shop here, the selection of items is ok, but I prefer sprouts or whole foods.

Very original concept, Nitrogen Ice Cream, nitrogen ice cream... with lots of choice, lactose-free, dairy-free, gluten-free.... And much more... However the ingredients are not of good quality, so I didn't like the flavor of the ice cream at all... Conclusion: very expensive to pay for a concept... I loved the discovery but I won't come back.

Excellent night out at Ocean Prime! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and extremely tender. The staff were super knowledgeable about allergies (I have Celiac). Definitely a must if you are visiting Naples for a trip (or just in general)! I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were here considering the area tends to be $$$. We can't wait to visit again!

Best Indian food I’ve had! JoAnne was super friendly and attentive! Great service and great food! Highly recommend the lamb neelagiri korma. I have celiac and everything was clearly marked on the menu for whether or not it contains gluten which was very nice. Definitely have to try if you’re in Naples!

Great food and atmosphere, perfect for fun family dining or just grabbing a quick bite to eat. The selection of appetizers makes it very difficult to resist starting with something to get the meal going. The spicy mango margarita had enough kick to earn its name. If you’re ordering the crab pinchers and have any kind of gluten allergy, be sure to specify no breadcrumbs. We only ordered them after asking the waiter twice if they were gluten-free, even though they were listed on the gluten-free menu. However, once they were brought to the table and eaten, we later found out that they were not actually prepared gluten-free. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience

A pleasure to shop during the summer months. Parking is meh, especially during season - frustrating at peak hours. Staff is always super friendly. I love this place! Super friendly staff and fast service the food is good too, I had a pulled pork sandwich today, but I wish the bread was toasted and the bqq sauce was a little on the spicy side for me, but I ate everything when I took the other half of the sandwich with me, the portions here are huge, so you definitely won't leave hungry, the sandwich made a great dinner too warmed up in the microwave. This place has great causal and laid back patio dining with waterfront views. I also wish there were a few more gluten free options for people, I will say that the fried items aren't gluten free.

Late night find for the family, after our flight was delayed arriving into Naples. What an outstanding meal we had, and the service was top notch. We arrived around 1030pm or so. It was lively inside with music and folks having a good time. We sat on the patio with great weather. No issue that we were a family with kids while it was mostly adults in the restaurant. Our waiter was outstanding, and had great recommendations. For appetizers, the mussels were great, as was the carpaccio. The bread was so good that we needed a few extra portions. My son said that the only pizza he's enjoyed as much was in Naples Italy, so they're clearly doing it well here in Naples Florida. I was recommended the cannelloni and it was perhaps the best I have ever had - pasta perfect, sauce perfect, just nailed it. Also gluten free pasta and/or pizza if that's something you need. Really glad we found this place. Great start to our trip.

We appreciate that Jane's Cafe is accommodating to dietary restrictions and provides gluten-free options. This morning, my family and I indulged in a delicious breakfast at Jane's Cafe. I had the classic eggs benedict, and it continues to be the best I've ever tasted. The canadien bacon was perfectly cooked, and the English muffin was freshly toasted, adding an extra layer of flavor to the dish. The eggs and hollandaise sauce were nuanced, delicious, subtle, and perfect. My wife had the hot chocolate, which she proclaimed as the best she's had in Naples. We were pleased that Jane's was able to provide gluten-free French toast for my wife and daughter, and it was just as delicious as the regular version. The quality of ingredients at Jane's Cafe is exceptional, and you can see that they get fresh bread every day as you peek into the kitchen. The service was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Jane's Cafe on 3rd Street is highly recommended, and it's one of our favorite restaurants in Naples. As Italians, we decided to try this place in Naples as our first evening here. Attracted by the menu and above all by the gluten free options we stopped without a reservation, after waiting for about 1 hour (there were really a lot of people) they kindly found us a table. Even though the owner was very busy, he found a place for us and made us sit. The service in general is average, twice they brought us two dishes that were supposed to be gluten free but which were not (presence of bread on the plate) but the friendliness and timeliness of the owner corrected the oversights. The food is very good and truly plentiful, the prices in line with the place. The place is very beautiful and dining out was magical. 5 stars for the excellent dishes, homemade, and above all gluten free (homemade gluten free pizza, excellent gluten free caprese cake), excellent pappardelle with pesto and prawns and also the tagliolini alla pescatora, I highly recommend this place for Italians and otherwise! Well done!
