A new absolute must for my family when we come to universal! Unexpectedly reasonable prices and genuinely fantastic food that you wouldn’t normally get at a theme park. The inside atmosphere was a lovely cross between whimsical under the sea, elegant and cozy. I can’t think of anywhere else I would rather end our long (but awesome!) day. Servers were fantastic, friendly, attentive and charismatic, everything you’d want them to be. There were even great options for my mom and her gluten allergy! Only drawback is it was absolutely freezing inside. Noticeably colder than regular chilly air conditioning in the summer, and we were so uncomfortable, we asked to be moved outside (which ended up being beautiful so no real problem).

Don’t go here if you have any serious food allergies. I explained my anaphylactic wheat & shellfish allergy to the waitress. Ordered a burger without a bun. My burger came out with a bun on it. She assured me it’s ok because it’s gluten free. When in fact there is a possibility it is not since I don’t know the ingredient list. Hence why I ordered it without a bun. The food runner assured me it was okay he would make it right. They took my plate to the back only to just simply remove the bun and bring it back to me. I’m sure you can guess crumbs still remained on the burger. Yes, indeed they did. This place doesn’t take your allergy seriously or understand the importance of a guest feeling confident enough they’re being listened to. How do I know then what even happened in the kitchen if I’m treated that way in person? Will never eat at one of these restaurants again.

Mikayla was a great server so patient with our food allergies and celiacs. Chef came out and talked to us about our options. Food came out pretty quick. Wish I had this place closer to home the rolls were delish!

Potter was our server and she was phenomenal. Very personable and attentive to our food allergies. We have been to the Hard Rock Cafe on several occasions and have never been disappointed in the service or the food! We are so grateful that they have a gluten free menu and designated gluten free fryer so we can still enjoy the Hard Rock experience and their delicious burgers and bbq.

There's a pretty good selection of food. The price is fair considering it's location. We didn't have to wait too long before being seated and our stroller was accommodated for. There are some gluten and dairy free options for those who need that consideration.

Without a doubt the best dining experience we have had at a theme park and our new favorite restaurant at the parks. My wife had the roasted chicken which features a Moroccan inspired flavor profile. It is served on a potato cake with root vegetables. Each element was cooked perfectly. The menu did not indicate it was gluten free but the chef was kind enough to assure us that it was (so either the menu had not been updated with the new item or it was modified). I had the seared tuna noodle bowl. It is served cool and has a higher spiciness so maybe not for everyone. This was truly an elevated meal that we would have been happy with at any restaurant. We honestly felt that the meal was a bargain for its quality and portion. How often can you say that about a restaurant inside a theme park? Don't sleep on Confisco.

Truthfully I haven’t been to a PF Changs in a long time but I am so happy I went back. The service was really great your staff is so well trained in customer service. Jessica was our server and she guided me through the gluten free options available. When I took my first bite I had to call her over and have her verify it was gluten free. It was so good that I was in disbelief! Thank you so much ! I will be back!

This place is such a great amenity for Cabana Bay. There is something for everyone. My wife has a gluten allergy and the chef prepared her a meal to accommodate her dietary needs. WE ate two meals here during our stay. I had churrasco beef and then the super salad. My wife had gluten free pizza and gluten free chicken nuggets. The salad was probably the best salad I have had in a very long time and felt like a great value at under $10. The gluten free chicken nuggets were top notch. Glad to report that my wife had no adverse reactions after eating here. Don't make a special trip here if you are not staying on property, but if you are there take advantage of the options.

Great place to eat and great experience. Food was delicious and came to our table fast. I especially love the care and attention they took with my food as I have Celiac Disease and needed all my food gluten free with no cross contamination. Chef came out to take my order, she prepared my food to ensure safety and brought it to my table herself covered. I greatly appreciate when I can eat somewhere and know that my food is safe to eat and won’t make me sick. No reaction at all and it was delicious! I had the chicken with roasted potatoes, corn on the cob and lemonade for the drink. Husband had the chicken and ribs and said it was delicious as well. We both loved it!

This place must have had change in management - no idea why rating is so low. Food was awesome. Gluten free options for my girls were amazing. The GF truffle Mac and cheese was a favorite. The filet steak was really good. Magicians on Friday night was a super fun touch.

Hats off to Chef Chad. My grandson is Celiac and becomes very ill if gluten is in his food either directly or through cross contamination. We spoke with Chef Chad who was very knowledgeable. He took the time to speak to my 9 year old grandson and prepared and personally delivered his safe meal. He made him feel special which was much appreciated. We were at Universal for 3 days and had lunch at Finnigans twice. We are Canadian and will spread the word on how amazing our experience was at Finnigans.

Asked around and was told this place was the place to go in Universal for gluten free. It did not disappoint. Everything on the menu is gluten free besides the deserts. When placing your order you can do an allergy note and a cast member comes and talks to you about concerns and takes them very seriously. The food was delicious and I would go back again

The food was amazing. Parking lot at the mall was pretty full but we only had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The services was great. There were multiple gluten free options and I got a gluten free pasts. My girlfriend got the fried chicken Cobb salad. We both of course has cheesecake. I got a gluten free chocolate cheesecake and it was heavenly. Our server Tyan was very friendly and helped with my gluten free needs. We will return again soon. Sadly disappointed by this restaurant. We went out of our way to come here as I had heard it was very accommodating for gluten free individuals. Our server was terrible and not accommodating at all. He made us feel as though we weren’t wanted and he didn’t want to be there which I can understand having worked in food and bev but a good waiter never show that, especially at a restaurant at this price point. The gluten free empanadas were excellent but make sure to ask that it goes to the gluten free fryer. The mocktails were also very yummy as was the soup but don’t get the chicken wings. They are overpriced and mediocre in flavor. While food was decent with service this bad we won’t be back.

Today while on vacation me and my family decided to eat lunch at this establishment. We looked online and saw that it had great reviews and being that we are gluten free eaters (celiac) we wanted to try their gluten free pizza. To our dismay the poor service greatly overshadowed the pizza. We waited for over an hour a half for our pizza and it was only 3 customers in the restaurant who were almost done when we arrived. We never were told that it would be a delay in service or even checked on. We only received 1 refill after sitting there for an hour and then asked do I want a refill. Several other customers came in after us and also had to wait for at least an hour to receive their food as well and it brought the atmosphere way down as everyone all looked visibly annoyed and confused. No one thought to tell anyone why they were waiting for hours in an empty restaurant simply communicating to their customers would’ve allowed for people to understand and feel comfortable waiting. Several people ended up leaving.

I was excited to try this place because it is one of the few that offers gluten free pizza. The gluten free bbq chicken pizza didn’t disappoint, it was delicious. We also got the one called “the works” and that one wasn’t great. Green peppers and some of the mushrooms on top seemed raw which you normally don’t find on a pizza. We also weren’t served any complimentary bread. My husband asked for some hot sauce and was told they didn’t have any, then he decided to ask another staff member and they said they had some Cholula, which was fine. They brought it out on a tiny plate already poured out which was weird and inconvenient considering we don’t wanna dip our pizza in the sauce but just wanted to have some on top. Overall I wouldn’t rate CPK high but I’m giving them 4 stars because of the gluten free option.

We have been going to this location for many years. This has been our go-to restaurant for an easy dinner out. Their menu offers a large selection, so everyone can get something different. We have 2 kids with celiac disease and they are able to eat safely here. It’s a great place for a large group. We have seen different managers and servers over the years. Some meals are better than other, but for the most part the food is consistent and the servers are good. We went on Saturday and it wasn’t a very good experience. Our food wasn’t great. My wedge salad was more brown lettuce than green. My husband’s burger was covered in cilantro (not mentioned on the menu) and he had to remove all of the toppings to eat it. The server was great and on it, but the whole experience wasn’t pleasant. I went to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. We’ll give it another try later on, but right now it doesn’t seem to be in good condition. We’ll give it a while before we go back. Not sure what’s going on. Maybe they are understaffed coming out of Covid?

We were warmly greeted upon arrival and informed that, unfortunately, there was a short wait for a table. However, we could leave a number, and they estimated it would be about 15 minutes. Just 8 minutes later, they found us waiting in the lobby and invited us inside. Once seated, we were quickly taken care of, receiving our drinks and food in a very reasonable time. Our waiter checked in about our preferred spice levels, ensuring every dish was perfectly spiced for our group. He even recommended the right amount of food, and everything turned out delicious. We felt welcome throughout the entire experience. My wife has Celiac disease and cannot have gluten, but this didn’t slow them down at all. They were knowledgeable about her dietary needs and handled her allergy with care. Overall, it was an absolutely amazing dinner with great food and stellar service.

Very good Breakfast here. Eggs Benny and a waffle too. Both locations did great with Celiac customers. Could add an indicator on the plate that it is a gluten free or allergy meal so they don't get mixed up. Customers have more confidence that something was done and adhered too.

Calvin the waiter was extraordinary--he gave excellent service the best we have had our entire stay here at the Lowe's, Portofino, or in Universal Park. He went above and beyond even offered to steam the almond milk for my coffee. The restaurant itself has beautiful classic Italian decor. The food quality is solid, but Calvin the waiter was extra special to my daughter with her gluten allergy and made menu recommendations and was so helpful. Great burger. The veggies are fresh, the flavor is amazing, and they do gluten free! I told the chef I have celiac and he cooked my burger separately. They have gluten free buns, the cheese sauce is gluten free, and they have tater tots for us gluten free folks! Would highly recommend. It was an experience.

The food is hot & fresh! This is not fast food and a fresh breath of air. I'll never need nor return to fast food after finding this delightful place to dine. You can order at the table and they take it to you. The veggie burger, gluten free bun, grilled chicken sandwich and soft serve ice cream are fantastic! I didn't care for the older music but the food is worth it.

We watched the server Abbey prepare two of the milkshakes and then she replaced her gloves with new gloves and made wife her gluten free milkshake. Our waiter Esteban was amazing perfect service the perfect attention but not hovering! Food was amazing he asked about my gluten allergy and made sure it was okay that the corn tortillas and chips were cross contaminated. I don’t have celiac so it wasn’t an issue, but if you do have celiac and go here then I would choose something not fried but it was incredible!!

Excellent!! Great staff, tasty food and lots of character. Love the old cars, clamps as napkin rings and who thought a bathroom could be this entertaining. Huge portions and gluten free options. This review is based on a legit seafood restaurant sitting inside a theme park truly a hidden gem imo! step out of the busy people filled street in Florida heat into a upscale, chilled spot with a beautiful saltwater aquarium placed right in the middle of the downstairs seating. If it were not in a theme park I’d probably do 4 star. But it’s not so here’s to 5 stars! -indoor and outdoor -upstairs and down stairs -cleanest bathrooms in the park -gluten free options -don’t forget we’re talking about a restaurant in a theme park! -tuna app is fantastic -cappuccino slaps if you need one -never had a bad waiter or waitress -never had a bad meal here -never visited universal and not eaten here -located across from Dagon Alley so you can hit ice cream or butter beer right after This place will let you escape the park life just long enough to yearn for more. Whoever decided to put this in the park, BRAVO!
