Today we stopped on for an Italian sub and a gluten free pizza. The Italian sub was good. My wife had the gluten free pizza. We struggle to find good gluten free options. He pizza was gluey but, crisp, if you're GF that will make sense. It was wasn't great but, also not terrible. Probably go for the cauliflower crust next time. It's new at Nino's. We appreciate that they try.
A vibrant spot focusing on health and wellness, serving creative whole food dishes that inspire and energize.

Love this restaurant. The owners and staff really care about safety for celiac. They aren’t fully gluten free, but they have a dedicated cooking space and fryer. Also have a ton of great vegetarian and vegan items. I love the dumplings, pizza, salad, everything!
A go-to spot with fast service and a welcoming vibe, this place keeps locals coming back for its delicious menu and friendly atmosphere.

Meant to make a review sooner!
Absolutely love coming here! We frequent RedWok at least once a week and the service is always so fast and delicious!! The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and remember their customers when they visit again! Not only do they have a great menu, but they have gluten free options which is great when you have an intolerance!
Highly recommend!!

We got a medium cheese pizza and a gluten free cauliflower Hawaiin pizza. We both thought the pizza was really good. I ordered for pickup, and when o was inside I asked about the sign on the door about gluten free penne and ravioli, and they confirmed that is still available. It's nice to see restaurants have more than 1 gluten free option. I'll definitely be returning to try those dishes as well.
The good: The staff and our waiter were all very hospitable.
The bad: I explained I have an allergy to cheese when placing the order. But, they prepared my entree with cheese. When they brought it out the second time, they had just scrapped the cheese from the top. So after I started eating it, I found cheese all in it. Then, they attempt to correct for the 3rd time. The manager finally comes out. She never appoligzed, showed any concern, or addressed the issue, at all. I finally get my food after everyone at the table is finished. And to boot- think they charged me for my entree, absolutely.
If you have a food allergy (gluten, dairy, nut- any of it) avoid this place. If the management handles allergies this way, can you imagine what's happening into the kitchen?!

Cute little family owned cafe with gluten-free options. They have a variety of non dairy options for your coffee, including coconut milk (my go-to). I ordered the lox on gluten-free bread, and it was delicious. The perfect amount of everything and all the vegetables were so fresh, including the avocados. They even have gluten-free pastries. This is my new go-to when I'm in Vero Beach.

Great place for drinks & good food. Right on the shore. Crispy tuna roll was filled with tons of super fresh tuna! Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. Fun! AND ... they have a gluten free menu as well!

Absolutely awesome! Went in for takeout-my daughter has a ton of allergies and finds it extremely difficult to eat out. But as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Manager Mark. He personally went through and helped her created the best Gluten free, dairy free, egg and soy free grilled shrimp tacos. He even had the grill team wipe down the grill and prep area to prevent cross contamination. Fresh, delicious, accommodating, kind, welcoming—I could go on and on! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Very small, but cute, venue! There is a great outdoor area for nice weather and the fondue is delicious. We tried parmessan pesto and the almond joy dessert, both were amazing! I do wish they had an option for only gluten free dippers, as most of the dessert went to waste. It was a bit cold outside when we went and the heat was BLASTING! We were literally sweating within 5 minutes of being there. They did open the door a few times to cool it down, so maybe they were having HVAC issues. The interesting red and white flights were a hit with our group. We were at a table just to the left of the door, kind of tucked away from the other tables, and I think we got forgotten a few times, but the staff was all very friendly and helpful when they were around. Live entertainment is a plus, we will definitely be back.

The fact that we were able to find a restaurant opened at all in Vero and one that had a gluten free option on their menu, we were estatic, but the reason for the 5 ⭐ star review - goes to a very helpful bartender Candice who made us really good Top Shelf Margaritas - Tom & Kira

A friend recommended this place, and now I do too! Fantastic energy with a hipster vibe. The food is so fresh, the menu is super yummy and offers vegan and gluten-free options. I got the Green Greed smoothie and it was smooth and tasty. The power bowl was super fresh and delicious. I came in just as they were closing up (which I didn’t realize) and they were super nice and patient with taking my order. Very nice people and good fresh food.

I went here for my birthday dinner. It is totally worth its price. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere just perfect with the fires lit outside on the patio right by the ocean. I had the day catch with two sides. Everything was delicious and very well prepared and plated. As dessert I had the flourless gluten free chocolate cake and it was divine. I would totally recommend spending a nice and intimate evening here.

Food is amazing. Be forewarned - they use granola to fill their bowls- if you are allergic to oats/gluten or don’t like granola, your bowl won’t be full. It’s disappointing to feel like you don’t get your moneys worth. Otherwise, love the place.
PS. Every time I order a substitute for granola I get charged almost $3 more dollars. I get the exact same volume of food but I have to pay more, so yes they are customizable, but if you have allergies, you have to pay the price.
I've been coming here for a few years because I have celiac disease which limits me on what I can eat and this is one of the few places that can accommodate my dietary restrictions. The prices have gone up and the quality of the food has significantly gone down, it's not the chefs fault they're cooking it right it's just the ingredients are worse. My favorite thing they made was their burger, sometimes even in the past the gluten free bun would come out dry because the chef isn't microwaving it or steaming it before serving it but the burger was overall delicious because the meat was juicy, full of flavor, and the pork belly was unique. Now the bun was dry, the meat was dry as hell, the meat had no seasoning/flavor, and I don't believe it was the chefs fault because the quality of the meat itself seems significantly worse. Another family member ordered it the regular way and complained their new pretzel bun was dry and they never had that before. They also ordered it pink on the inside and even despite that there was no juice in it, so that tells me the meat is of a lesser quality because if it's pink it should always be juicy. So basically they're charging 22$ for a bacon pretzel burger that doesn't taste good, if you don't have celiac disease like me just go to wendys and you'll get something better. Disney needs to bring their old menu and ingredients back because this new stuff doesn't taste good and I'm not coming back unless it's fixed. The chefs are doing their best with what they're given so if they see this I'm not criticizing the chefs, I want whoever runs the kitchen at Disney to do better. Did they even eat the new stuff?

We visited Scampi Grill on a Saturday evening in August. We made our reservation online for 7:00pm. We arrived at 6:40pm and the Host did not show our reservation in their system. No worries, without hesitation he kindly escorted us directly to our seats. What a charming restaurant it is! The ambiance was exactly what we were seeking for celebrating our Anniversary. Our server was Hope and she was amazing! Her memorized menu selections were super helpful along with information pertaining to my gluten free and dairy free limitations. She also recommended a wine pairing for the meal that turned out to be just as delicious as our meals! Her service was impeccable! Thank you Scampi Grill and Hope for pleasantly surprising us with your welcoming charm! We will be back again for sure.
The manager was amazing. Welcomed everyone! The line person took her time and was careful to ensure my food was Gluten-free. Highly suggest a visit to the Vero Beach Chipotle!

Exceptional coffee w/a cause and SUPERB customer service. What a great place! Not only is this place a local coffee roastery, but they help educate children all around the world.
I think at least 4 different staff members greeted us (complete with eye contact), offered suggestions, and even held the door for us when we left.
I'm not sure why Google popped them up on my map, but I'm SO GLAD I checked them out. I got 3 different bags of coffee to bring home from vacation.
Couldn't pass up the opportunity for a blended coffee for the road! And when I spotted the bakery case, I was THRILLED to learn there was a whole tray of fresh gluten-free options. I ended up with a dairy-free blended nutty coffee drink and a pumpkin scone.
If you aren't in the area, order online from their website. I shipped the coffee home with some other treasures and even the postal clerk asked about the coffee that smelled so good.
If you ARE in the area, this place is awesome! There's a huge area to hang out and it looks like they have live music sometimes. I'd definitely go hang out here.

I'm so happy with my cake from Frosting! I got a gluten free cake with a simple message and now I know the website is not kidding when it says their cakes are BIG. You definitely get your money's worth here. The website itself was a selling point since it was so clear to decide on what I wanted when scrolling through compared to most other local cake makers. Ashley was super attentive and did a great job. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend.

Excellent food and service. Clean! All celiacs tell them you will get really sick and they will prepare your meal on freshly cleaned surfaces. I had called ahead and that was my instructions! They did not disappoint. Veggie omelet, grits, fruit bowl and coffee were all great! We will be back!
I'd read the rave reviews online and wanted to give this place a try, but I was shocked at how mediocre the food was. I got a bowl because I'm gluten & corn free so I needed to avoid the tortillas, but the rice, the beans and the fish were extremely bland. Even the Chipotle lime dressing was bland to the point where the only thing you could taste was the mayonnaise. And it was sweltering hot inside and it's the middle of November, so I can't imagine how unbearable it must be in August.

We ordered a large cheese pizza and a small gluten free pizza from here. My boyfriend said the cheese pizza was good, but not the best pizza he’s had, so take that as you will. I think they have one of the better gluten free pizzas that I’ve had. Most gluten free crusts are soggy and gross, this one was crisp and had flavor. Our order was ready right when it was supposed to be. The inside is small but has a nice area for dining in.
Best gluten free (friendly) pizza I have ever had. If you are gluten free then you know how much you miss pizza. This place was fantastic! Even ate the leftovers

We stopped in for breakfast w/ a view on our way home to Georgia & this place is amazing. Gabby is a STAR 🌟 ! I’m a hospitality consultant & she made our delicious food & gorgeous view even better. I can't say enough good things about this place. I own my own business and love conducting my interviews here. They have excellent coffee, their turkey salad bowl is my favorite and so delicious, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. They have gluten-free options here as well, which is a huge plus for me! They have beautiful mugs made locally and lots of other little items for sale that make wonderful gifts for all occasions. Highly recommend visiting them if you haven't yet!!
Orange juice slushies are my reason for living. Then they added tacos - amazing, gluten free tacos. And gazpacho loaded with shrimp. Pretty sure this place part of gluten free heaven.

Usually what you need. Neighborhood type so some limitations on products. Found the house brand frozen individual meals so successful trip. Also some gluten free items but again, not as much as a super center.
The Food, people, all are great! Very fresh fish! The cocktails were made perfectly! It is nice to go to a very well run family business that does everything well. Clean kitchen, clean floors, and clean everywhere! We enjoyed our dinner very much! Also, I am Gluten free because of an allergy, and they are very accommodating and knowledgeable and helped me order everything gluten free! We will be going back here soon and often!
I ordered Cap's Bomber Pizza. The taste was great. I ordered the XL that left me plenty left over for tomorrow. A slice of the pizza does not even come close to passing the flop test. The middle of the pizza was soggy. So maybe some temp issues going on in the oven. My wife needs gluten free so she ordered the cauliflower crust, which wasn't even a true cauliflower crust but more of a fathead dough. It was chewy and dense. The toppings on her pizza where good. ( sorry I forgot to get a pic of her pizza)
For an appetizer we indulged ourselves in some of the hottest Wings they have, which are called the 911 wings. they're not hot. so don't worry no one's going to be calling 911.
I got me a draft beer when I first sat down along with water, order a Modelo. The beer came to my table almost cold. It's very clear that the temperature problem with their draft beer system beer was was clearly not to temp. I told the waitress and she gave me a look like I was out of my mind.
