Holy smokes, Batman! As someone who often struggles to find great food options (especially gluten-free), Irregardless blew me away. Our waitress—whose name I regretfully forgot, and it’s not on my receipt—was phenomenal. I told her I was torn between a few choices, and she confidently recommended the Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich (GF). Honestly? One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in over 12 years. Crispy, flavorful, and totally worth the hype. 🌱 They accommodate a ton of dietary restrictions. 🍽️ Portion sizes? Generous. 🌿 Food? Incredibly fresh and delicious. 🏡 Location? Adorable. 🚗 Parking? A bit tricky, but it’s the only “meh” part. 🪑 Inside? Cozy, charming, and quiet enough to actually enjoy a conversation. English and Spanish: I have been to this restaurant several times and have loved it every time! They are allergy-friendly, 100% gluten-free, and are willing to make accommodations. They have this vegan cilantro sauce that is phenomenal. I’ve gotten the vegan beyond arepa with avacados, lettuce, and Fritos. The rice and beans (the beans depend on who is making it; there have been some inconsistencies there), but everything else is good. I also love their fresh juices. Everything was wonderful. They were able to work with our food allergies without issue. They accommodated gluten free, nut free, and even a garlic free guest! Room is beautiful, staff was on top of everything, would definitely recommend.

So I have autoimmune disease called Celiac Disease and that means gluten and me do not get along at all. This place has great gluten free reviews and was super excited coming here. Well now I am about ready to lose my mind. I asked my usual questions concerning gluten free items and preparations for their food/drinks. I ordered a CIDER and got served a BEER without hesitation. This is actually absurd. When somebody asks you about gluten free items and safety precautions and then immediately within 2 minutes get served a gluten containing item, it’s just actually ridiculous. The server was apologetic and kind but not knowing the difference between beer and cider is disheartening.

I hired Neomonde to cater two back-to-back parties I was hosting this June (for 75 and 25 people, respectively.) I chose them because I have always liked their food and they were recommended by a friend whose event Neomonde catered back in 2020. Neomonde did an excellent job, and they will be my go-to caterer if I need one in the future. First (and no surprise) the food was excellent and my guests raved about it. The buffet presentation was lovely too. In addition, the catering manager Saida was a delight to work with, and made everything as easy as possible for me. This included suggesting great options on a tasting menu, helping me figure out how much food to order, answering my many questions about logistics (ice, buffet space and set up, how much wine/beer to have, sustainable utensils, gluten-free options, etc etc etc), and managing the set up and tear down of the buffet and packaging all the leftovers for me (yum.) Saida’s support was especially helpful to me as I had never hosted events of that size or complexity before. I highly recommend Neomonde!

Food was good. We got their beignets and some breakfast stacker crepes. My Celiac wife forgot to tell them that she was gluten free so they had to remake the dish for her. They were very nice about it. Only reason for lack of star was server wasn’t very attentive and forgot silverware

We dined at Barcelona Wine Bar for Independence Day and were served by Ashley and Conner. We called early in the afternoon to check on reservations, but were assured we could probably walk in with no wait. The patio quickly filled after we were seated by a manager. Service was attentive and courteous throughout. We enjoyed burrata, lamb chops, chicken thigh, haricot verts and the Branzino entree. Each dish was rich with flavor and beautifully presented. As a celiac, it means a lot that our servers were versed on proper protocol. Pesto for the burrata was served on the side, as it was cross contaminated with the bread previously on the flat-top, for example. We were warned at the beginning of service that entrees would take a little while. Our wait between tapas and entrees must have been longer than usual for the establishment. We were asked if there were any other tapas we would like while the Branzino was being prepared. Taken by complete surprise managers comped both our hericot verts and the entree. Although we would have no complaints paying for both as we understand from the FOH perspective. Fantastic job by all! We will be back!

This Mellow has a 70s disco theme. It was dark but so many bright colors. The food was delicous as always, and their gluten-free crust is always a hit for my daughter. Service was good, slow at times, but that is because it was between busy hours and servers get distracted as new employees come in. Young being young.

Love the gluten free options! The specialty lattes are on point. Customer service was great and the ambiance was both comfortable and eclectic. The library is a delight. There are places to work, converse, read and listen to music. Highly recommend!

There aren't enough words to say how fantastic this local grocery store is! Not only do they do their best to source locally, but they have a ton of Gluten Free and Plant-Based Vegan options to choose from. They have a juice bar in the back, as well as a decent dog section. The brands that they carry for pet food is top notch. And they carry local Fox Farms & Forage mushrooms to boot. I got lucky enough to end up being one of the owners and she is highly knowledgeable and friendly. All of the staff that I ran across in the store were the same. When it comes to grocery shopping, this is definitely going to be one of my regular go-to's, even though it's not as close to me. If you haven't checked this place out yet, you are definitely missing out!

Wanted to love it but…we both got sick My husband ordered the lasagna. It was mushy and covered in sauce, when my husband scraped off the sauce topping it revealed a black top layer that was disgusting and left us both feeling queasy and wondering just how long that lasagna had been in the walk-in. If you are celiac, I wouldn’t trust the gf pasta here. I had a reaction after dining here last night that left me wondering if the gf pasta was boiled in cross contaminated water 🤷🏻‍♀️ The noodles were over cooked and not that great even before my belly swole to the size of an 8 month pregnancy. In retrospect, this is a kitchen nightmare and we wouldn’t have been surprised if Gordon Ramsay popped out around the corner while we were dining there. That being said the front of the house was nice and handled our complaint professionally.

Very good burgers, with gluten free options both for buns and for sides. The medium rare beef burger just melts in your mouth, and the gluten free chicken tenders and tater tots are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The wait is also quick, we've been here twice and got our food within 10 minutes. We ate our food before I could remember to take photos, so here's the clean plate club. They also have a rewards club that offers free burgers and such, if you like app/rewards clubs.

We had reservations so we were seated quickly. We each had a drink which was wonderful. Our server was kind, but we were given takeout boxes for our entrees and the check upon receiving our food without time to enjoy our meal. The gluten free options are limited, and the pasta was a bit of a let down.

Yikes. Don’t even know where to start. Long story short - don’t come here. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and after that we walked out. Never typically leave reviews for restaurants but this was an exception because it was so bad. I mean the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We kept getting different excuses from the waiter and the manager. At one point it was that “gluten free pizza takes longer” (which has never been a hold up in the past at Mellow), another time it was “the kitchen made your orders wrong,” and the third time it was “the kitchen lost your ticket and your order hasn’t been made.” After over an hour and a half of waiting and the server asking us our order again and getting the order wrong on the ticket, we decided to leave. Manager and waiter never seemed to care that we had been waiting over an hour and a half, there was no sympathy or apologies, and they were rude. Exceptionally bad customer service. Other tables were waiting for their food and the food pick up section had a large amount of people waiting a long time too. So don’t count on pick up being timely either. Understand delays can happen because of staff shortage and busy hours, but the restaurant was half empty and tons of servers standing around. None of our group will be coming back. Highly recommend you don’t go here or if you really want Mellow Mushroom to visit the Cary or Durham location.

Love that it’s completely gluten free I have celiac and anxiety when trying new places but my biggest concern was what to eat I chose the khalessi bowl and hot mocha omg soooo gooooo if you like clean juice you will love this my partner had avacado toast and couldn’t tell it was gf wish I lived closer

I’m a vegetarian, and the main menu has almost no meat-free dishes—but Winston’s actually is vegetarian friendly as long as you say something to the waiter. They have a complete alternative menu available: the front lists vegetarian and vegan dishes, and the back has gluten-free dishes. I can’t speak to the gluten-free options, but the vegan and vegetarian choices are excellent!

It saddens me to write a negative review. My husband and I order all the time. How are the past two times there’s been issues. I have a gluten allergy, therefore always have to order the gluten-free pizzette. It’s one of my favorites in Raleigh! The past two times it’s come on the normal pita. The store was very kind on fixing the issue the first time. However, tonight I called and everything else came fine and normal except for mine. I called back and explained the situation and thanked them that we at least had the gluten-free pita. I spoke to a very sweet woman who then transferred me to this man. I am only assuming he Is the manager And if he is, I’m so sorry. All he kept saying was it was not his fault it was DoorDash’s fault and that I was being rude. I was crying. I just had surgery and my emotions are everywhere but the one thing I wanted was my gluten-free fig mint pizzette and this guy was just telling me I was being rude and hurting his feelings. I don’t know when crying and getting upset was being rude. If it is, I apologize. However, I will think twice before ordering or going to Sassool

I have celiacs and was worried I wouldn’t have much to choose from, but was so wrong! The service was some of the best I’ve ever received, celiacs or non. They truly bend over backwards to make sure you have a great experience and don’t feel like you have a limited menu. Our waitress literally created a roll for me based off what fish I preferred, 1,000/10. Plus it was DELICIOUS Thank you again Macee and Nicole! Inside is more lively and rooftop day or night is nice and calm more relaxed up there making it more comfortable. Also great for larger parties Staff: nice, friendly. Good service is super important. Food: we go here enough and it's always very good. More authentic and flavorful Greek food. We had this time The trio of all 3 spreads- comes with alot of pita slices (can get gluten free) which is great. Dinner : Chicken Mykonos (comes with pasta but substituted for rice) was delicious Also have had the Souvlaki Platters. Gluten free: Can substitue the pasta for rice. So if that's your thing you can make it work with many dishes. Price: for the quality it's worth it. More authentic and better ingredients Exactly what you would expect from a better experience.

A go-to date night spot for me and my husband. Convenient parking, delicious food, and a unique atmosphere…this restaurant checks all the boxes. Additionally, I have celiac disease and therefore must avoid gluten completely. I never seem to have issues here and they always accommodate & modify my favorite taco (the carne) to make it gluten free. It’s a toss up which dip is the best…they are all amazing. I’ve never had a bad taco here, and my husband loves their burrito el guapo. If you love tacos, don’t hesitate to eat here. By far the best tacos in Raleigh.

LOVE this place! The pizza is so good and there’s so many gluten free options. This place has the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! The drinks are cheap and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint is I don’t think the restaurant is very clean (referring to bathrooms and dining room) , but I like the food so much that I’m still giving 5 stars.

The food at Happy & Hale is not only healthy and meets my dietary needs but it's also SO DELICIOUS!
