The pizza is not made in a seperate place and they don't take care of contamination. It's so sad because the pizza dough was sooo delicious. If they would take care of contamination it would be such an amazing place for celiac people. But wouldn't recommend if you're celiac. We had a relaxing lunch on the outdoor patio. It was a treat to know everything on the menu is gluten-free. My daughter with celiac loved the home-made chicken nuggets. The schnitzel was also good and the seasoned french fries. The mixed salad with house dressing was delicious, too, and they provided a small basket of GF bread that was also homemade and so tasty!

Bündnerland is one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in Europe! The food is beyond delicious, the service is warm and welcoming, and the restaurant itself has such a cozy atmosphere. I was traveling with my girlfriend, who has celiac disease, and the staff were very understanding and helpful. They prepared the entire Swiss Tour Menu gluten-free so that we could both sample everything. Every dish was fantastic, but the fondue and cordon-bleu were our favorites. I also enjoyed the house aperitivo. The service was attentive but not at all rushed, so we were able to have a lovely, relaxing evening. The food (including the gluten-free option) was delicious and anything but run-of-the-mill. Vegetarians also get their money's worth. The garden terrace is lovely with its large shady trees. But the benches without cushions make it a disaster for long periods of time. The service was friendly, but totally inefficient. There were three of them for seven garden tables (the restaurant inside was empty). They stood around, preferred folding napkins to bringing us menus and drinks, and for dessert, the gluten-free sorbet had a biscuit stuck in it. That shouldn't happen with guests who have celiac disease.

I loved the tibits restaurant in Lucerne soooo much. 😊🙏 I was welcomed kindly by the staff, who explained everything detailed with me how to choose between the several options the restaurant brunch offers (pay by weight or a fixed price: 49 CHF, a bit expensive, but you get to choose between such a biiiig variety of food at the buffet).
An endless variety of vegan and vegetarian options - sweet and savory. If you take the fixed price for the brunch, you also get a yummy juice and a hot drink, which you can choose freely. That was a really lovely deal.
I loved the waffle with a vegan vanilla and chocolate sauce, which you could put on top of it, yummy crunchy bread rolls with or without grains and also glutenfree options, the vegan sausages, vegan tofu scrambled egg, etc...... the endless vegetarian and vegan dream continues.
I loved it soooo so much here and recommend this restaurant to everyone, who wants to make their tummies, minds and souls happy. I had a super energy filled happy morning.

Everything can be done online...except the consumption itself! Nevertheless, there is very friendly and helpful staff present, who serve the Cordon Bleus, which is very originally prepared on a wooden board. There are a variety of different variations (even vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free cordon bleu are available!!). The Cordon Bleus are very delicate and are served with fries or a large mixed fresh salad! The prices correspond to the price level of Adelboden. It's worth a visit!!
There's nothing wrong with it. Everything is very clean! Apart from the fact that the ambience was a bit too cool for my taste, I think it's a bit of a shame. But that's a matter of taste!

We recently gathered in Interlaken from Chicago, Florence and London to celebrate two birthdays. We made our way to Vela daily to share time, enjoy the artisanal coffees, teas and hot chocolates.
