We ate in, which was probably a mistake as they seem to be geared towards takeout and delivery. The staff didn't know how to handle dine-in customers. The pizza is fine, glad that they have gluten free crust options, but the rice flour crust was burned on the outside and tasteless. It was a meh experience.

Had a post Tampa Theater Star Wars pizza and their gluten free crust option were out of this world!! The best part about the experience was our server Emily! From the moment we walked in, she immediately greeted us with the biggest smile, told us to sit anywhere and she took such great care of us throughout the entire afternoon! We need more servers like her in downtown Tampa! Way to GO, Emily!! Keep up that high vibe and making everyone feel welcome! Give that young woman a raise!!

We have ordered from Daily Eats twice in the last month and both times the food was great. We ordered breakfast items for lunch (the gluten free pancakes are amazing). We will definitely be ordering again.

Delicious, consistent, great service, and celiac friendly. Our family loves it here. For us (a family of 4 with teens), it's not the best atmosphere when it's busy. That's ok, we just avoid those busy hours. Highly recommend them!!

Made my own bowl with chicken, pesto noddles, sweet potato, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles onions and it was delicious. Everything was so fresh! Highly recommend the gluten free chocolate chip cookies.

A la cart style tacos. Plus some bowls, chip plates and sides. Pork belly, duck, fish, mushroom, and cauliflower were all delicious. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free and celiac safe (except dessert and quesadillas) our server checked and there's a separate GF fryer for chips. QR style ordering or paper/pencil. Definitely wouldn't call it authentic tacos but you'd have to be pretty dull to think it would be. They do a good job with complimentary flavors.

This place rocks! Our go-to spot when visiting family in the area, especially since my wife and mom have celiac (the whole menu is gluten free). The staff is cheerful and the synth wave pink neon pop vibes inside were on point. Plus some witty playful branding (including the staff all wearing different FK branded hats). And the food is excellent and great value. What’s not to love??

We had a team holiday luncheon and it was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the entrees, especially the salmon and scallops. The appetizer flatbreads and meatballs were good starters. They had an excellent gluten free menu. We had a lovely table in the middle of the restaurant but it was quite noisy due to busyness of the restaurant and we had difficulty hearing each other.

Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and solid gluten-free options! I’m celiac and eat gluten-free, and I had the entrée salad with shrimp, it was delicious and I didn’t get sick. I was hoping it would come with ham as well (like the side salad appetizer the rest of the family ate), so next time I’ll ask for both shrimp and ham on the entrée salad. The architecture and ambiance are beautiful, and we really enjoyed the two pitchers of sangria — definitely a 10/10! The only downside was the service staff was very kind and friendly and did they best they could. Our group of 8 felt a bit forgotten, and after waiting to order dessert and water refill, we paid and left after about two hours. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend going with a smaller group (maybe 3–6 people) for a smoother visit.

I have been wanting to visit this restaurant since it opened. I live in Pinellas so, unfortunately, it's not near me. HOWEVER, now that I know where it's located I will definitely make it a point to visit when I'm in the area. Being Gluten and Dairy free makes dining out limiting. Flourish provides more options than the average restaurant! I ordered the their Bohemian Jack pizza. 'Creamy white sauce, bbq pulled jackfruit, lime-pickled cabbage, housemade ranch drizzle, green onions." So good and filling! You can watch them make your pizza in front of you. They even have a gluten/dairy free sweet option! Say what???? Chocolate Chunk Coconut Cookie is (Gluten Friendly) and delicious! Thank you Flourish! This is my new favorite for gluten free Vegan fair! I had the vegan pho and avocado spring roll with almond pistachio cookie. The cookie was so soft and chewy I wouldn't have believed it was GF. The pho broth was savory and full of flavor, not flat or watery like other pho establishments. The spring roll sauce tasted like a shot of fresh citrus juice. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere - they are playing meditation type music 🎶 and being here is calming. Thank you so much, Bamboozle!

Bamboozle in Channelside is an absolute gem for anyone craving vibrant Vietnamese and Asian fusion cuisine! As someone who’s gluten-free and dairy-free, I was so thrilled to find so many delicious options. They’re known for their rice rolls, and they did not disappoint! The crispy duck, grilled chicken, and the traditional fresh rolls were bursting with flavor. The entree, the sesame glass noodles with sesame pork were the perfect way to complement the flavors and add an extra kick to my meal. The Ube Basque Cheesecake was a first for me, and it did not disappoint—it was rich and indulgent, the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Portions are generous, and everything is beautifully presented. Bamboozle stands out for its incredible dishes and laid-back atmosphere. If you’re near Channelside, don’t miss this hidden treasure!

This place has amazing food! But beyond that, it has THE BEST gluten free pizza I have ever eaten! I have celiacs and honestly believed they gave me the wrong pizza the first time I had it but they didn’t. It’s just that good! My husband, who is not gluten free, happily eats this pizza and agrees it doesn’t taste gluten free. It is genuily wonderful pizza. In fact, everything we have eaten here has been phenomenal. The service is always exellent, especially from our favorite bartender, Leslie! She has wonderful recommendations and makes a fantastic Italian 75! This is our favorite neighborhood spot. You won’t regret visiting this place!

Strictly vegan. Open kitchen. All To go and packaged in compostable material. Gluten free options. Everything grab and go. Huge plus if you are in a rush. Ingredients listed on the lid for food items. Lavender blueberry cupcake: Severely legit. Lavender buds with lavender sparkles on lavender icing that is soft like lavender clouds. Best cupcake ever. Churro cupcake: Tastes just like a churro…cupcake. The frosting is super light and yummy. Penne pesto pasta: Pesto is way creamy and beautifully savory. Lovely color green it has basil, capers and artichoke. Curry Mei fun: Angel hair noodles balance with veggies and tofu. Slightly sweet and a little little spice. Potato salad: Looking for a southern classic that tastes like a southern classic? Here you go. It tastes just like Sunday. Hints of sweet relish alongside creamy potatoes with traditional spices. So good! Best get you some baked beans to go with this! Chicken curry patte: Delicious spread. Cranberries, curry, celery, traditional Indian spices, red and orange bell pepper and a little bit of that Indian sweetness all in a cashew tasting base. Absolutely delicious. Salmon patte: Smoked salmon flavor, really tasty. Match chia: Chia overnight seeds, chilled. Deliciously creamy yet light on the palate. Complemented with traditional sweet red bean paste on top. Beets cashew soup: Can still taste the beets except now they are creamy and savory. Fantastic. Beets always give food such a beautiful pink hue. Cilantro yucca salad: If you've never had yucca, this is it. This is my first taste of yucca root and I have always been a fan of cilantro. Sweet Soul was definitely sweet to the soul. It was a great visit with great service. It's part of the locally owned Ciccio Restaurant Group, and kind of follows the same type of bowl concept as the other restaurants. The twist is that it's basically plant based and dairy free. They also have lots of gluten free options. I was seriously blown away by the taste of the PB and GF dark chocolate chip cookies. They were fresh, soft, and oh so chocolaty. I didn't miss the dairy one bit. Anyway, I was set on having a swirl of 2 soft serve flavors. I just wasn't sure if they could swirl the Yelp's 5-Star strawberry with matcha. I'd only seen pictures of it with the chocolate. Well, I was so happy to hear that they could do that with 2 of my favorite flavors. It was a good match. The blueberries, strawberries, and coconut flakes went perfectly with it. I only wish I had chosen the Nutella drizzle instead of the honey. The Nutella apparently hardens up on the soft serve and kind of keeps it all together. They did recommend it, but I was kind of going for a healthier option. The honey was good but maybe too heavy for it. I'll know for next time. Yes, there will be many next times. I totally want to go back and try the Italian Stallion and the acai bowls. I definitely need to get more of those cookies as well. It was the perfect morning full of enjoyable weather and wholesome treats.

This place is so charming and upscale. Eating with a friend of mine who has a severe gluten intolerance and Alisha talked us through their cleaning protocols and how the kitchen works and how everything on the menu is cooked/prepared. I got a sushi roll and the “potion” hot coffee/cocoa/mushroom drink and it was impressive how much I enjoyed everything. Def will be back to try everything else! New fav vegan restaurant.

We had a large family meal at this amazing restaurant after researching a unique dining experience and were not disappointed! There was live music, excellent food, and the best service! The staff made the experience fun by interacting with our group and taking great care of us. We loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, as well. It was all around a great time and really made our family get together quite festive! I will plan to return to this restaurant on my next trip to Tampa. It would be worth it to eat at this restaurant alone. As a side note, it also had many meal items that were gluten free and it was so nice to have some very good options!!

I happened to be in south Tampa for work yesterday and stopped here for a healthy vegan lunch. I had a 5 item mezze platter (salad, beets, falafel, babaganoush, cilantro hummus) and each item was fresh and delicious. the falafel is air fried to order so it’s crispy and grease-free. the woman making and serving the food is so sweet, and she offered to top my hummus and baba with olive oil, which i gladly took her up on. if you skip the pita and order rice with lentils, it’s easy to go gluten free here as well (i dipped my falafel, beets, and cucumbers and tomato in the hummus and baba to keep my platter gluten-free and it was really tasty). I’ll happily return next time I need a quick lunch in south Tampa.

Hands down the best vegan food I’ve ever had. I’m Gluten-free which limits the choices at vegan places due to the glutinous ingredients in so many recipes. Not a prob here. They have gf options. Everything is fresh, creative and delicious! Plus really friendly owner and staff. Parking out front.
