The good news: they have gluten free options. The bad news, the food was not great. I got the orange chicken and it tasted like it came from a box, with very little taste. The honey walnut shrimp was ok. Normally the walnuts are candied, these were just out of the bag. I didn't get sick, so everything was prepared gluten free, but I won't eat here again.

Our family of 6 had a a great experience for dinner- great friendly service and delicious food. We had a number of gluten free meals and appreciated that they came out on red plates to signify an allergy. Everything was yummy and perfectly prepared. Izzi took great care of us- kept our waters full and brought everything out quickly since we were in a bit of hurry. We haven’t been here in a long time but are looking forward to coming back!

Wow! Everything we had was delicious. Anna is a goddess who came to us with assurance that we can have a great meal without gluten. We had the nachos with pork, chicken and beef cheesesteaks (on amazing gluten-free bread!), and the Chai-tini. We couldn't finish the other half of our sandwiches so we ate them on a hike the next day (soo good!). We'd love to come back whenever we're in town again.

I’ve been going to Itto for about 10 years now. We first started coming here because they offer pretty much every roll gluten free. It’s super fresh and taste great. Itto always explained he would get fresh fish from the airport everyday. It’s a great restaurant and has always been top tier.

Great food. My favorite restaurant in Utah county. They have a good gluten free menu with lots of options. Try the Green Tea ice cream, it's wonderful. Reservations are a must.

Used to love coming here. They offer a gluten-free menu including gf soy sauce. The last 2 or 3 times I've eaten there, the sweet and sour chicken is dry, difficult to swallow, and tough to chew. Sorry to give the bad review, this restaurant used to be my fave.

Absolutely incredible food. I can’t believe it took me so long to try this place! I had the Khao Soi with tofu and my partner had the Red Curry with chicken. Both of our meals were delicious! They were even able to make my dish gluten free! Super accommodating to allergies and dietary needs. Fantastic service and top notch Thai food in Utah. We will be back!

One of the best gluten free sushi places I have found. They have a big gf section of the menu, plus really good teriyaki sauce that is too. One of the main things we go here for is the gf salad dressing. The sushi rolls were decent, but the fish was great on the nigiri.

The good: Service by V was attentive and friendly without being too much. Gluten-free menu and gluten-free tamari for people with Celiac or gluten issues. The bad: This location has really gone downhill in the food prep area. Every roll we had was so poorly rolled they fell apart. Slices of fish on top were not uniformly cut and some were so thick they were extremely off-putting. The space also looks old and kind of dirty now. We were seated next to some pillar which was all banged up and very dusty. This isn’t what you want to see anywhere, let alone at a place that serves raw fish.

The food and service here exceeds my expectations. It’s not very often that I find myself wanting more, but Yuki Yama did just that. The wagyu beef served with the hot rock is to die for, as well as the lamb and Bruce lee roll. Our server Dariel was efficient and thorough, and went the extra mile to make sure we had an amazing experience. He had great recommendations and it’s not very often that I receive this level of service. Even out Busser was thorough and cleared many plates and provided us with clean ones. You have to try the wagyu and Bruce Lee roll. I’ll be thinking about this place until the next time we’re back ! The only thing that estranged me is the country and blues music for a Japanese restaurant, but we absolutely loved everything else. Additionally , they have many clear options for gluten and dairy allergy restrictions.

Our server Blythe was incredible! We planned on coming here as I have a Gluten Intolerance and heard about their GF menu. It was delightful. There were multiple options for both plates and sushi, they had tamari, teriyaki, and even brownies!!! I got a GF rainbow roll, teriyaki skewers, and 1 brownie with 2 to go because it was so yummy! Loved this place for GF options specifically!

We had an amazing dinner after a very emotional day at the hospital with a family member. The service we received from Roxanne was top notch and the food was amazing. As someone who has to eat gluten free I felt that special care was taken to make sure that the food was safe for me to eat (gf) and also really delicious. Watching the people cook our food was hands down the best part! They were so skilled and fun to watch! 10 stars to the cooks! We met a lady there who has celiac and several other crazy allergies and said that if you let the cooks know they’re incredible at cooking the food in a safe way, and she’s never had a reaction at HuHot so it’s her favorite place to go. If you go, look up the online HuHot recipes so you can make something yummy! Just google “huhot recipes” or the specific recipe you’re looking for. We tried and tried and tried to make something we liked but couldn’t, finally we googled a recipe and finally made a dish we liked. If I had one main suggestion for HuHot it would be to have them put a QR code at each table where people can scan and get recipe ideas. We didn’t even know online recipes existed at first. It took us lots of not so great dishes before we figured it out. We were a little disappointed that not all the food was as fresh as we wished, the cilantro was not good and made all our food taste weird until we stopped putting cilantro in. I love how this place looks. The art, the dragon hanging from the ceiling, etc. I gave a 4 on the atmosphere because there was country music playing which didn’t really fit the aesthetic. Honestly though, if you get some good recipes, this place is definitely worth it for all you can eat food.

Cupbop is a great place if you're somewhat sensitive to gluten. It's become a regular choice for me! The service is fast, and the employees are friendly. The dining area is pretty well cleaned, but it's nothing to write home about. I usually get my food here to go.

PF Chang's impressed me from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern and traditional Asian-inspired decor. The staff is attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. PF Chang’s is a fantastic option for anyone needing gluten-free choices. I tried the gluten-free Mongolian Beef and gluten-free Fried Rice. I was blown away! The beef was tender, the sauce perfectly balanced, and the flavors were bold and delicious. The Fried Rice was the best I have ever had blending the same bold flavors and taste as the Mongolian Beef. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring my meal was prepared safely, which gave me so much confidence in their handling of gluten-free meals. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this cared for with dietary restrictions. I highly recommend PF Chang’s if you’re celiac or gluten-sensitive – delicious food and peace of mind all in one! Our server, Creed, was friendly and engaging. The Manager, Aaron, stopped by our table to check on us. We had a wonderful conversation with Aaron. The food and service are simply outstanding. I give a solid five-star rating!

This may be the best Thai food I’ve ever had. We ordered the Massamon curry and the yellow curry and both were absolutely delicious. I’m assuming the very nice man that greeted me was the owner, he was very kind and helpful. They also have a nice menu with a lot of clearly marked gluten free meals. We were just passing through but if we ever do again, we’re stopping here for sure.

My gluten free family loves eating here. It’s so nice to have another option for a place to eat, and this place just happens to be delicious. My celiac boys have never gotten sick from eating here, which is a big win for us. I wish the sitting area was a little bigger, but besides that, I have no complaints.

Tasty, healthy, affordable fast food. This is our go-to for takeout (eat-in atmosphere is blah). Great for anyone with dietary restrictions—it's easy to get a balanced vegan meal, or to avoid gluten (which they keep out of most of their staple sauces & mains). Zao is much better than most of the food available in this neighborhood (except Piko, which is a whole other ballgame).

Zao’s is one of my favorite fast casual restaurants to go to! Their menu is simple but packed with all great options. Vegan, Vegetarian, and gluten free options. Sometimes I love to substitute out rice or noodles for their shredded cucumbers making it just a little healthier. Also, if you like spicy ask for Tiger Sauce! Today was the traditional bowl and I ate it up fast!

The best Indian restaurant in Provo! 🔥🔥♥️ Fresh ingredients and bold flavor. Has some gluten free options. Their Naan bread is incredible, their Lassi is freshly made, and their sauces are superb. The owner of the restaurant always greets you with a smile. Customer service was great. I highly recommend it.

Honestly the worst sushi I’ve ever had. The teriyaki steak plate was absolutely horrible (a pile of steamed, unseasoned veggies, old rice and a tiny piece of “steak”), the California roll was edible but the rainbow roll looked and tasted off like the fish was old. I’ve never had to force myself to eat sushi before. They do have good gluten free options though. I feel guilty posting a review this bad about a local restaurant but the owner really needs to be aware how bad the food they’re serving here is. We’ve eaten at other Tsunami locations and they were pretty good but this one was horrible.

This is by far our favorite Thai restaurant. They have so many gluten free options. Their pineapple curry and Thai rice are by far our favorite. The portions are large and shareable.
