Disappointed. Hangry Burger has been a staple for us but quality has taken a turn. Maybe there’s new management? About 3 times out of 4 our order is wrong or something is missing. This time the sides all tasted like they were sitting out for hours and my burger was so greasy that the bun was inedible. Really sad because I loved having a great option for gluten free takeout. But when a fast casual meal for two adults and a toddler is over $50, quality needs to be more consistent.

my wallet will be taking a hit. the menu is right up my alley for taste. the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. you can see partly in to the kitchen. well worth the visit.

Lots of healthy options. I tried their sausage biscuit and Cyprus side salad. The biscuit was good but the salad was stellar! So fresh and delicious. The dressing so light and flavorful. They had lots of gluten free and vegan options. Enjoyed the inside, very warm and inviting.

Came here on Valentine’s Day. My server Lexi made sure my meals would be shellfish and gluten free. Also love how many gluten free options there are too. I had the devils pass dip which was so flavorful and had the cheeseburger which was good too. Also tried the chocolate decadence which is gluten free too, very rich chocolate flavor

Our waiter Garrett was absolutely fabulous ! Provided professional outstanding service. He was personable, funny and made my birthday dinner with family extra special. Felt like we made a new friend. Tyrek the kitchen manager was also very pleasant to chat with. The food was delicious and so enjoyable ! With great prices. Also appreciated the gluten free options. This is definitely one of our favorite places ! Thank you for helping us make a sweet birthday memory

Gonna have to rate this lower until I get a response. Ordered the asiago chicken, fries, and French onion -all gluten free with listed allergies. I didnt have the soup last night and have had severe diarrhea, bloating and gas all day. Typical from eating gluten for me and last up to 1-2 weeks. I can only assume it was in fact the Asiago chicken. I rarely eat outside of my comfort spots because of this so im gonna have to recommend you steer clear if you are Celiac, GF, or have any allergies. If you cant guarantee the surface or utensils havent been contaminated, don't use them or don't make the product. I would rather have the items docked and refunded than go through this.

Wonderful experience. They were pretty busy, and a storm was coming in, so they were in the process of moving outside parties to inside tables. Even with all of that, wait time was 10 minutes. We decided to sit at the bar. We were thrilled to see they had so many gluten-free options. I had the shrimp and crab pasta without any reaction. My fiance had the bacon, egg, and cheddar smash burger and was in pain 😢 The service and experience overall was nice. Next time, we will verify they have a dedicated space to cook. Pretty sure he was Cross contaminated.

We love Capitol Ale House! Kylie was fabulous. The club is my absolute favorite but I've tried many menu items with no complaints. I had to take off a star because of my recent visit. I have a gluten allergy friend who loves Capitol Ale because of the gluten free options. She ALWAYS looks forward to the fries. They had a dedicated air fryer. This was a huge bonus for anyone with a gluten allergy. This has changed sometime recently and unfortunately is longer an option. Bring back the gluten free fry option.

Well, here is my honest review. When we walked in, there were three employees behind the stand. One was busy on the phone and the other two were just standing around and giggling. We stood there for about a minute and no one acknowledged us. I literally turned around and opened the door and said “I guess they are closed.” (Nigel - you can actually check the camera because it’s a great feedback/teaching moment to your staff.) The two girls still said nothing to us. We stayed because of your Gluten Free options. We got sat and we waited. Then, we waited some more. Then, we flagged down a passing server and inquired where ours was. She told us that she would check. A few moments later, someone appeared at the table. Our server Talina was a bag full of sunshine… NOT. She was mediocre at best. While waiting for our food, we were subjected to the inappropriate music being blasted from the kitchen. (We sat in the booth right in front of the kitchen expo.) Speaking of food, I asked for the pasta with chicken; no mushrooms but substitute broccoli. I was charged $3 for a few measly pieces of it but hey, its 2024. The food overall was very, very good. However, due to the lack of hospitality and pleasant atmosphere, it was a fail in my book. *Bonus tidbit, I called from my seat asking if Nigel was in tonight. They answered “no” to which I replied, it’s clearly evident.

My husband I went here for lunch and it was good I got the the alpine chicken on gf bun and it all tasted so delicious. The bun was it tasted good unlike other places. I felt comfortable that it would be made with caution and it was i got see them cook and handle food where we were seated.

The wine area downstairs is fine, but charging me $11 for like a thimble size of turkey, one small piece of cheese, and one freaking mustard packet is mind blowing. I have celiacs so can’t have the bread, and they gave me enough to feed a mouse at full price. Ridiculous.

I can't speak highly enough of Brood Restaurant and Bar. Every visit has been an exceptional experience. Brood is 100% gluten free, but surprisingly does not lack in flavor. The seafood, poultry, and salads always leave my stomach feeling pure bliss. I'm also a fan of the focused cocktail list, but am very happy that the bar can crank out just about anything requested. Table service is prompt, friendly, and accurate. Brood is and will forever be me and my dad's birthday splurge!

The food was good. The menu had a lot of variety and included vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. I had the Adam's. It was tasty. The rye ginger sour was 🔥. The waiter was a little pushy, then inattentive, then pushy again.

I've been to No Frill a few times, but not in a couple of years. I asked for a GF menu and chose the Salmon Salad (choice of blackened or smoked). THANK GOODNESS for our server! He informed me that most of their proteins are marinated in a mixture that contains soy sauce -- traditional sauce is made with wheat! Why is that not notated on the GF menu? Our server was celiac aware, thankfully! I had to choose the smoked salmon. The salad was good, but our server was the best, and I really wish I had gotten his name! Of you are celiac or GF, be aware their GF menu may not be totally GF. Be sure to ask!

My first time here! Having celiac disease makes it very difficult to eat out. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about everything. Our food was top notch and even pointed out the spiced mustard was not gluten free. I never eat a full dish and I cleared my plate. I believe our server was Alainna! We definitely will recommend and spread the word! Thank you for a great evening!

Went for Easter brunch. Service was attentive, food was great and reasonably priced for a fancy buffet. Would love at least one dairy-free and gluten-free option for dessert. Will definitely go back!!

We had an absolutely fantastic meal here on Valentine's Day. Even on a busy night, we were seated promptly for our reservation, but not rushed through our meal. The drinks menu is delightful, and the zero-proof options are thoughtful and complex. We had delicious appetizers (GF Corn Muffins, yum!) but could have skipped the chicken wings. Entrees were delicious and both of us commented on how nice it was that the dishes came with several accompany vegetables - it made it feel like a complete meal without having to order a ton of sides. Finally, the desserts were delicious - the chocolate mud pie is definitely shareable, and we also enjoyed the banana pudding. One of us ordered gluten free items and they were all delicious, definitely recommend for dietary restrictions!

First time dining here. Great dog friendly porch. Had a fabulous lunch/brunch. They have multiple gluten free options on the menu. Service was great and staff went out of their way to make sure our dog had it's own water bowl and shady spot to get out of the sun. The food was terrific. I had a breakfast bowl with pork bbq. Huge portion that I couldn't finish. Can't wait to come back for Supper!

In its "glory days" it was ranked in 2017 & 2020 as the "Best Food Allergy Champion" for their extensive allergy menus and their preparation for making food safely. These are proudly listed on their website too. In fact it used to be a safe go-to place for me as GD had many Gluten Free options. I could even get loaded fries that were safe! Due to the change in ownership the company as a whole has gotten rid of the dedicated fryers and significantly reduced the GF menu. Big bummer and crumby of the company to disregard so many of their customers. I've had several worsening experiences but this takes the cake. The grilled wings continuously come out charred and inedible. Spending $53 and 19 out of my 24 wings ordered were charred to a crisp...

I was genuinely surprised by how good this place was. We were in town visiting family and weren't familiar with the spot. I have a gluten allergy, and the server was knowledgeable, and the gluten friendly options were really good. I actually told my husband that the only suggestion I would make to people would be to sit at the tables rather than in the booths. The booths moved every time the person on the other side moved, and the backs weren't thick enough between sides. We both found that frustrating. If that's the only thing to complain about, though, then I'd say it's about as perfect a place as you'll get! Top notch!

Hands down the best Lebanese / Mediterranean restaurant in Loudoun!!! I don't understand how you could rate this spot lower than 5 stars! Exceptional service, exceptional food, atmosphere is great, not crowded at all. There is plenty of space to enjoy privacy if you want. I love this spot. I will be back with friends and family! I'm excited to try new foods here. You must get the LAMB, Baklava, and Turkish Coffee. Their Massaya red wine was 11/10. The only comment I would have is to get gluten free bread if possible! Again, I love this spot, love the owner. He is very respectful, kind and engaging. What a great place!!!

This was such a quaint spot to stop into while browsing the Downtown Mall area of Charlottesville! It’s a little hidden and we stumbled upon it by accident, but I believe that adds to the charm of the place. It’s on the top floor so you will need to walk up steps and I didn’t see an elevator for those with mobility concerns. At the top you’re greeted by a Bedouin themed area with both table and chair seating and traditional Bedouin style seating (low tables and cushions for seats). There is also a private seating area in the back with similar Bedouin style seating and a few outdoor table/chair seats. Although it has varying tea options, there were a decent amount of food options as well. The restaurant is vegetarian with a decent number of vegan options as well. They do also have the option to add salmon to some of their dishes if you prefer meat protein. Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free options are labeled on the menu so no need for guessing. We ordered Blossoming Tea, the Smoked Salmon Sandwich with a side of Dahl, the Coconut Cardamon Cake, and the Vegan Spice Cake. First time trying dahl so for those who also haven’t tried it before, it’s made of lentils so tastes like a grainer porridge. We enjoyed the spice cake but found the Cardamon Teacake a tad dry. The Smoked Salmon Sandwich was wonderful. As a tea enthusiast this was a great visit, but this is also a must visit if you just want a cool place to take a break or if you want a cozy spot to eat. August 2023, back at GD. GREAT experience again today. Our server Selma was great. My salmon was perfect and my son loved their breaded cauliflower❤️ my white sangria was fantastic - and finally in a wine glass. ❤️ July 2023 - Loved my experience at GD on Columbia Pike. My salmon was delicious. My sister has major allergies, and they offered an array of gluten Free options. While there was a slight error in her meal, our waitress (Sydney - who was fantastic btw) fixed it right away, and the manager even came out to make sure we were okay! White sangria was delicious - although I would prefer to have wine in an actual wine glass. Loved my experience. Will be back again.🙂
