My husband and I went to PF Chang’s for a date tonight - one of our old favorites from when we were dating. We were there for a late 8:30 pm dinner and the restaurant was fairly empty, but that did not diminish our service! Josh was our server, as well as the bartender. He was so personable and thoughtful, making sure everything I ordered was gluten free and catching when I mistakenly ordered something that wasn’t. He kept our drinks refilled and our needs met, while also keeping an eye on the bar. Instead of just handing us a dessert menu, he sold us on the gluten free dessert, chocolate soufflé, which was delicious! We also really appreciated the manager coming by to check on us. I got the wagyu sliders modified to not have a bun, but they do have gluten free burger buns for the full size burgers! My boyfriend got the steak salad. Both dishes were delicious. From the Caesar salad, deviled eggs with candied bacon, roasted beets and goat cheese to the Shrimp and Grits, and their Hibiscus Mule(house ginger beer).
