Via Giacomo Budetti, Pontecagnano Faiano, Italy
Expect an impeccable experience at this high-level pizzeria, exhibiting both tradition and innovation while being a bit pricey.
Found this place by chance while passing through the area and it was a pleasant discovery. We chose traditional pizzas, margherita and marinara, so that the toppings did not cover the real quality and taste of the dough. Delicious pizzas, thin, soft and cooked to perfection. Even the gluten-free pizza is uniquely delicious. The staff is very kind and prepared right from the reception, while for parking you have to search around a bit. One star less for the side room although well furnished: from the uncomfortable benches to the coldness of the environment but above all for the fact that the dishes have to cross the square outside from one room to another (at least that's how it seemed to me). I would recommend a wireless POS so that you can also pay at the table in the room and avoid the customer having to go to the main room through the famous square especially in case of rain (as happened to me). Finally, the prices may seem high but in my opinion they are proportionate to the quality of the products and the service offered.

As a start, gluten-free pizza, excellent pasta and potatoes, super friendly staff and owner. I also recommend coming

I had the pleasure of spending one of the evenings, which for me were difficult to forget. I was there for Valentine's Day; Even though the place was full, I must say that the service was fast and not lacking in attention. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of being able to taste these dishes which, in both of our opinions, were excellent! Even though I have celiac disease, I have to say that I had no problems trying everything I liked most, so I can especially recommend to the gluten-free world to spend an evening there eating very well. The venue is very aesthetic and was set up very well for that occasion. Easily accessible place!

I am celiac and they made me a delicious truffle pizza. Exceptional courtesy from a very nice young girl 😊
