Had lunch here today, phenomenal curry. Our waitress informed us the cafe is closing for 2 months and will only serve coffee and gluten free cake going forward. No more meals.
I visited L for You AOYAMA, a gluten-free cafe for intestinal health in Omotesando. I've been eating and drinking a lot these past few days, so I came here to give my stomach a rest (^^)... I had burdock and mushroom intestinal health soy milk soup, a plate of brown rice and vegetables, and pomegranate green tea.
I'm so happy it's gentle on my stomach...no guilt...
It also came with a small banana bound cake, so I was very satisfied! Thank you for the meal (^_^)!
Amazing gluten free pistacchio cake and cheesecake. Fresh juice, not too sweet. Quiet and comfortable. Will definitely come back!
Edit: Have been here three times now, would 100% recommend this place!
Absolutely delicious chicken tikka masala. Cozy place and very friendly staff. The owner is very knowledgeable about gluten, and all the curries were gluten free.

Very nice and friendly environment, I was searching one more time a gluten free (celiac) place with good sushi and I found it! I showed my translated paper with the information about my disease and they made me an amazing sushi!

My wife and I had one night in Tokyo in our travels and made a reservation at Sushi Korin. Our flight was delayed and we had to miss our reservation. We notified the restaurant that we would miss our reservation and Chef Masatomo responded with one of the most remarkable acts of service and kindness we have experienced from a restaurant. Chef Masatomo, his wife Aiko, and one of their staff members hand delivered our sushi to us at 1 a.m. at our hotel near the HND airport. The sushi was phenomenal and this has become one of our most memorable and shared stories from our travels.
Additionally, my wife and I unable to eat gluten which makes an omakase style sushi meal quite difficult. Chef Masatomo went above and beyond to ensure our sushi was delicious and safe for us to eat.
We cannot thank Chef Masatomo, Aiko, and the staff at Sushi Korin enough. We will certainly return (and this time to the actual restaurant) next time we are in Tokyo!

I discovered this baked confectionery shop while strolling through the back alleys of Roppongi. There are many sweets that are gluten-free and made with rice flour.
Today I had a berry pound cake. The taste was very good.
The price is a little high, 600-700 yen per packaged piece, and the pound cake has no additives, so it has a best-before date of 1-2 days.
I found a natural cafe that serves gluten-free shortcake and other healthy sweets.
They also don't use meat, eggs, dairy products, refined sugar, or chemical seasonings.
Great for vegans too♪
They have a wide variety of coffees, so I recommend them to those looking for decaf coffee◡̈
And the prices are surprisingly cheap.
This area is close to Ginza, so I was prepared to pay a fair amount, but I was surprised at how cheap it was and it was easy on the wallet, so I was happy.
The interior of the store is made of glass and has a high ceiling, making it a very open and airy space.
Thank you for the meal♡

The best dorayaki ever!
5 minutes walk from Kamiyacho Station.
I found this gluten-free rice flour dorayaki shop near Tokyo Tower.
The interior is so beautiful. A wonderful Japanese sweets shop.
Nanan means "delicious" in French. A word used by little children.
There are various healthy Japanese sweets in the shop.
You can walk to Tokyo Tower and Azabudai Hills with a matcha latte and dorayaki in hand.
The dorayaki skin is really chewy!
The organic matcha latte is also 100% Japanese and delicious. Everything stands out.
The bean paste is also big.
The staff is friendly and polite. The matcha latte is perfect for this hot summer.
The dorayaki is really chewy and chewy, so please try it.

I highly recommend it! Definitely go!
My girlfriend has recently started eating gluten-free, so I was curious and went there for lunch. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good overall, and the staff were very friendly. There are many attractive menu items, and I ordered the taco lunch this time. The hot meat sauce was very delicious. I would definitely like to come here again! ☺️
We had no reservation for a large group and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The sushi was exceptional. After 2 weeks in Japan, this was by far the best sushi we had it was spectacular. Cannot recommend enough. They bad gluten free soy sauce and a gluten free menu for me.

All of them looked cute and unusual, and I was worried about which one to choose, but the result was not good.
Strawberry tart ¥1,400
Earl Gray Tea (HOT) ¥650
I received it.
Although it is gluten-free, it was still quite delicious even without it, and while tarts generally feel like the fruit on top is the main ingredient, this one's tart pastry also had its own characteristics and made a statement, and it went perfectly with the fruit and fresh cream on top. In addition to Earl Gray, there are four other flavors of black tea, including apple.
The inside of the store is stylish with warm white colors, and I haven't counted properly, so it's not accurate, but it's not a large store, and since I visited shortly after it opened in the morning, there were no customers ahead of me, and one person came in right away, and until I left, there were only people who had reservations for takeout, so if you avoid the busy weekday hours, you'll probably be able to get in right away.
Payments are made using cashless methods such as PayPay and transportation ICs, and I used a tablet (I haven't confirmed this, but probably an iPad) and a payment terminal. I'm taking one star off for the service because it's a bit pricey, but if you don't really care about the price, I recommend it, and the taste makes you want to come back.

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE COELIAC!!!
I ordered from here the other night (it was actually great food and super well priced) and then went to order again today and reiterated that I’m coeliac and it’s an allergy and the person said that even though it says ‘gluten-free’ it’s ALL IN THE SAME FRYER!!!! I was really disappointed because the person serving me the other night hadn’t told me this and I had a reaction and couldn’t figure out where I’d eaten gluten. Please educate your staff when someone is ordering gluten-free there is a high chance it is an ALLERGY and not by choice.

A medicinal curry specialty store that pursues deliciousness and health!
This curry is gluten-free and low in oil, making it easy to stomach.
In a stylish bar space that doesn't look like a curry restaurant,
It was a store that was easy to use whether you were alone or on a date.
◯ Impressions of the overall dish
The curry has a rich aroma of spices and a deep flavor.
When I hear the word medicinal food, I imagine gentle flavors that are more health-oriented, but
This curry has a strong richness and flavor, and is very filling!
Of course, Sri Lankan style soup curry,
Vegan curry is also great because it takes advantage of the flavor of the ingredients and can accommodate a wide range of tastes.
◯Menu ordered & food report
★ Two types of curry (style where you can choose two types of curry)
(My husband ordered)
・Sri Lankan style medicinal soup curry
The perfect balance of sweetness, sourness, and richness!
The aroma of spices and herbs is rich, and the grilled chicken tastes great too.
・Chicken curry
The slow-cooked chicken is soft and fluffy, and the spices are just right.
(My order)
・Island tofu medicinal keema curry
It has a strong flavor and is so satisfying that you can't believe it's vegan!
The texture of island tofu is pleasant and healthy, yet rich.
・Medicinal curry with plenty of vegetables
The sweetness of the vegetables stands out and goes well with the spices.
A perfect dish for those who are organic-minded.
◯Crowd information/customer demographic
Visiting time: Holidays 12:00-
Crowd status: Due to its location in Azabu Juban, the restaurant is nearly full during lunch time.
Customer demographic: A wide range of people in their 20s to 50s, including solo customers, dates, and groups of friends.
Serving speed: Curry is served immediately after ordering, so it is perfect for lunch.
◯Overview
A restaurant where you can enjoy medicinal curry that is ``healthy yet delicious!''
In particular, the Sri Lankan medicinal soup curry is rich in spices and highly satisfying.
Recommended for people who want to eat well!
On the other hand, we also have a wide selection of vegan curries,
Perfect for those who are health conscious or organic.

We were searching for a gluten free wagyu restaurant in Tokyo and are so glad that we found this gorgeous place.
The service was excellent. The communication also worked perfectly fine - we showed the waitress our Gluten free Card in Japanese and she made sure that all our courses were gluten free. They even had a gluten free soy sauce.
The wagyu we had was delicious. So for all the celiacs out there & of course also non-celiacs: this place is a must-visit. Great experience and highly recommended.
Thanks a lot, we really enjoyed it ❤️
We ate here because we understood the menu, the friendly welcoming staff and the fact that there were some gluten free options, suitable for a coeliac, as well as vegetarian options. I elected to have the gluten free spaghetti Neapolitan and it was done to my liking. The others enjoyed the delicious pumpkin soup, spaghetti Neapolitan, and braised chicken salad.
Our lovely wait person, Pyone, assisted us greatly in explaining gluten free and vegetarian options. On our return visit we were again greeted by Pyone, as well as Nene who assisted us.
Lovely friendly staff!

There is something genuinely special at Ise Sueyoshi.
The atmosphere, quality, and artistry of the experience was wonderful. The chefs crafted a truly special evening and memory for my family. I particularly appreciate how the chefs made absolutely wonderful meals for everyone even with some challenging food allergies (vegan and celiac).
We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the door. Thank you!
A stylish cafe in the Shibaura area of Minato Ward.
I used it with my boyfriend and dog.
Lots of light shines into the store
It has a bright natural feel
Inside the store, there are table seats, counter seats,
There is a semi-private room with a threshold.
The terrace has a resort feel.
A seat with a parasol
You can also bring your dog with you on the terrace.
I'm glad you can spend it ♫
There is also a menu for dogs.
They also provide plates for drinking water.
I always use it for lunch
One plate of fried chicken breast (mixed grain rice)
is my favorite
Meat that is firm and carefully selected
I feel that it will
It's voluminous and always leaves you full and satisfied.
His favorite is the daily plate.
On days when there is fried horse mackerel
I always order it
I'm not very good at fried fish.
However, this fried horse mackerel is crispy.
Easy to eat and really delicious
Moreover, there are 3 pieces, which is enough even for men.
There is also Uber Eats
I also use them occasionally
Even delivery is always delicious.
Pasta is also recommended.
There is vegan pasta made from rice flour.
I'm thankful it's gluten free
It has a chewy texture and is delicious.
Vegan curry and samkeitang too
Is delicious
Dessert is vegan fondant chocolate
is my favorite
We are particular about ingredients and serve dishes that are kind to the body.
Because it is a store that provides
I like this very much
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food is delicious.
You can also go with your dog,
This is a shop with a high level of satisfaction overall.

It was a great experience with my family, who has gluten-free restrictions and the waiter, Yuri, and the chef, were supper helpful in addressing our concerns, highly recommended!
Absolutely brilliant experience. The food was lovely and we had a quiet meal since we arrived early. However what truly stands out is the customer service. Our daughter is coeliac, so we explained this (via a laminated card which explains this in Japanese) and we were advised as to what we could order (basically all meats with salt as opposed to sauce). We also ordered a katsu curry and when it was brought over they ensured we understood it contained wheat. Finally our server Yamamoto San helped us book a restaurant for dinner. He phoned the restaurant for us and made the reservation. He definitely went above and beyond to be of help and we are eternally grateful!
Reservations recommended. We didn’t have one but we were able to sit on the terrace and still enjoy the meal, they have heat lamps to keep you warm. Ordered the mozzarella sampler with tomatoes which was delicious. They have a gluten free version of pasta that you can substitute for a small up charge. I ordered the pesto pasta with potatoes, green beans and pine nuts. Everything tasted amazing!!

Narisawa is a memorable restaurant that caters to those who have food allergies or have a special diet. My wife is vegan and gluten free and they gave her a wonderful experience.
We had the most incredible experience at Sushi Toshi! We're a bunch of ladies on a business trip with Enagic Kangen Water and we happened to come across this restaurant as we were looking for somewhere for dinner at short notice. A family from Sydney were coming out as we walked past and told us how good it was and we love a personal recommendation! Kento was so accommodating and our friend has celiac disease, so finding gluten free options has been difficult but not impossible in Japan. All of the food was made in front of us and we had a wonderful time, joking and having fun together. Excellent service, excellent food. Highly recommend! Say hi to Momoko (Dad) and Kento (Son) from us! (Kento speaks fluent English too). 🫶🏾

What a fantastic place to eat. It was a little difficult to find as it is at the end of a narrow corridor from the main road. But the welcome was authentic and very friendly. Although English is not spoken, they understood about gluten allergies without any prompting. This helped make it a very relaxing evening for someone who has celiac disease. Definitely a very good start to our first trip to Japan. The chicken skewers were perfectly cooked and succulent.

Great food at the 50+ floor. The chef spoke very good English and he shared many insights about the food he was serving as well as about Japan overall. The chef was able to adapt the menu to be gluten free and had a gluten free soy sauce for me that I am celiac. I had the sake pairing which was also great. After dinner we went to the bar next-doors to have a drink and enjoy the great view. For celiacs: The chef prepares the sushi by hand so I would suggest that also the celiac person’s company (friends/partner) order gluten free menu to reduce the risk of cross contamination (although the chef was cleaning his hand after every sushi piece he made).
I have been here multiple times throughout my stay in Japan and enjoyed eating here. The chicken curries I tried were very tasty and rich. After asking it was confirmed that they are wheat free and possibly gluten free. Order with rice in this case. The staff is kind. Even when it is busy, they try to accommodate your wishes. The price is okay in my opinion.
Cool atmosphere, like a retro bar. Not a ton of seating but wasn't really crowded when I arrived. Amazing burgers, and made mine gluten free by placing on lettuce. This place is a great find! Will definitely stop by again.

Vegan options! Gluten free! But also meat and gluten-full options so great for groups with mixed requirements. Reasonable prices given the area, portions decent, will be coming again
