Fun little vegan and gluten-free cafe. The staff working were friendly and kind. It is a small place and the serves are to the smaller side, too. Maybe more of a snack and treat spot I’d say. We came for lunch and had a pizza and burger plus cake and smoothies and drinks and weren’t full after. The rainbow cake looks beautiful, but wasn’t too flavorful. Tiramisu was more enjoyable. Great alternative cafe if on the search for gluten-free and vegan or dairyfree sweat and savory treats!

Delicious gluten-free pancakes! They arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor — definitely one of the better gluten-free options we’ve had. The texture was soft and fluffy, not dry or crumbly like many gluten-free versions. Service was quick, and everything came out fast and warm. It is quite expensive for what you get, but if you’re looking for a tasty gluten-free treat, it’s definitely worth trying at least once.

Excellent place for people with celiac disease! Everything is gluten-free and delicious. We tried the pepperoni pizza, a baguette, a bacon braid, and a kind of vegan curry-filled bun. It's a small takeout place, although there are a couple of benches outside where you can eat. The guy is very friendly and speaks perfect English. 100% recommended, but we recommend getting there early because they're so fast.

Went there today for a quick lunch and got a hummus sandwich for takeaway. I will tell you it was so so good! There's fresh veggies inside and the bread is phenomenal. I wish I could have this every day 😊 the staff are incredibly sweet so I felt like I was at home. If you're vegan and gluten free this is a great option !

Mouyan Curry is located in Kabukicho, Shinjuku. It's great to be able to eat gluten-free curry. I ordered the three-meat curry (beef tendon, pork, and dry). The two potatoes, fukujinzuke pickles, smoked pickled radish, and onion and rakkyo are all self-service and I was full.

I visited L for You AOYAMA, a gluten-free cafe for intestinal health in Omotesando. I've been eating and drinking a lot these past few days, so I came here to give my stomach a rest (^^)... I had burdock and mushroom intestinal health soy milk soup, a plate of brown rice and vegetables, and pomegranate green tea. I'm so happy it's gentle on my stomach...no guilt... It also came with a small banana bound cake, so I was very satisfied! Thank you for the meal (^_^)!

It's a restaurant that specializes in vegan and gluten-free food, and it doesn't use rice flour, so it was very helpful. The stylish atmosphere was also nice. The food was very delicious and reasonably priced, so it was a good experience.

Saved our trip! My son is gluten free, and Japan (largely) is not. It was very hard to find food for him, and other gluten free shops either weren’t really gluten free, or just tasted bad, had very small menus, or were closed when they said they were open. But Biossa had exactly what we needed. Good, fresh, delicious gluten free bread, muffins, baguettes, and croissants! That way we could pack and carry the breads around Tokyo, so my son could eat almost anywhere (by swapping out the provided breads with these gluten free ones). Game-changing. Thanks Biossa!

There's a very interesting story about me and this restaurant. I moved here almost one year ago, and as a gluten sensitive person, I was trying to find places, restaurants and cafes, that had GF options. Of course Soranoiro was one of the first reccomended restaurants, but because it's located in Hanzomon, an area where basically only salaryman gather, I never really had any reason to go, and I kept postponing, again and again, until I forgot. Flash forward to May, nine months later I'm working in Hanzomon, only for a short while, and I'm trying to find a restaurant who has at least one rice based meal option. Suddenly I notice that Soranoiro is just one minute away from my workplace! Life is really unexpected right? I wonder what is karma trying to tell me ahaha Anyway, the vegetarian ramen was great, and it's really easy to customise each order with gluten free noodles, I personally really reccomend Soranoiro to everyone, people that enjoy ramen and people that want to try new flavours such as vegetables ramen. The overall vibe is pretty chill too, and I really liked their background music. Just note it down that the only accept cashless payments~

You should definitely try the cream puffs at this shop! They are superb. The dough is gluten-free and moist, the cream has a rich milk flavor, and the chocolate is not too sweet with a strong cocoa flavor. The custard cream is also delicious. The angel shrimp burger had a soft bun and was very delicious. The exquisite royal milk tea had a sweet cream on top that matched well with the strong black tea. The tea leaves have the distinctive scent of Earl Grey. The rich milk tea was delicious. I heard from people around me that the pancakes, Monti Cristo, and parfaits were also delicious! It's a very charming shop.

They had great crepes! They were gluten free which was an added bonus. We had the strawberry nutella crepe and the red bean, cream, and mochi crepe with two iced matcha lattes. We loved their matcha - it was perfectly sweet and refreshing. Our total was 3400 yen which I thought was a pretty fair price. The seating area is quite limited so make sure to plan accordingly if coming with a big group!

I passed by this cafe before going to the beauty salon in Sendagaya. They have a wide variety of drinks and also have gluten-free meals and desserts. This time I only had a drink, but the atmosphere was great and the staff's polite service was wonderful. Next time I'll come for a meal♪

Enjoyed a really wonderful first meal in Tokyo here. As a coeliac, I was nervous but the staff were understanding of my dietary requirements and I enjoyed really delicious meat/vegetables/rice. It was a bit pricey but made sense based on the high quality of ingredients. Would highly recommend 😁

I was curious about this shop! There are six types of lightly roasted beans, and you can check out the smell and choose your favorite! I chose iced coffee. It had a good balance of sourness, refreshing aroma, and sweetness. The matcha donuts were vegan and gluten-free. They were filling and delicious!! There were a lot of tourists, and the shop was bright and had a nice atmosphere. I want to go again!!

I found a natural cafe that serves gluten-free shortcake and other healthy sweets. They also don't use meat, eggs, dairy products, refined sugar, or chemical seasonings. Great for vegans too♪ They have a wide variety of coffees, so I recommend them to those looking for decaf coffee◡̈ And the prices are surprisingly cheap. This area is close to Ginza, so I was prepared to pay a fair amount, but I was surprised at how cheap it was and it was easy on the wallet, so I was happy. The interior of the store is made of glass and has a high ceiling, making it a very open and airy space. Thank you for the meal♡

I would absolutely recommend this to other people who are gluten free / celiac. As a celiac I have eaten here twice and they are very helpful when making food that is gluten free. They have an allergy list on their menu which allows you to see all the dishes that are wheat free. Noting they do mention gluten as it is not a formal allergy in Japan. They do offer gluten free bread though! Additionally, they were able to provide meal substitutes - removing a certain sauce - to make it wheat / gluten free. However, do not worry as I have eaten here twice - October 2024 and April 2025 - and as a symptomatic celiac I have had no reaction to it. If you are vegetarian / vegan this may be quite hard to have a full meal here as most dishes involve meat of some sort.

We had no reservation for a large group and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The sushi was exceptional. After 2 weeks in Japan, this was by far the best sushi we had it was spectacular. Cannot recommend enough. They bad gluten free soy sauce and a gluten free menu for me.

I stumbled upon this place accidentally, and was pleasantly surprised. I have been eating at all these other Japanese omakase restaurants that were very serious and quiet, so having an experience at a lively and boisterous place was a welcome change! The food was good and service was quick, would definitely come again. I am pescatarian and gluten-free, and I was able to order things I can eat.

Very good Hot Pot in All you can eat formula. You can choose whether to eat beef, pork or both, the price changes slightly. The waiters speak English and are very helpful towards customers. We were served by Sota and Masaya who were very professional! Suitable for celiacs, they are very careful about contamination, a great place!

Ordered the lunch buffet. It is a system where you can choose whether you want one serving, refills, or unlimited. This time I only had one refill. For curry, you can get one refill of spinach, spicy foods, and many salads from the main dish. Coffee and rooibos tea are all you can drink. Tandoori chicken is limited to 2 pieces per serving, so it's plump, super delicious, and addictive. The udon noodles are smooth and chewy, filling and delicious. The curry is gluten-free, low-calorie, and has a nice spicy sweetness. It was delicious with steamy skinned potatoes. Payment can be made in advance at the ticket vending machine and PayPal is also available.

We wanted to try the mochi(next to this place) and since hungry and found availability we entered and tried their delicious gluten free pancakes with salad & the gluten-free vegan bento, even if we are not vegans 🥴 but I can say it was delicious! A bit expensive but the personnel were nice, good food, cozy place mostly central and especially gluten-free!!! I recommend the bento! Thank you for preparing these goodies for us coeliacs! We are very happy to be able to taste it! 😄

Veery yummy vegan+ gluten-free + not sugar (if requested) option in Tokyo. I had the egg crepe, and it was a great balance of chickpeas for the protein, veggies, buckwheat crepe and it came with a little avocado and fermented carrot. A very complete dish. The staff was friendly, the place is nice and I could feel they have high-quality ingredients for a reasonable price. Highly recommend if you are around 🌱✨️

The food was really good, and even though I have celiac disease, I was able to eat gluten-free there. The waitress, Joohyun Run, was very accommodating and even asked the kitchen about the individual ingredients. I would eat here again.

All of them looked cute and unusual, and I was worried about which one to choose, but the result was not good. Strawberry tart ¥1,400 Earl Gray Tea (HOT) ¥650 I received it. Although it is gluten-free, it was still quite delicious even without it, and while tarts generally feel like the fruit on top is the main ingredient, this one's tart pastry also had its own characteristics and made a statement, and it went perfectly with the fruit and fresh cream on top. In addition to Earl Gray, there are four other flavors of black tea, including apple. The inside of the store is stylish with warm white colors, and I haven't counted properly, so it's not accurate, but it's not a large store, and since I visited shortly after it opened in the morning, there were no customers ahead of me, and one person came in right away, and until I left, there were only people who had reservations for takeout, so if you avoid the busy weekday hours, you'll probably be able to get in right away. Payments are made using cashless methods such as PayPay and transportation ICs, and I used a tablet (I haven't confirmed this, but probably an iPad) and a payment terminal. I'm taking one star off for the service because it's a bit pricey, but if you don't really care about the price, I recommend it, and the taste makes you want to come back.

The best shabu shabu in ikebukuro, eat as much as you can in 100 minutes. And with the option of GLUTEN FREE broth. They were very attentive, offering us rice noodles. On top of that, we were served by a super nice waitress who was a sweetheart named Haruka. We will return. Thank you so much
