Everything was delicious, especially the gluten-free food. They have many gluten-free pizza options, even giving you the option of two types of crust. We also had provolone cheese with gluten-free bread. Everything was very good, the service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly.
Today I came with my in-laws to a "trusted" bar where those with celiac disease can eat gluten-free without any problem, and we were met with one disappointment after another: cold fried fish, pickled anchovies with salmorejo, and gluten-containing toast despite the gluten-free menu. And countless other minor issues…the service was up to par despite being packed. But the icing on the cake was the bill…they charged us €2.50 for gluten-free bread, which was HORRIBLE, and €3 for gluten-free breadsticks…SHAMEFUL.

Everything was perfect, delicious, and the service was friendly and welcoming.
Those of us who have to eat gluten-free rarely find such a wide variety to choose from and such good quality.
I hope more people embrace gluten-free.
Very good. They're careful and take into account gluten-free options and adapt almost the entire menu so you can eat it. A pleasure, everything is delicious.
Had the most bizarre experience here. I ordered the bowl of fruit and yoghurt and the gluten-free granola as I have a wheat allergy, and explicitly checked whether it was indeed gluten-free. The waitress confirmed. When the dish came, I ate it, and afterwards saw that the yogurt had some sort of little brown things in it. When I asked the staff what it was, they showed me the yoghurt - an activia pack with cereals among which wheat it in. When I asked the waitress why (on earth) they say that it’s gluten-free and then serve this (never ever, nowhere to be seen) yogurt, she said “that they only said that the granola is gluten-free, not the yoghurt”. When I explained to her that that is very very misleading (when is yoghurt not gluten-free..!?) and that it could be very dangerous for people with similar allergies and for example for me, it will cause serious health issues, she started laughing in my face and said “yeah what do you want me to do, call an ambulance!?” So incredibly rude. Also very dangerous as they claim to be and advertise with serving gluten-free food. Obviously I will never come here again and I hope that with writing this review I can save someone else from my experience and subsequent health issues.
Aside from being a safe place for celiacs, with excellent pizza dough, croquettes, and other dishes, I'd also like to highlight the friendly and helpful staff, who are always attentive. Especially Lourdes "Lurdita" (because Lourdes is her mother), who has been very kind to our daughters.
Magnificent, wonderful! The bread came out a few minutes after opening, and when I got to the beach, it was still warm. In fact, I take it back to Seville every time I pass by. The bread has a good flavor and is very similar to gluten-free bread; you put it in the toaster and it lasts a long time. The pastries, wow, I'm so excited; you can tell they're really focused on making them delicious instead of making a big deal about it. And if we're talking punctuality, I was there first thing in the morning and didn't have to wait. I hope this place continues for a long time, because I love it. I don't even have any photos of the pastries because we ate them all for breakfast.
The food was delicious and tasty.
The service was average.
The only downside was that there were insects in the restaurant and on the tables.
There were a lot of people and a long wait.
They offer gluten-free pizzas.
The oven doesn't have a fan, and the pizza bases are made by a supplier, not by the restaurant. They add ingredients at the customer's request.
We really liked it. They cater to celiacs, allowing you to order almost the entire gluten-free menu, which is very varied. It would be appreciated if they had properly indicated allergens on the menu itself or had a separate menu, so we wouldn't have to ask and had more freedom. They recommended tataki and tuna tartar, both very good. We ordered a half portion of fried fish, which we liked, but we've had better. The squid was delicious, accompanied by black rice and aioli. The freshly baked bread was warm, and the gluten-free option was also delicious. For dessert, the tocino de cielo (bacon of heaven) was delicious. Gluten-free options were less varied, and they also offered us a Saint Mark's cake, which we didn't think was homemade. We didn't like it much; we found it a bit bland.
Great food, very good prices, and easy parking nearby. Conveniently located at the entrance to the town. Highly recommended if you're visiting Setenil, as well as having options for celiacs and vegans.
Second time I've ordered gluten-free food there and second time I've ended up in the emergency room due to dehydration after vomiting all afternoon. I do not recommend it for celiacs.
Add that the manager has contacted me personally showing her concern and desire to resolve the incident.

Very bad they say that they have gluten-free cakes and they lie, we went on Easter and they told me that they did not have gluten-free cakes and that they are not going to bring more
Fantastic! A fantasy of a site. With a lot of charm.
Great variety of food, gluten-free options. Impeccable service and unbeatable price quality. Highly recommended.
Celiacs!! Gluten-free fried fish, super good. Good service. You can reserve a table by calling the phone number that appears on the internet. Good value for money.
The food is brutal. What I liked the most was the Asian taco, what a mix of flavors, but everything was delicious. The place is super cool and has a good atmosphere, representing the commune of Medellín as the owner explained to us. Which is charming, and it's nice to see someone with great projects, ideas and enthusiasm. I'm not from Chiclana, but I already have an excuse to return.
Besides, it's not my case but they asked and the entire menu is gluten-free.
Beautiful place and the pizzas were delicious. We went as a group of friends and we notified a person with celiac disease at the time of the reservation. Everything was perfect and without contamination. I will return to try other dishes
I would greatly appreciate it if you removed gluten-free food from your menu. We celiacs think that the worst thing that can happen to us is that a restaurant does not offer gluten-free options, but that is not the case. The worst thing that can happen to us is that they offer it, without having any idea what they do. I come from the hospital due to a major contamination that I have been carrying for 4 days. 4 days lost from a week of vacation, plus all its health consequences of course. Please dedicate yourself to your gluten-free pizzas, which, as far as I know, are very good, and stop playing with people's health.
One of the few places that emphasizes gluten-free and food intolerance-friendly menus.
The service you receive is as high-quality as the food. Everything is top-notch, some of the best in the Campo de Gibraltar area.
It's a perfect setting to go with your partner or for business meetings/talks. They have a spectacular wine list and the meat is delicious. The prices, of course, aren't the cheapest, but they're certainly not expensive for what they offer. Everything is an 11 out of 10.
We ordered two Smashes and they were delicious, very friendly service from a super nice guy who was wearing a scarf on his head. The only bad thing for celiacs is that they have cross contamination both in the grill and in the fryer, something I don't understand when having gluten-free bread.
I don't know if the food is better than the service or the other way around... A 10 for both, I recommend the Iberian risotto with spinach and the confit artichokes with ratatouille. Possibly the entire menu is exquisite, but we were not able to try it all. The service, of
Best we've had in a long time: attentive and super nice. Good gluten-free menu and unbeatable knowledge of velia quia. The 10 rating falls short. We will repeat, and we come from Malaga. The price/quality ratio… laughable… many restaurants would like to reach this level.
The best, the location… Bad service, very slow and in terms of quality, OK but quality/price ratio a lot to be desired. Very expensive for what it is. And more than 40 minutes waiting for a mini hamburger, a toast and a Russian salad. They served us first the hamburger and toast and 45 minutes later the salad…??? We also asked for a gluten-free bread, which never arrived. We had to ask for the drink up to 3 times because it didn't arrive either. The price is absurd for other options that are much better in the same area.
Very good customer service, all the pizzas are gluten-free and they are very careful with cross contamination. Additionally, the food is very good and the waiters are very good people. I recommend this restaurant 100%
A perfect place to have a gluten-free pizza, one of the best I've ever had. Homemade, carefully prepared, and with perfect flavor and dough. The place is cozy, and although we didn't get a terrace, it felt like we were outside because the window was open, making it feel great.
WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN.
A place to escape from tapas. Good food. A hearty salad of the day, eggplant meatballs that my wife liked, and I really enjoyed the ravioli. Many vegan and gluten free options. A place where the diner feels respected. We will be back.
Highly recommended. We were looking for a place where they take into account food intolerances (gluten and lactose in our case) and not only do they have options, they adapt the food you choose so that you can eat it, mains and desserts. They also have vegan options.
We were very surprised by how empty the place was for a Saturday and we couldn't understand why, because the food was delicious, the adaptation to the needs of the group was done conscientiously and always with a smile and incredible kindness, the price was not is high...
We completely recommend it and we will 100% return when we return to Chiclana.
Very nice restaurant with a large and pleasant terrace. Everything was full (we had a reservation) and the service was slow, half an hour from when we sat down until we started eating and ordering a new drink was a five-minute wait.
Staff always very nice and helpful, they helped us choose for a person with celiac disease and another who was allergic to spices.
The food disappointed me a little: some dishes were abundant but not all, everything we tried (I don't know if this is the restaurant's norm) was cooked with little or, I would say, even some dishes, without salt, and some pasta was hard.
We ordered meat and they didn't get it right: we wanted it very well done and although they even filleted it so that it was roasted well, it was bleeding inside. We asked for it to be passed a little more and this time the outside was literally charred and with an unpleasant burnt taste but the inside was still red. Of course, in exchange they invited us to dessert.
The place in general is very good but, in my opinion, it lacks certain details (speed of service at certain times and above all more success in some dishes) to make it great.
As for price, let's say it's not cheap.
We enjoyed a delicious grilled white fish with fries and fresh salad. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s great to note that the restaurant offers options for vegans and those with gluten-free needs. The food was amazing, and the prices were very good for the quality provided. Definitely a place worth returning to!
Suitable for celiac people, gluten-free bread in 10 minutes. Allergens are not indicated on the menu but the waiters know the product well and will advise you.
Well balanced price and quality. To return.
Thank you so much!
Unacceptable treatment!!!
I asked for gluten-free beer and they brought it to me with gluten in it. When I complained, the waitress impertinently argued with me and claimed it was gluten-free. Ignorance, impertinence, and arrogance.
I'm celiac, and that's reportable.
The food was just good!
Next to the cars!
A feeling of disinterest in the customer!! A reputation that doesn't justify it!!
Too much success makes you forget about customer service.
