I can't have gluten or dairy anymore and it was a big change, haven't eaten much because I'm picky and have lost so much weight. I decided to try this place and it was phenomenal! I didn't even know this kind of food could taste this good!! I was actually able to feel satisfied after eating which doesn't happen anymore. I cried, I literally cried in the middle of eating! Thanks for the delicious food and for caring about people who have to deal with this!!

This restaurant is fantastic. There are endless options for gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and keto diets. We were visiting Ohio for a short period and came for dinner and ended up returning a different day for brunch. The lattes here are made perfect. Highly recommend the chicken wings and quesabirra tacos. If we ever make it back to Cleveland we will definitely be coming back here. The ambiance is awesome. Our server, Serena, was knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming; she made our visit perfect.

The options for Vegan and Gluten Free is amazing! First time here and we will definitely be back. So many more items on the menu to try. Get the Bang Bang sauce to substitute the sauce on the TownHall veggie burger if you are making it vegan. Worth a stop especially since they are attentive to your food requests for allergies.

In the area for a weekend book event, we went in search of a breakfast with gluten free options. Intrigued by the diverse menu offerings, we were not disappointed. The service was fantastic (our waitress was genuinely an amazing human), the food delicious, and the decor thought provoking. Very much recommended!

Amazing place ! Super super clean! Love the dark blue vibe. The velvet benches were 💙 Very friendly staff the food was all gluten free and absolutely delicious. The bar service was great, drinks were crafted perfectly. They food and presentation was spot on. Went for a private party and everything was perfection. I would 100% recommend!!!

How the mighty have fallen. They ruined our Mother’s Day dinner by serving a clearly medium rare burger when my wife wanted a medium. We sent it back but not before the waiter comes back with the food and tell us “this is our medium here”…the middle was cool in the! We thought it would be 5-10 minutes max for the new burger . 30 minutes later and with everyone else done with their dinner the burger still isn’t out! They offer to comp the meal and give us a free gluten free dessert… however when the food still isn’t out I talk to the owner and tell her the situation. She goes back and then a manager comes over saying they are still working on it and gives me the bill. I tell the manager I’m not paying for anything as this literally ruined our dinner. She goes away, comes back with the food bagged up and says “Here is your food, you can go now”. Both the waiter and the manager were rude during this entire encounter. THEN to top it off, on the way home we get a text from them saying the desserts they sent home were NOT gluten free…and my wife is celiac and the one that all this happened it!! And the last straw was when we got home, check out the burger…the damn thing was still medium rare!!! Check the picture for the 2nd burger and you tell me. After all this they didn’t even fix it. Long story short, they could have made it ok but the long remake, the attitude all around and the continuing mistakes show me this place has lost their touch.

I have celiac disease and need to be careful with gluten and cross contamination. Red Robin offers gluten free options and dedicated fryers which is usually great. This location has unfortunately glutened me twice within the past year, first with including breaded jalapeno coins in my burger, and then with giving me a normal gluten bun instead of a gluten free bun. If you have any allergies, be careful with this location.

The food and service were amazing, with many gluten-free and vegetarian options for those with dietary needs. The serving sizes are on the smaller side, which we preferred because we were able to finish our meals without being too full. The many of the vegetables that come with the main courses are shredded, which disappointed my mom. My mom slso ordered one of the house wines, which she said was not the best. Our server was very attentive without being overbearing and managers take the time to make sure everyone is enjoying the food, but we did wait around 40 minutes for our food. The atmosphere is VERY noisy and can quickly overstimulate people with sensory sensitivity, like myself. My parents typically do not get overstimulated and they even said it was too noisy. It was super easy to make reservations using Open Table! Overall, the food was good, but the atmosphere was way too noisy and we had to wait a while for our food.

For context, I live in Norwalk, OH, which is about fourteen miles that-a-way from Sandusky. Norwalk is a pizza town through and through, to the point that almost all of the chain corporate food or ethnic food in town is pushed out to the edges of town, with one extremely notable Chinese restaurant smack dab on the corner of Main Street and the state route that the Sandusky Mall is on. Within the context of gluten-free pizza, this place narrowly beats anything in Norwalk, and at a slightly lower price point because their gluten-free crust size is just big enough to share with one person. Well done! Their tomato-based sauce is okay, but the chicken alfredo just does something to that cauliflower crust. Get the alfredo sauce. Hell, just ask for that sauce on whatever pizza you ordered. Trust me.

Good place! I'm not super adventurous so my meal wasn't anything great (my fault 100%). But the menus list what's Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, and what has dairy, which was great because we had three people who fell into one of those categories.

We got pizza to go and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. If you like thin crust then you will love this pizza. It was the perfect donenness and you can tell they use quality cheese and sauce. My wife was also able to get a gluten, dairy and soy free pizza and it was really good too. I got ranch to dip my pizza in and it wasn’t needed but I use it on some crust and it was good and homemade too.

Nothing compares to the entire experience of dining at Jeff Ruby’s! I went with my family about a month ago and can’t wait to go back. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and the food was fantastic. Our server, Patrick was awesome. Alcove knows something that many restaurants could learn, that you can serve people with food allergies and preferences without limiting access to a variety of dishes. So many dishes prepared gluten free and they have a dedicated gf fryer. I had the fried chicken sandwich which was incredible. Even my gluten eating friends enjoyed it. The beet and goat cheese salad is not to be missed! The polenta with flamin' hot Cheetos was a favorite at the table. The service was amazing and everyone was very friendly. Definitely will be returning!

I’m so grateful for my server. I told him I had a gluten allergy and he went above and beyond to accommodate. They even have my favorite dessert on the menu that is Gluten free and Gluten free pasta. Highly recommend

We ate on the patio. 3 of us, early evening. The guys got specialty burgers and I ordered a chicken n bacon sandwich, no bun. I asked for them to make sure there was NO pepper or spices on the sandwich. Then I asked if they had fried peppers of any kind and if so, do they fry them in the same fryer as the FF. They said they jave them, but they can fry my FF in their gluten free fryer. So I ordered this. Another server brought our food. It had a few very appealing fried vegetable circles on my chicken sandwich. I asked what they were. They put fried jalapeños on my chicken sandwich! After I spent time explaining why I could not eat peppers of any kind. They were directly on my chicken so they had to make a completely new one. My guys had gotten their food so they were just about done by the time my corrected food came out. The chicken did not have spices on it, but they again screwed it up. I had asked for them to just not serve the bun and no sauce. I should have gotten lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese and chicken, plus a side of FF. Instead, I got one small piece of chicken with a piece of cheese and an order of FF. The chicken was good, even though not what I ordered. I could still taste a bit of heat to it- they probably did not have a clean spot to grill it so it may have had a bit of pepper. We did not go inside so I do not know the condition of the interior. The server was pleasant. The outside dining area was relatively clean. We would probably eat there again if we were in the area.

I ordered the gluten free bun. I understand that gluten free tends to be “dry”, and crumbly. What I discovered is that eating the burger upside down worked better because the bottom is too thin and fell apart. Overall very good burger and the service was and restaurant was👍.

Everything here was great and it is special-diet very friendly! Plenty of selections of foods for all tastes and we even splurged for desserts, which is a rarity for our family. The service was top tier (June 29 - server was exceptional and had cute tattoos and loved ours back lol) and the location was great. Paige was our server, she was very attentive to my gluten allergy. Ensured we knew what has cross contamination and what was safe to eat. She was attentive and friendly. she knew the menu inside and out. Our server was super efficient, keeping our drinks filled and checking in on us without being intrusive. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful meal. The service was quick, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. They advertise having gluten free options so we decided to give them a try. Asked the hostess if they had a gluten free menu and she said no. Asked if the menu was marked with which items were gluten free and she said our server would be able to assist us. After we were seated I asked our waiter which menu options were gluten free. He informed us that they had gluten free bread for the sandwiches and a gluten free crust for the pizza. I inquired further about which sandwiches or pizza would be able to be made gluten free and he said if an item had gluten they just wouldn't include it when they made the meal which was horribly unhelpful to say the least. Tried one more time and asked specifically if any of the appetizers or sides were gluten free and this dude just stared at me for 5 seconds straight and then turned to my partner and asked if he wanted anything to drink and straight up ignored my question. Literally no allergen information anywhere so you can't even order a salad because you have no idea if they just won't put dressing on it if it's not gluten free. I like surprises as much as the next person but I really don't want to order a tantalizing sounding sandwich just to end up with some gf bread topped with lettuce because they removed the gluten items. They do just remove it too, my order was supposed to have fried onions so I asked if they would be replaced with regular old onions instead and he kind hmmhhmmm'ed at me which i thought was a yes but turns out it was a no. They just removed the crispy onions. I paid more money for the gluten free option to get less food. My better half said his food was pretty good and the view was phenomenal so if you don't have any dietary restrictions and money to burn then give this place a try, otherwise stick with places like Fretboard and their affiliate restaurants because they're absolutely amazing and care about making sure everyone has a great dining experience. The price is not worth the service here, our waiter was nowhere to be found from the time he took our order until the time he slapped the check on the table and then he hovered around trying to get us to leave so he could seat the next tip $$$ in line waiting to eat even though I still had a plate of the blandest food ever to eat.

Amazing pancakes. The best gluten free pancakes I have ever had. The cook came out to talk to me about gluten free oatmeal which was also great. They do gluten free breakfasts and toast etc too. Highly recommend. Great attention to dietary needs. Very homely and lots of locals which is always a good sign too.

My daughter has celiac and was able to get a gluten free bacon cheeseburger and pizookie! Nice that they brought the ice cream out in a separate container so cross contamination wasn’t present. Excellent service and great food.

Such a great time today. Rose was our server. She was so kind and welcoming to us. She made our 9 year old feel included in the experience…which he loved. The gluten free burger was yummy (so glad they have the option). And since Rose was knowledgeable, she was able to steer me clear of all of the fries as they sadly are not gluten free. Our son really enjoyed his sliders. And my husband loved his Cali chicken sandwich. We’ll definitely visit this Easton location again soon!

We went there for the first time tonight. You don’t know often anymore, but found the menu irresistible and the reviews were better than most we’d seen all online. I’m vegetarian and went with someone who is gluten intolerant. We had absolutely no issues being accommodated, which is not always easy. The food was amazing, but what was even better was the service! Our waiter was Gabriel. He was attentive, but not cloying; he made sure taken care of and very well also. I’m extremely particular, one of those “everything on the side” people, and he had no issues whatsoever with it. You can tell when someone does and he really didn’t. At the end of the meal I asked that he gave his manager the receipt after I had put a note on it stating how amazing he was. He didn’t even look at it and took it straight to her. Beth, his manager, was near the door, and spoke with us as we left. She was as charming as Gabriel. We let her know how much we enjoyed her meal and the service, and that we would definitely be back. We live about 45 miles from this restaurant, but it was well worth the trip. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful meal and especially to people with dietary restrictions, such as vegetarians and vegans, or food allergies, etc. The care with which our food was made and the attention to our needs was nothing less than outstanding.

Some colleagues and I came for happy hour, there were 8 of us, and our server Jack was incredibly nice, always came to check to see how we were all doing, food and drinks came out fast, and it was delicious as always. With the happy hour deal, I got a great meal for just a little over $10. I LOVE coming here. Also, they have a great gluten free menu and I have celiac.
