Well furnished and comfortable place, in the style that harks back to the 1950s, the dishes are well prepared and above all the meat is really excellent, even in the gluten-free version

After tasting the first gluten-free cake from the Brotini patisserie I no longer had any hesitations. Every important event I go to them. From Montespertoli to San Miniato. And since Easter it is the second time I have returned to discover their other gluten-free specialties to share with my celiac friend. Enthusiastic about everything, a note of merit to the berry cheesecake and the house specialty Paradise which I could finish alone. Welcoming and smiling staff. Recommended to many of our acquaintances. Thanks to all the staff.
Nestled in Pisa's historic center, this cozy gem offers a bright, minimalistic vibe perfect for relaxing, studying, or enjoying quality coffee.

A good option in Pisa. The cafe is good and the food is also nice. There are a couple of vegan options and they also cater for gluten free diets. The price is a bit on the high price, but nothing otherworldly
Quaint spot in the city center, exuding an old tavern vibe with brick ceilings, perfect for cozy reading sessions amidst a treasure trove of books.

Located in the city center.
With an "old tavern" style appearance with bricked ceilings with exposed vaults.
Cozy place, with numerous gluten-free options which in my opinion are very good, and staff who are also very friendly and helpful.
Multitude of “free use” books along the walls.
Perfect place to read, study and spend a few hours.
Highly recommended

I do not recommend consuming here. Absolutely overpriced. For example, you don't pay 4 euros for a cappuccino even in America. I understand that we are in the historic center and that there is table service, but the (displayed) prices of everything here are excessive in my opinion. Good food. Warning: although the name might make you think of a wide choice for celiacs, this is not the case. Wide choice for the rest.
UPDATE AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE
In my original review above I make no reference to the large glass of soy milk, but to the 2 cappuccinos (paid 4 euros each).

We have been going to this pastry shop for years now and I must say that for me it is the best in the whole farm and also. Starting from the sweet pieces, the savory ones up to the pastry shop. There has never been anything I didn't like, not to mention when it's zeppole season 😍😍😍! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the environment is very welcoming with a private area at the back where you can sit in company and have a chat. Last but not least, they make gluten-free pastries and I think it is the best-stocked and most satisfying!
Close to the Leaning Tower, this spot offers a tasty menu with a cozy vibe and a lovely outdoor area, perfect for a quick break.

Nice little cafe. We went for breakfast, there was a lot of choice. There were a few gluten-free products (no bread, but some pastries and porridge.) Really friendly service.
Enjoy tasty dishes, beautiful outdoor seating with tower views, and a unique collection of over 100 different bills on the walls!

It’s really no wonder this place has such a high rating—it’s 100% deserved.
First, a special thank you to VINCENZO and LISA, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Their effort made all the difference!
→ If you or someone you're traveling with has a SEVERE ALLERGY, this review might be especially helpful. We were traveling with someone who has severe allergies to DAIRY and EGG (along with a sensitivity to GLUTEN).
Eating out while traveling is always a challenge, and not every restaurant is able—or willing—to accommodate that kind of need. But this place really stepped up. They put together a custom menu and even went as far as to prepare fries from fresh potatoes using a separate cooking method—all to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
The result? DELICIOUS FOOD, AMAZING SERVICE, and PEACE OF MIND—which is priceless!
Perfect for gatherings, this casual spot offers great service, a competitive menu, and has a cozy private room for larger groups.

Nice place and welcoming environment but in my opinion it was a little too hot inside despite the air conditioning. We requested gluten-free first courses, with excellent seasonings but the spaghetti was really undercooked (I understand the difficulty with gluten-free pasta but I expected more attention). Friendly staff and prices certainly within the current average.
With stunning views and a cozy atmosphere, this spot is a must-visit for a memorable dining experience.

I had a gluten free pizza, it was amazing... Haven't had such a fresh base before. My sister had pesto spaghetti and relished it.
The reason I gave it a 4 star because it could have had more toppings and I'm used to eating a bit of spicy pizza. Just a personal preference and nothing about the quality of food. It was really good. The service was excellent.
Perfect spot for families with a play area for kids, offering a cozy vibe and standout appetizers—it's a delightful dining oasis.

Pizza with excellent base, perfect cooking. Truly top oasis appetizer! And then the environment is perfect, even for those with children who have their own space to play while the adults enjoy dinner. Unfortunately for those with diets such as gluten free, it is not suitable.
A charming spot that's worth the trip with a cozy vibe, fresh offerings, and a unique experience for those with dietary needs.

I was there to celebrate a confirmation yesterday 23 December 2023. We were in the room on the first floor...I really liked the starter (even if it could have been coordinated better) but the dinner was very good and very good...the menu for celiacs needs to be reviewed which was not up to par with the rest. Access to the bathrooms in that room absolutely needs to be changed!! Very high steps, my 80 year old mother fell while going down the step. You should provide an additional step. I didn't give my all because access to the bathrooms is dangerous for those with walking problems
