Absolutely great for gluten free food. Lots of options on the menu and my food came out marked with an allergy flag. I got the portobello mushroom sandwich and sweet potato fries. Both were excellent. However I am knocking off one star due to the fact the GF buns are awful. The texture isn't good and it started falling apart within a few bites. Switch to a better GF bun and this place would be 5 star. Definitely sit outside if you can as the atmosphere is entertaining (we had a cellist set up and play during our dinner!) Would eat here again without hesitation.

Awesome place. Especially for celiacs. A little pricey—but the food was worth it. Excellent customer service. Great tasting and fresh food. Will come again. Recommend it. (Sad we didn’t do the karaoke.)

Unfortunately we will never advise anyone with celiac to eat here. We read all the reviews and decided to stop in. My Daughter who is celiac ordered the salmon from the gluten free menu and still got gluten. She was sick for days

Highly recommend! The manager personally takes allergy orders and notes them on a large red slip, making sure they’re handled with care. There are so many gluten-free options available, way more than you’d typically find at most places. And did not get sick. These are the (small) nachos with grilled chicken. Super yummy.

As someone with Celiac Disease, eating out is VERY limited! I am grateful for Grill Marks. Been to Greenville and Columbia multiple times over the past decade. I have never had an issue with gluten cross-contamination here! I appreciate the fries, etc are also dedicated gluten free. My burger is always cooked as ordered. For the price, the value of food quality and service level are completely on par. I will continue to return and if I have a singular experience below the norm, I will still give them another shot!

WOW!! LOVE!! came here from Ohio on vacation and will be back before we leave in a week (lol). Paige was amazing, attentive & came back at the perfect times. She offered a gluten free menu to me & manager Chris was HILARIOUS & so kind, would come back just to see Chris. Amazing food and atmosphere.

I love Creole dishes and rarely get to enjoy them since being gluten free due to health reasons. We found Madisons on the gluten free app and are so grateful we did! Madison’s has a very expansive menu of gluten free options including their breaded items (hello crab cakes!). We had a fabulous meal with both the service and food quality being top notch. Madison’s brought so much joy back to dining and was a highlight of our trip to the Beaufort area. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Our family of five loved everything that we ordered! We have a daughter with a gluten allergy (Celiac Disease) and she enjoyed the fried shrimp so much! I had an absolutely incredible experience at Hard Rock Café in Myrtle Beach! The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the grilled chicken wings and the Southwestern Bowl with grilled chicken, and both were flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. What truly made this visit stand out was the exceptional service. A supervisor named Dianne stopped by my table to personally explain how certain items from the gluten-free menu were prepared. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable with how things were cooked and whether certain preparation methods would meet my needs. I’ve never had anyone at any restaurant go out of their way like that to make sure I felt safe, heard, and completely satisfied when ordering gluten-free. The care, attention, and genuine hospitality Dianne showed truly made this experience unforgettable. I left not only full but also genuinely impressed and appreciative. I will absolutely be back!

DEDICATED FRYER!!! That should say enough for you to get over there! But, their bang bang shrimp (crispy gluten free tempura battered, fried in a dedicated fryer) was delicious! With a sweet Thai chili and spicy mayo drizzle. The fish tacos (gf battered, fried fish - or can be grilled) with a creamy slaw and corn tortillas served with crispy fry/chips were awesome! I had seen a review talking about lack of flavor - don’t listen to that. Could it use a pinch more salt? Sure. But it was incredibly flavorful, hot and so deliciously crispy, GF fried fish and shrimp! Wonderful experience! I recommend putting in a reservation to sit on the deck to make sure you get a spot outside!

Variety of Impressive menu items!! Service was excellent. Helpful, kind, and courteous table visit check ins! Family had the smash burgers; everyone approved ~ especially our 15 yr old, highly approves! And after a 7am swim meet! :) I had one of three available specials; turkey burger= outstanding!! TRULY! Very juicy & thick, flavorful caramelized toppings& gluten-free bun! On the tables~ habanero hot sauce, perfect touch. Lots of GF/V options! I have celiac and wanted something gluten free. Came at dinner and had the gluten free burger! Wow! The gluten free bun actually stayed together! Which is rare!!!! The gluten free carrot cake was to die for!!!! I was so full but kept eating! It’s not common for me to find a good gluten freer burger or dessert and tonight I did! So happy! Ask them to make sure to toast your bun! You’re welcome!

The positives: They have a gluten-friendly menu. The gluten-free bun was excellent. The angus burger was very good. The not-so-positives: The fountain drink was flat. The kettle chips were ho hum. The service was merely adequate. So it was a mixed bag, and next time I'll probably just order the meal to-go. But I will definitely come back, and give it another shot.

First off, don't follow Google maps and go across pope as you'll be met with a gate to a private community and have to turn around. As for the restaurant, it wasn't great. Zero info on how things worked when you walk in, other than sit and scan a QR code to order food. Well if you have bad cell service (in a literal old bank with metal vaults), good luck. No service, no refills. At least don't have to tip. The food itself was decent enough, though was disappointed in the gluten free bun option. Was falling apart when I got the food. Was unable to eat it as a burger, and that was disappointing as it's the sole reason I chose the bank out of many other options. Do yourself a favor and know how it all works beforehand, and hopefully read the comments to learn as their site isn't any help.
