Newly diagnosed celiac here. Came for the "Real Cheeseburger" on a gluten free bun and it it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Will definitely return. The staff were knowledgeable and assured me my food would be celiac safe. When it arrived to the table, we were asked first where the gluten free burger went. The sodas were good and fries very delicious!

We have recently started frequenting In N Out, and have enjoyed them a lot! They don't have a lot of menu options, but they excel at the items they offer. Pricing is affordable in today's age. They offer bunless burgers, which is amazing for people with gluten intolerance, or those looking to reduce carb intake.

Great with the order once we requested allergy protocols for gluten-free food handling for a celiac kid; even traded out a shake when it was ordered with cookies and cream and we forgot about GF sensitivity momentarily. Great service!

The food was delicious, I was able to have chicken fried steak and gravy gluten free! The waiter was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options as well as gluten allergy/ Celiac. There is not a separate gluten free menu however almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free and they have a separate prep area/ fryer. My only issue was it was kinda expensive, very yummy though!

Three of us had a late lunch here today and the food was fantastic. One of our party members has celiac so the menu being almost completely gluten free without having to ask for substitutions was why we gave it a try. We tried the mozzarella sticks, fish and chips, banger and mash and finally the sticky toffee pudding cake. Everything came out very hot and delicious with generous portions even from the lunch menu. Service was great as well. She knew the dish’s ingredient information and was very kind and attentive.

I ordered gluten free items on the menu (told the server I have Celiac - he said he had a celiac button on the register). The food did not come out with the gluten free flags. As someone with celiac, this is a great comfort to know the food was prepped with caution and not mixed up in the kitchen!

As a long time customer of True Food Kitchen - for more than 4 years - what initially interested us was the healthy non GMO, Gluten Free menu that does not use unhealthy seed oils (like Canola/Rapeseed Oil) in its food preparation. Since then, True Food has made some slight changes to its menus, including the use of controversial Vital Farms products as well as changes to its gluten friendly pizza dough and hamburger buns, however the one thing that has NOT changed - and is the best part of the restaurant: its employees. Ask for Chantal, Yuyu or Aaron - those are three of the best restaurant professionals you will ever meet! Their can do attitude, combined with their amazing ability to connect with customers is the REAL secret weapon at True Food Kitchen on PostOak. My family can eat at any restaurant in Houston, but we choose to eat at True Food Kitchen on Post Oak because we are always given excellent service and shown kindness when we eat there. Every restaurant should figure out how those three team members work, and copy it exactly - as a customer you leave having had a good meal, and GREAT service. Kindness, always served with a smile - and if there is any problem at all with your order, they are always quick to rectify the situation. You will never sit around with an empty glass of tea if you are being served by Aaron, Chantal or Yuyu. All of their sides are gluten-free, their chicken tenders are gluten-free, queso and chips are gluten-free. Also, the gluten-free bun for the hamburger is pretty good.

Overall, the atmosphere is fairly nice with very kind and friendly wait staff. True Food Kitchen has a well rounded menu with accommodates for vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan with clearly labled dishes for such. Additionally, the flavor profile is fairly diverse so if you are vegan like me, you will not be restricted to a single option and have a few choices to make.

Great for Celiac! Gluten free bun was one of the best I have had. Not too dense and not too dry. Meat was fresh and burger was tasty. They yell out Gluten when you order to alert the kitchen. All sides are GF and if you like fried pickles these don’t disappoint! Not a location near me so I won’t go out of my way to eat here but worth it if you are in the area!

My entire family has celiac and this is one of our safest places with great food! Most of the food is gluten free and we’ve never had cross contamination issues. If you want something with a bun make sure to specify that you need a gluten free one, otherwise they’ll assume you don’t need one.

My husband and I are from Houston and visit Galveston often, but this spot is officially going on our must-visit list every time we’re in town. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, cozy, and inviting. The restaurant was packed, but we were seated quickly by the sweetest staff member, Sherry, who made us feel genuinely welcome. Our server, Blanca, was an absolute gem—kind, attentive, and quick to bring me a full gluten-free menu the moment I mentioned my food allergies (gluten and dairy). I had called ahead to ask if I could bring my own dairy-free alternatives, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. And the best surprise? They have gluten-free bread! For anyone with celiac or dietary restrictions, you know how exciting that is. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every bite was flavorful and clearly made with care. On top of that, every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and quick to strike up a conversation. We never once felt like we were just another table to turn over—there was so much heart in the service and it truly made the experience stand out. We left full, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Alex was incredible and so attentive. She knew I was allergic to gluten and made sure to communicate that to the kitchen as well as noticed me eating from my sister’s plate and made sure to let me know that is gluten free as well. Unfortunately, I placed an order originally a few days ago. The gluten-free bun was as hard as a rock and they included hash on my sweet potatoes today I picked up the replacement order and I let her know what all was on there. It included things that I did not say I wanted it on my sandwich. I have irritable bowel to where I am not able to tolerate some things and I specifically told her the items I want there. I did not get to receive a replacement order tonight again because they were closed and now I’m without a meal for tonight. No one wants to throw away $27 worth of food that they paid for. I am disappointed in the customer service and the blame. She tried to put on me for something that she did as in the manager.

Hat Creek is a great place for dinner in our take out. Classic burgers and fries but also tater tots and chicken nuggets. They have plenty of other options as well and gluten free options for those with celiac. I have celiac and have not had issues eating at any Hat Creek location.

I LOVE WHOLLY COW!!! Super GEM in Austin! Their grass fed burgers are the most delicious that I have ever had anywhere! Super fresh and clean meat and presentation and even a yummy gluten free bun. I had so much energy afterwards to complete computer work and clean my house, it was great! Highly recommend the delicious sweet potato fries too, super delicious and clean non seed oil, gluten free cooking. Yay!!! I will definitely be back and I am recommending to everyone! Just watched the cook handle all the fries no I g them from a large bin to another without switching gloves after handling flour covered onion rings. This is while the front person is telling me their fried are GF - hard pass for this celiac. Also the whole place was filthy. Kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Super gross for anyone dining. Gluten Freeeeeee the buns and chicken nuggets AND sides are GF! AND DELICIOUS. Prices are great and the salad was even good! This will become a family favorite! FYI the flour alternative is also nut free because we have that allergy too. The smile says it all 2 more visits and not as good. Last time the chicken nuggets and queso were SO salty. The lettuce in the salad was already decomp (slimy) the GF person was happy but the others left hungry after dropping about 100 for 4 people. Asked for fries without seasoning kon kid is allergic to something in the seasoning...still seasoned

Nicolas M was absolutely amazing! He recommended the octopus, bistro steak and more. He made sure that all our questions were answered. If we had any questions at anytime just to flag him down. He never left our table without us being confident in what we were asking/ordering. I am gluten free so finding a place that accommodates and understands can be difficult at times but this place understands. They are also veteran owned! He even brought my leftovers out after being left behind! He went above and beyond! You definitely won’t be disappointed coming here!

Found this cozy jewel while visiting my parents gravesite in Rockwall the day after Memorial Day. My son and I both agreed that their burgers were some of the best we've ever eaten. AND, it was the first burger I've eaten at a restaurant since I've gone gluten-free. Sooooo tasty, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Absolutely no complaints. We shared an order of their fries and both agreed were outstanding! A small place that left a big impression!!!!! Previous reviews said it was cold. Absolutely was not. And I'm one to be sensitive to that. The service was friendly and the burgers came out about 15 minutes after we ordered. Lots of choices on the burgers, and next time I'm going to try one of their hot dogs. The beef they use is prime ... some if the best, and you will notice that when you bite into one of their juicy burgers. I highly recommend if you're in Rockwall. You won't be disappointed.

Customer service on par with Chick Fil A. Burgers are excellent and the chicken nuggets are real chicken! Nice having an option for gluten-free buns! Milkshakes are really thick and flavor options are very good! Not just your standard vanilla, chocolate and strawberry! Great playground for the kids! The playground has the softest cushion set service I've ever experienced for a children's playground.

We went to BellaGreen today for my birthday and really enjoyed everything. Don’t let the buildings facelift deter you, parking in the garage is validated as well. They also cater, including gluten free options. We had: the OG pizza, a huge salad honey fried goat cheese and arugula, honey garlic cauliflower wings Gluten free, and kids pasta with Alfredo. For dessert the gluten free carrot cake and the apple crumble. Impressed with the gluten free options, overall restaurant cleanliness and great service. we will definitely be back.

used to really like this place but lately, half of the time I place an online order they cancel it immediately saying something in my order is out of stock... my order is a little hat combo. a burger, fries and a drink. why are you open if you don't have your restaurants namesake? doesn't make much sense to me. you shouldn't offer online ordering if you are just going to cancel it immediately. their online ordering in the favor app is also broken. if you add a gluten free bun to your combo, it adds the surcharge to the drink, fries and the burger. it's cheaper to order everything separately which defeats the purpose of a combo.

This is a very clean and organized Hat Creek. The employee that greeted me was friendly and polite. I really like Hat Creek food and appreciate the gluten free chicken nuggets. My kids enjoy playing on the playground.

My kids took me to Hat Creek in Richardson today for Father's Day. It was amazing! I loved everything about it, especially the seasoned hamburger patties and the fries. Service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean and inviting. My daughter was just diagnosed with celiac so her options for eating out has become quite limited. All the sides are gluten free, and delicious. The seasoned fries are next level! Their ability to provide such amazing food while accommodating special dietary needs is remarkable.
