Overall great donuts. In the opinion of a person with Celiac Disease (gluten free) the GF options are not great. The best one I had was the blueberry! I speak for many gluten free people who regularly order here, we loved it. I’m aware there is a school next door and not only are the students very respectful but the staff treats them wonderfully!

Have not been here for about 3 years. Love coming in the late fall, winter and early spring in the morni g and during weekends before 930am. If not your waiting for tables. I had the cinnamon pancakes with Applewood bacon. Tasty. Wife had gluten free pancakes with Turkey bacon. She loved ut. Sister in law had a goat cheese Omleete with Potatoes. She was hapoy. Great place early, cause it's quiet. Personally we only come for breakfast.

Loved eating brunch there! Food was astounding and Duvan made the experience so pleasant. Taking his time to speak to us, answer my questions about gluten-free items and helping me practice my Spanish.

During our visit, we opted to try a few different dishes from the extensive menu. First up was the New Yorker—toasted sourdough topped with whipped cream cheese, spiced za’atar, smoked salmon, sliced tomato, pickled red onion, alfalfa sprouts, and a drizzle of lemon oil. It was the perfect balance of flavors, and the freshness of the ingredients truly stood out.
We also couldn’t resist ordering the Cheese Quesadilla, made with a toasted gluten-free wrap and mozzarella, served with a side of mandarin oranges. Simple but absolutely satisfying, it was a hit with our daughter.
And, of course, no visit to Pura Vida is complete without trying their coffee. We savored a perfectly brewed café latte, which was rich, creamy, and exactly what we needed to fuel our day of exploring Miami.
With a super diverse range of unique flavors, it’s the perfect hangout for families craving something refreshing and fun.

Great spot for a family outing to go get you and your loved ones a refreshing treat. My favorite was on the vegan menu, which was lemon and mango. My boyfriend got the pistachio geleto and he loved it!

La Social was the perfect place to have my birthday brunch!! They were so accommodating for our party and made the environment so much fun! They even brought out a DJ that played great music! A few members of our family have gluten allergies and their gluten free pancakes are so delicious! The service was excellent and the food was amazing! The decor is also so cute for photos. I highly recommend La Social for your event or to grab a bite to eat with your friends!

If I could give them more stars, I would!
I went Saturday morning for breakfast, and I got to be the first person to try their brand new gluten free empanadas. I must say, they tasted great and hit the spot. I have a strong gluten allergy, and when the owner heard me trying to order, he offered a new item they just got in. I had the chicken and beef, and they were both amazing. Don’t mind the color, the taste makes up for it all. Can’t recommend this place enough!
Excellent Eatery. Quick service. Quality food. My wife has celiac and has eaten here twice with no issues. Chocolate Chip Pancakes for the kids, or the kid in you......

This is my favorite place at Coconut Grove because it has clean plates and the best gluten free bread in town. If you’re intolerant or allergic to gluten, give it a try, is called superseed bread and is delicious. We use to go there for breakfast or lunch but in winter time, I also stop by for a hot Belgian chocolate with double chocolate chips cookies, gluten free too. 🔝

I was so excited about this place because it is one of the few places that offers gluten free sushi. I ate here 4 times before and it was great. Today, the 5th time, I got glutened. There was fish eggs and a couple little tempura pieces on my bagel roll. Absolutely unacceptable. I will now be sick for a few days. :( sad I cant come back because I can’t trust the place to be consistent.

First of all, they are very slow although it’s morning time and everybody is going to work and waiting for their breakfast…
Secondly, the lady at the cashier keeps asking something extra such as avocado and gluten-free bread, but she never tells about the additional charge which is really high. For example, they provide regular bread, including the price but when you ask for gluten-free bread, it’s $2.90 plus tax… Avacado $2.10 plus tax. it’s really expensive and also I would like to say that the cashier should warn the customer that they are going to charge extra five dollars for a small sandwich..
Overall, I don’t even like that atmosphere because it’s very small and people are waiting for their orders and also the line at the cashier at the same place. It’s not a very peaceful place for breaks fast.

This place has MAJORLY GONE DOWNHILL.
- Shrinkflation (less toppings on Acai Bowls, no chips with sandwiches, no bagels with cream cheese on it--just a small side now)
- Poor food options (sandwich menu replaced with smaller less appetizing options, no ability to modify for food restrictions like no pork/bacon or gluten-free bread)
- Takes FOREVER (25-30 min prep time for a simple bagel and a smoothie for take out)
It seems like they're now more concerned with "pretty" influencer food than actual good food that was tried and true. Very disappointing. I used to spend tons of money there several times a week as a local, and would put up with the slow prep times bc it was good. Now, I barely get a coffee or a smoothie once a week at most, if I do at all.
Given the easily accessible competition in the area, the management has made horrible choices in the last month. I can't wait till the new bakery opens up across the street, bc ITSI just isn't it anymore.

THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE BREAD for their sandwiches
Almost every place in Miami are with the VEGAN trend but do not offer GF options to celiac patients like myself
What a Hidden gem I just found! Cozy place, loved the wings, tried the patatas bravas, and the GF Lamb sandwich and everything was amazing
We came again to watch the soccer Game (Champions League)
They have full bar and very cold beers

Charming Concept!
If you are looking for a place to detoxify, this place is a must visit. A sacred sanctuary in the heart of the busiest city.
The atmosphere is like you are in a cafe in the center of tropical jungles, animals all over, eye-opening for nonvegans, a very cute farm...
Everything is vegan and without allergens. I liked their Jackfruit sandwich, steak, mushroom quesadilla with gluten-free tortilla, overall the food is pretty satisfactory and their concept with rescue animals is even better 🤍
Check them out!!

The gluten free arepa sandwich is delicious!! This comes from both a gluten free person and a gluten-ful person. It was a delicious and filling breakfast.
Although I cannot personally vouch for the coffee, my sister said it was incredible.

What a great restaurant The Henry,
First time in this place and it did not leave me indifferent.
I want to start this review by saying that I have celiac disease, which is important for what I will tell you soon.
I went to this place, without much expectation, because my disease makes it very difficult for me to trust in GF food.
But my waiter Alberto and the team of the Henry, went out of their way to make sure I could enjoy a delicious dish (Korean steak with rice) made with love and definitely GF!
Thank you The Henry for the hospitality
and for making me feel safe, I will definitely be back soon!
I was grateful to find a gluten free breakfast! The food was good.
Unfortunately the service was abysmal. When I was paying at the counter, I tried to ask the young lady (with pink hair and a scary amount of eyeliner) a simple question. She literally walked away from me while I was speaking to her, and she proceeded to ignore me. I waited to pay until she came back, seemingly because she wanted me to pay and walk away.
Just a note, she did not walk away to go service another customer or prepare a drink. She was literally just tidying and organizing at the opposite end of the counter. I have experience in the service industry, so I can understand when someone is busy, but there were a total of 3 customers in the building. Her behavior was inexcusable and inhospitable.
When she brought the food to my table, I tried to thank her. She wouldn’t make eye contact with me or respond at all. Again I tried to ask her a question, but she simply walked away and I did not choose to chase her down.
This poor service made me feel extremely unwelcome, and I will not be back again.

Our meal here was so delicious, fresh, full of flavor and perfect! We ordered the roasted cauliflower with tehina (which was WOW), quinoa salad with the bronzino added (the most crisp-made with olive oil too!) and the toasted challah with eggs sunny side up and lox on top (my husband was in heaven!). Esther, our waitress, was so friendly and warm and accommodated me since I am gluten and dairy free. Thank you so much for the delicious food and amazing service❤️

Love this restaurant! Best tuna melt in town! Tasty tender baby back ribs and awesome bacon wrapped dates stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese. Friendly and professional staff. Good selection of Gluten-free dishes also.
I love it the experience to be there. The food was really good and because I have a celiac disease and I am in GF diet they make sure my food didn't have any cross contamination with gluten!!!

Great food option in the design district. It's an indoor market style: large variety of vendors. Order at the vendor station and find a seat nearby. You usually get a buzzer that rings when your order is ready to retrieve. The Italian vendor had gluten free noodles. I enjoyed it!
