We came here to celebrate our son's 23rd birthday as well as his upcoming graduation from The Culinary Institute of America, and it was well worth every cent!
We did the tasting menu and shared everything family style. The food is dairy and gluten free as well as plant-forward. That said, the braised shirt ribs did not disappoint. We left full and happy.
If you're dining with someone who doesn't like vegetables, bring them here to change their mind.

Very knowledgeable on the gluten-friendly options. This is the only place I know of in San Antonio that has gluten-friendly chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, onion strings, fried mushrooms, and cream gravy. Yes, you heard me right, gluten-friendly gravy. I danced with rapture at the 1st bite of a fried button mushroom gluten-friendly free that i have eaten in over 8 years. Every part of the meal was enjoyed, including the crustless gluten-friendly cheese cake. I dream about their fried mushrooms, so i limit my visites to once a month or every other month. Definitely on my list for a great meal.

Bird Bakery did an incredible job with a smash cake for my daughterβs first birthday. The whole process was great- from choosing the size, flavors, and decorations. Laura helped capture my vision and made the whole process feel so special. The cake turned out so so beautiful- better than I could have imagined AND it tasted so delicious. Their cupcakes are also amazing. We got a dozen for her party and they were a hit. Lots of flavors to choose from and they even have gluten free options. Lastly, the staff is always kind and inviting! Shout out to Eileen who did a fabulous job decorating ππͺ²

Visit miss chickpeas, it looks good, it's the first time I've been there. the place is cozy. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of variety in the dishes, I recommend it: several gluten-free options. It is a beautiful place, I like the play of its colors. It is a little difficult to find a restaurant where the portions are large and the quality-price ratio is very good, the cook is super friendly as well as the cashiers. I am from Spain and I have been eating this type of food for 12 years. An award for the person who prepares that type of food at miss chickpea I loved it!!
With a vibrant atmosphere, unique offerings, and a diverse menu, this spot is a must for anyone looking to enjoy deliciously creative dishes.

Saw this on Instagram. We were in a hurry and didnβt review the menu before we went. Not authentic Thai food. Ordered the Pad Ka Prow and had 95% green beans and maybe 2 tablespoons of ground meat. I get the overall healthy, gluten free nature but if you want real Thai then this is not it. I should have been clued in by the location.

Gluten and dairy free pretty much everything. I got a ton of cookies and some coconut macaroons. They were delicious. I would have tried a chocolate taco ice cream if I were at home and had access to a freezer!

One of the best breakfests I've ever had!
Got the lemon poppyseed French toast special and it was delicious. Absolutely perfect and decadent. Made with a lemon poppy seed poundcake or bread and a delicious glaze. Got it as the "Lemon Poppy Paris Texas Platter" which also came with migas, which they recommended with queso as the sauce, also super rich and decadent so I maybe would've got it with a different sauce but super delicious nonethless. They have a really wide menu with a lot of variety from savory to sweet and some vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu.
Got an iced orange mocha with oat milk, super great drink.
The staff were all very kind and helpful and made the experience really pleasant. Great value for the quality and amount of food you get. A really enjoyable and tasty meal!

I love this place for our family for brunch because they have delicious healthy options for me and classic diner options for my kids. It's a win-win. There's an entire gluten free menu, lots of vegetarian options, and delicious buddha bowls. They also have beer on tap and an espresso machine. I like the atmosphere - it's like a diner but feels more Austin. They're also great for take out and kids.

They have more than one option for gluten free. All the items I got were gluten free. I got a chocolate frosted donut, chocolate chip muffin, chocolate chip cookies (package of 2) and a white chocolate mocha frappe (with coffee). My total was $20.04
Everything in the case is clearly labeled. The lady at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Donut was cakey, but not too thick. It had chocolate icing.
Muffin was so soft. Tasted buttery and not too sweet for being chocolate chip. I ate it the fastest out of the items.
Cookies look like they were hard, but they were soft once you bit into them.
Frappe was a good accompaniment to my breakfast.

What a cute little restaurant! We had their waffle Sammy and it was so yummy! I eat gluten free so it was great to find someplace that catered to that! My husband doesnβt eat gluten free it he loved it also! Of course we had to try a cookie and it was great too! They are also vegan and diary friendly. Small place not much seating inside more of an outdoors or to go place. We will come back when we are in town!

Our favorite donut shop! We drive 30+ minutes every few months to get a fix π The yeast donuts & sausage rolls are unmatched. They have tons of gluten free options, though I have not tried them. My only issue is Iβve yet to find the perfect latte, but they have tons of options, so Iβll keep trying π We always get there at the perfect time with no wait, but when there is a wait, the line moves quickly. We also discovered they have some books and coloring sheets for the kids, which means we will probably be visiting more often now π

The prices are fair and their menu has plenty of options. They serve gluten free bread ($1.50 extra) and gluten free pancakes {$1.50-$2.50 extra), which is always a bonus for me. I ordered the chicken pesto panini on GF bread with fries. The fries seemed like they could have been cooked a bit longer. My husband got David's enchiladas with cheese which he said tasted good. I'll come back to try their GF pancakes next time.

What an awesome spot- love the inner design uniqueness woody theme, the type of place you could spend hours. Coffee is banging, unique in flavor and can get a bottomless cup. I am gluten-free & there are many options which do not taste gluten-free, in that the texture is right and will bring you back in. I love this spot/ highly recommend, the staff is genuinely polite, and even allows dogs.

This place is a gem of Amarillo. Itβs adorable, welcoming and feels like Iβm stepping into the early 2000βs with the decorations. The staff feels welcoming and you can tell they really work as a team and acknowledge each other. The outdoor seating makes you feel like youβre not in the city. Thank you for having gluten free options- the gluten-free biscuits & gravy were among the best Iv ever had! The homemade sausage- a real surprise as how rich and deep the flavor was. Hats off to the chef & owner. Will be returning. Couldnβt give this place enough praise.

Love Kerbey Lane, but this one at around 8 pm was not good. I had gluten free pancakes which were very dry like they had been sitting around for a while and warmed up. My friend ordered a salad and the brought out the wrong one. Very disappointing.

This was a pretty neat place. My husband and I both enjoyed our food. They were able to accommodate my food sensitivities. The bee sting pancakes which are seasonal were really good. Was able to get them in gluten free. Their chicken sausage was good as well. My husband tried the pineapple upside down pancakes (not gluten free) and loved them. Looking forward to dining in again and trying other options

This place is fantastic, but you have to sit outside. The dining room is dated and very loud! We eat here frequently because they offer gluten free items, but check your plate, I have been served regular bread on a few occasions.
