We got two burgers to go for a late night snack. We’re going back in the morning for breakfast. This is probably my favorite spot while visiting Nashville

I had Rigatoni. It was delicious. The scenery is very pretty and formal. Service is very nice but it took us a while to get our food. Definitely not a quick bite. The truffle fries are delicious as well. Clearly label vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes.

We had a delicious meal at the Nashville location. I have dietary restrictions for health reasons (celiac). I received great service and care from Jacob. No reactions health-wise and the food was delicious. The gluten-free bun was over the top!!

My favorite go to coffee place in The Nations. We loved Stay Golden back when they were in a different location and were so happy they moved closer to us! The coffee is superb and the food is delicious (especially the gluten free biscuit). Cozy indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is a challenge but worth the hassle.

Had the most amazing lunch at the Omi Hotel! They had a dedicated fryer for gluten free buffalo wings, tots and fries and gluten free buns for the burgers as well!!

We’re in the neighborhood, and this is regularly our date night spot. The vodka sauce is incredible, and if you are gluten free their noodles are way better than what you are making at home! Josh was a great server when we were there last for my wife’s birthday.

Every time I've been there the food is so good!! I love that they have so many gluten free options. I got the gluten free Cinnamon roll pancakes and they were AMAZING! The wait can be long. It's a busy restaurant. Just make sure to join the wait list online before you arrive.

Our visit was wonderful! We were walking around and spotted etch (which I had read about online), so walked in and took a spot at the community table in the front of the restaurant. Josh provided excellent service, all while tending bar nearby. We shared the delicious Roasted Cauliflower as an appetizer, along with amazing gluten free rolls! I had the scallops and my husband had the filet. I had the pavlova for dessert, and my husband had pumpkin spice ice cream. All dishes were beautifully presented and SO delicious! The community table wound up being just us, which was awesome! We were on the early side. Thanks for helping us celebrate our 40th anniversary. It was a perfect experience!

Ordered the family meal that was supposed to feed 2 - 4. I asked for cornbread instead of buns since I am sensitive to gluten. I was given 2 corncakes, no buns and one side instead of two. The barbecue was very dry. The broccoli salad was good! Very disappointing experience.

The best brunch buffet I’ve ever had!! Loved visiting Adele’s for my bachelorette. Had a couple of friends with dietary restrictions including celiac, and the staff were so happy to accommodate. Special shoutouts to Megan, the most incredible and friendly waitress ever, and the amazing chef Jerry! Would recommend to anyone visiting Nashville! 💕

I really enjoyed Frothy Monkey’s atmosphere and prices! Due to an autoimmune disease, I have some dietary restrictions. While they tried to work with me, they did not have great accommodations for someone with restrictions (gluten and dairy allergy).

Incredible food. Helpful waitstaff. Pleasant, fun atmosphere. My girlfriend is gluten free and tries to limit dairy. It was easy to have a great GF meal, and their various sheep and goat milk/cheese dishes made it super easy to go low lactose, too. She’s very sensitive and says this is the best dinner she’s had in years. The portions were appropriate for the richness of the food, and we tried almost everything on the GF menu and both left satisfied (and pleasantly surprised by the bill). The pastel de chocolate was a delightful dessert, too.

This was genuinely the best interaction I’ve ever had in any restaurant in Nashville. The owner is so nice and excited for us to be trying it for the first time. He had us try different sauces and made great recommendations to build the perfect bowl. All of their food is SUPER accommodating to anyone with food restrictions since they have a ton of gluten free and dairy free options. We love Jeni's. We had the strawberry shortcake parfait and ordered it gluten-free. they made it on the back counter with fresh ice cream tubs and, of course, omitted the waffle wedge. It was excellent, and my wife with celiac was able to enjoy it without the fear of cross-contamination. They did an excellent job.

An invite from our friend @thetipjarnash took us to @sundanewasian for one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Nashville. Its name is a nod to the Southeast Asian continental shelf underlying the region inspiring the myriad of flavors highlighted by the array of cuisine from founder @billydec and executive chef @mike_sunda From Dim Sum to sushi rolls, main courses and “new Asian creations,” there is truly something on the menu for everyone. As always, we’ve posted a guide to our “reel” menu below in case you want to say, “I want what they had” (and we’re pretty sure you will.) 🍹: Grass Tiger & Strawberry Fields 🍣: Signature Crispy Rice {Wagyu & Spicy Tuna} 🥗: Crispy Brussels Sprouts 🍱: Sweet Potato Caterpillar & Island Maki 🐟: Tom Yum Sea Bass 🥮: Bibingka* Also of note: Kevin our waiter was incredibly kind and knowledgeable - he elevated the entire dining experience and we’d definitely recommend requesting seating in his section. Also a huge thanks to Matt for his hospitality and attention. Thank you Sunda for a top-notch experience from food to service, start to finish. *Bibingka was an off-menu dessert item that you absolutely should ask for. If you happen to have a gluten sensitivity, bonus points that this cake is made with rice flour! In fact, many items on the menu are friendly to dairy, gluten and other allergies or sensitivities. Also of note, most of their cocktails can be served as mocktails without sacrificing any flavor so you can still drink decadently without imbibing!

This place had great service and very good atmosphere. We were on the patio a group of 12. This is higher end and designed for sharing. The portion sizes were bigger than they said (tri tip easily feed 4 of us). You get what you pay for, it was high quality and great tasting food, and priced accordingly. Also has a great whiskey collection and one of the best gluten free menus.

This is the best Indian fusion food. Our server Jordan did an excellent job describing the menu and helping with dairy and gluten allergies. My braised pork shank was delicious. I put a fork in it and the meat literally came off the bone. The corn cuury sauce was so good. My wife had baramundi fish with kamchu cashew coconut based curry that was amazing. We shared the chocolate cake which had puffed quinoa and was scrumptious. This meal exceeded my expectations!! Maneet is one of my favorite TV chefs and I am so happy to get to eat there. We only had one night in Nashville on our road trip and we wanted to make it count. Finding Vegelicious was so fortuitous! Reading the menu online made my mouth water so I knew it was the place to go. And we really love to support Black-owned vegan restaurants so another win! We headed over to the cozy little dining room and were greeted by Ally, who is super friendly and answered all our questions about the menu. We ordered sorrel and water to drink and the v-licious taters for our appetizer. For our entrees, my girlfriend ordered the house salad and I ordered the fried chick sandwich with gluten-free bread. They are super accommodating to people on a gluten-intolerant diet, by the way. From our first sips of sorrel to the last bites of our strawberry cheesecake (also gluten-free), our tongues were dancing in delight! It was clear that a lot of time and love had gone into perfecting these offerings. What a treat! After dinner, the owner, Bettina, came out of the kitchen to talk with us. we loved visiting with her and learning a little about her journey as a vegan and to Nashville. We always enjoy the opportunity to chat with restauranteurs to hear the story behind the meal. We can't wait to come back for another visit!

Been waiting a long time for Upbeet to open, and it was worth the wait. Best fast healthy in Nashville. The whole restaurant is gluten free and almost everything is organic. The quality of the ingredients is top notch but most of all, everything tastes incredible. Salads, warm bowls, smoothies and smoothies bowls.. so much to choose from. RUN don’t walk to Upbeet!
