TLDR: amazing service, quality food with good portions, well trained staff, able to accommodate many dietary requirements and accommodate different budgets. - - - - My most recent visit was my fourth time dining at Chin Chin, this time it was with work colleagues for a Christmas lunch. The food was delicious as per usual, and it is worth noting that despite the fact that the restaurant was absolutely packed and insanely busy, all of our dietary requirements were met without fail (lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance). In terms of cuisine you wont find anything “traditional” at Chin Chin, it is Asian fusion at its finest, but everything is well thought out, well balanced and also fun. The service was excellent with the staff explaining each dish, making sure our drinks were topped up, checking in with us in between courses and even taking the time to have a quick chat with our table. Additionally when I passed by the kitchen it was very clear that they had their communication locked down. Always a pleasure to dine here.

Fantastic all round. We didn't have a booking but the staff made room for us. Amazing food, great service and good pricing. My partner is celioac and they brought her a specialised menu and made everything she wanted completely gluten free. They even used a separate fryer for the chicken. Can recommend the feed me option.

This cafe is a hidden gem! With an impressive selection of Gluten Free (GF) and Vegan Options (VGO), it caters to a wide range of dietary needs. The Padre coffee is exceptional, and the breakfast and lunch menu is solid, featuring a delightful array of bagels, including GF options. The American-style menu is a treat, and we were thrilled with the delicious brisket and asparagus. Plus, the staff was accommodating, allowing us to customise our sides to perfection. My colleagues and I are obsessed with this place. The $25 lunch menu is sure to have everyone fed and happy. I'm coeliac and the options available are so delicious and I've never reacted to cross contamination. The staff are so friendly and always good to have a laugh with! I'm looking forward to heading here for a night out in the future!

House made soda was amazing. I had pineapple and lime. The corn on the cob was very nice. Good spices. I had gluten free and vegan burrito. I've never been able to order that at a restaurant. It was fresh and tasty. It had mushrooms and spinach in it. Very interesting flavours. Only bad thing about the place is that you have to go up stairs to get to the restaurant, but that's not their fault. Very busy place. Loved it.

It's nice enough, though very crowded with the seating. I'm Coeliac and I only had 1 Entree option, 2 Main options and 1 desert option. I picked the Dahl, but to be honest, no better than what I get locally and far more expensive. Not somewhere I would pick.

Love this place & all the SanTelmo Group restaurants! Having moved from Bondi we are always looking for fresh, bright food with the emphasis on fresh vegetables & protein rather than carb heavy meals. The experience was made even better by HENRY our waiter. A good waiter can make or break an experience, HENRY was not just good, he was BRILLIANT! Knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive especially with regards to checking Gluten free options/ modifications. THANK YOU

We booked the private Board Room space to host a surprise 30th birthday party. The night was a huge success and everything ran as planned, many thanks to the efforts of both the Gingerboy front-of-house team and the team of chefs behind the scenes! The set banquet menu was exquisite, exceeded all expectations and was highly praised by everyone who attended with the kingfish and duck dishes being the crowd's favourites. The team had no issues catering to all our dietary requirements, including gluten-free, vegan, and pregnant women! The venue was perfect, with access to our own amenities, Bluetooth speakers and a wall-mounted TV to make a video call to our overseas friends. Thank you again to the team at Gingerboy! Will definitely book again for future events and recommend the Board Room space upstairs to anyone looking for a place to host a special event.

REVIEW: 📖 I love Kiss & Tell's approach to affordable food. For $45pp, we got to pick 2 entrees, 2 mains and a side dish which turned out just to be the right amount of food for us! When you can also pick what to get from the menu to make up the Tasting Selection, it's hard to go wrong (unless you pick things you don't like). 😅 ❤️ My favourites from our selection: 1. Baked scallops. The Vietnamese cheese sauce was heavenly and added this savoury kick that I appreciated. It's a classic treat that always goes down well. 🧀 2. Green curry chicken. The fried kale was an excellent addition to the dish that added an amazing savouriness and texture. Fried kale is my kryptonite and it elevated this dish to drool-worthy heights. ☘️ 3. Coconut rice. It's a simple thing but incredible when restaurants go the extra mile to drown the coconut rice in coconut milk and give it the royal treatment it deserves. 🤍 Big love to the kitchen for the amazing food we had that night! My friend is gluten free. The food we had didn't detract from my experience at all. I can see why Kiss & Tell were so popular on a Friday night - it was packed to the rafters by the time I left! Bookings HIGHLY encouraged. ⭐ Service lost points on being unable to manage my water levels. I never got a refill on my water cup (sad) and would've appreciated a carafe if my water wasn't going to be topped up throughout the night. 🌧️ Other than that, we found that our food came out in a pretty timely manner! No complaints here. 👍

Love this trendy open kitchen Japanese restaurant. Counter seating is fantastic to view the food being made and prepared in the busy open kitchen. Food is delicious and lots to choose from including vegan gluten free options. Constructive feedback, drinks slow to arrive and dietary codes are needed on the menus. I booked counter seating but was sat at a dining table. I mentioned this to the host and was then seated at counter seating as booked.

Service was terribly slow last night. My daughter’s entree came out without anyone else’s. She finished it before the waitress came over to say the one I had ordered couldn’t actually be made gluten free. Grateful they didn’t just serve me a meal containing gluten, but ridiculous that my daughter had finished her entire meal before they let me know and that the two other members of our party were still waiting to receive their entrees. By the time the mains came out, we had been seated for half of our allocated booking time. And then one main was missing. I questioned the waitress who said it was coming. We finished all other food before it turned up at our table. Only had our water glasses refilled once too. Food was delicious but when you are paying premium prices, this kind of service is unacceptable.

Absolutely love Pinchy’s! The food is fresh and delicious, the cocktails are top-notch. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my strict gluten-free requirements were met (shout out to Brady!). Only downside is the need to finish within your 1.5 hour allotment - feels very rushed toward the end and we would have loved to stay on a bit longer. I've been to Bomba twice and amazing food on both occasions. Most recently I had meal for a friend's birthday and it was for 14 people. Everyone had a great time. They catered to all the various dietary requirements (coeliac, vegan, pescetarian and the list goes on). Everyone ended up leaving full and we were very well looked after by the staff. Amazing resteraunt and great for the big group celebrations. Thank you Bomba. We'll be coming back to try the rooftop bar.

Our server was extremely knowledgeable, I required gluten and nut free which was not a problem. The GF pasta was house made tagliatelle! Fantastic experience. Food was great, came out exactly when we wanted it to and was delicious. The 600g Ribeye was cooked to perfection, lots of flavour and plated well. The staff were extremely attentive always making sure our water was filled without ever having been asked or looking for them. Really comfortable seating and not packed together. Cocktails were great, staff were knowledgeable about variations of classics and proactive in giving me a choice. The only thing I think could be improved is that I really wish they would have a dedicated gluten free fryer so I could have tried the baby kipfler potatoes which my other guest thoroughly enjoyed. But I understand limited space in the kitchen might make this implausible, and I still really appreciate the NOMAD groups consideration of allergens when devising your menu and training of staff who knew exactly what I meant when said celiac. If you have celiac disease I would recommend coming here again and again.

Recently went here with some friends thinking that as I’m gluten and dairy free, I would struggle to find something to eat. To my surprise and delight, they have gluten free pasta and could easily accommodate dairy free! So nice to be able to get an italian meal with friends and the food was amazing and soo quick! Also the BYO is so handy and service was great Def make a booking because it was packed!
