Quaint rustic restaurant with some of the best food. Most of the dishes are gluten free and full of flavor. We had lobster bisque, shrimp tempura, shrimp and grits and the shrimp rice bowl and finished off with key lime pie. All full of flavor and portion sizes are generous. Highly recommend!!

Epik staff take allergies quite seriously. While they don’t have a dedicated space. They changed gloves and tried led up the paper on the work surface. They also changed out cooking equipment. There was an error on the milkshake and it was handled in such a respectful way. But the best part was the BUN on the burger. I got a juicy burger and the bun didn’t fall apart. Better news is they are opening a second location in the Nocatee area?

Great First Experience, Especially for Gluten-Free/Dairy-Free Diners Tried Burton’s for the first time and had a fantastic experience. We’ve recently started a gluten-free and dairy-free diet, which usually makes dining out tricky — but Burton’s made it feel easy. What really stood out was how their entire menu is mirrored with a dedicated gluten-free version. You’re not stuck with a handful of second-tier options — instead, you can order the same dishes as everyone else, just with gluten-free substitutions. That’s rare and genuinely appreciated. Our server was excellent — informed, attentive, and accommodating. As soon as we mentioned the dietary restrictions, he immediately pointed us to the gluten-free menu and said, “I got you on the dairy-free.” He walked us through our options and made sure everything we ordered was safe and satisfying. And the food? Outstanding. We had roasted vegetables with steak and salmon (one of each), and both dishes were flavorful, fresh, and well-prepared — not always the case with gluten-free meals. Everyone in our group (party of nine!) seemed happy with their dishes as well. The only note is that it’s on the pricier side. With an appetizer, one glass of wine, a tea/lemonade, and two entrees, the bill came to about $109 including tip. But for the quality, service, and allergy awareness, it’s worth it — definitely a great spot for a date night or a special occasion.

If you want amazing fried fish, check this place out. I haven’t had fried fish since I was diagnosed with Celiac (about 6 years ago). It was amazing. A nice crispy light batter made with brown rice flour. It was great!

This little restaurant is a GEM on Amelia Island. Everything is cooked fresh and from scratch and it is delicious. For those with gluten sensitivity…they have several options to choose from on the menu. Highly recommend!

This is a family owned and operated eatery. SHANNON is very proud to be working here and supporting this endeavor. She's is not part of the family that owns this. Based on Countryside Mall, they offer breakfast and all entrees all day long. Gluten free dedicated grill and waffle iron! I opted to try Bacon Super Slaw at the place with Bacon in the name. Great hot tea that I chose over an array of cocktails and 4 beers on tap. Yes I passed on the signature Bacon Mary at 830am Bacon Slaw Salad is crunchy with just enough bacon and sprinkled not swimming in a light sauce. Gluten free options are noted on menu Several TVs line the bar and corners of the main with bar height stools and accessible tables. Another more secluded room offers accessible table as does stood and umbrella covers outdoor area with accessible tables. Ok we found this place by accident while shopping and holy cow! I’m blown away. I so appreciate a restaurant that is so thoughtful to have no seed oils and so many gluten free options! I’ve been gluten free for 15 years and sometimes you just really want fried fish! My dreams came true with the gf desserts too!! A MUST stop location for anyone who is health minded or has food allergies. Our server was STELLAR with Porter! He was amazing. We will Be back again and again!

My daughter has a wheat/dairy/egg allergy and she was able to eat here! We ordered a plain burger with bacon on a gluten free/dairy free bun, and also added ketchup. The fries are also gluten free and fried in a dedicated fryer. So, 5 stars for this because eating out with my daughter is nearly impossible! Happy to have found this place.

Went twice, two different dinners. Almost everything is GF, they have a disclaimer on CC, knowledgeable and instilled confidence when I asked questions and ordered. First dinner I had popcorn shrimp and fried pickles. Delicious! Went back on our last night for a blackened grouper sandwich on a Udi bun, with kettle cooked Bay chips. May have been my favorite meal. No issues after! We will definitely be back!

Ripe is our favorite restaurant! The food is always prepared fresh and you can tell they put all the care into sourcing fresh ingredients and preparing everything from scratch--a true "slow food" philosophy and experience (look it up, it's a whole movement countering fast food and hyper processed junk). You feel like you are eating real food, prepared lovingly and with the utmost care. And that is to say nothing of the service! Everyone at ripe is kind, attentive, and always seeking to make every patron's experience the best! Emilio, chef and owner, is always present, tending to every detail of the operation, and interacting with guests! That is to say nothing of their accommodations for allergies! Did I mention Ripe is 100% gluten free?? For customers with a gluten intolerance, you can eat and rest assured that everything you consume will be fresh, healthy, and wholesome. If I could give Ripe ten stars, I would! Highly recommend!

Blown away by my experience here! Alex, our server, was amazing! FULL of energy!!! very knowledgeable about the menu and best options for his diners. I got the bacon cheeseburger on a GF bun and fries. the bun was great! Didn't crumble like most GF buns do and actually had a good flavor! As I was finishing up my meal I got a visit from the owner, Chris. We talked about GF food prep and cross contact and he gave me a personal tour of their kitchen. He showed me they have a separate storage space for GF foods, separate freezer for GF foods, separate prep area for GF foods and separate deep fryer for GF foods! All staff have been thoroughly trained and the kitchen staff have been provided with everything necessary to prevent cross contact. I am so impressed! And deeply grateful! McKenna's will be our new Go-To for eating out! Wish I had taken pics to share with you all. You'll just have to go by and see for yourselves. You won't be disappointed. 😊

Food was excellent. Tried arepa con choclo (my favorite!) and arepa con queso, patacon platter, picada, beef, chicken, and cheese empanadas, yucca fries, the fried potatoes, and the churrasco platter. The steak on the chrrasco platter was delicious and fantastically tender, and the cilantro sauce was very tasty. The staff was very helpful in clarifying which items were gluten free, which was practically all of it. Everything tasted incredible, my only regret was that my stomach was not big enough to accommodate everything on menu.

The menu mentions asking about gluten-free options, so I asked what was gluten-free. The answer, “everything”. They have gluten-free toast, French toast, and waffles! They also have sugar-free syrup! Having a wheat allergy and being diabetic usually means I have to be very selective. I was amazed at how accommodating this restaurant is. The food was amazing and Phillip was an excellent server!

Scat Cat Club’s is a must visit. We always make sure and stop by before visiting the park. If you let the attendant know you just want to get food, I’ve had no issues being let into the resort. The beignets are amazing and bonus gluten free. All the dipping sauces are yummy and worth a try! They also have decent drip coffee to get the morning started. If you’re feeling adventurous they also have adult only liquor infused beignets. I adore the overall atmosphere and experience.

A surprising amount of gluten free options. Actually sandwiches! Not "gluten free sandwich = wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun," actual gluten free buns and bread. I got a fish sandwich and fries and they were absolutely delicious. As a celiac, I'm always weary of eating out and getting contaminated but I had zero bad reactions after eating here. The location is wonderful, right on the pier. Sea views out of every window. Wonderful sea breeze on the terrace. Great tunes and very friendly personable servers. Really fun place to eat some delicious food!

The vibe and service here are amazing. Great spot for a date night. Awesome vibe. We ordered the gluten free (!) calamari (devoured before i could take a picture), filet mignon, and salmon crudo. My celiac requests were taken very seriously and I was able to enjoy a phenomenal meal. We also tried the Figgy Old Fashioned and The Pearl cocktails. Highly recommended!

Amazing gf selections. Again most of the menu could be made gf. We had fish, shrimp and chicken tacos, and crab cakes all gf and so good. They were super knowledgeable and helpful about menu information. We went around 5 and it was easy to get in but noticed by around 7 the wait is really long.

So this place delivered in the food category. So much to like here with the food selection. They obviously are trying other things to get attention but they have the primary focus covered. Gluten free menu also. Tap water wasn't the best tasting or that cold. But for German food this is one of the best in Florida.

The Kings Sandwich was most definitely my favorite! It’s a for sure crowd pleaser and a taste of everything! Fries come out hot, fresh, seasoned well, and crispy! Both the regular and the waffle cut sweet potato fries. Sauces were on the table to try at your discretion and the sides are mostly included in everything. The lean brisket was good and next time I’d like to get it more fatty. All the meats and all the sauces (minus one) were gluten free. Come in between 3-6pm for happy hour 10 for 10 wings. I had to get some to go and I was told that they DON’T disappoint! Try it and be satisfied! You can trust me b/c I DON’T play about my food!!!!

The service was great and fast, the place looks like an authentic 50's diner. There are gluten free options available. The food was a little bland for my preference but the presentation looked clean and appetizing and the chicken was fully cooked. (Nothing a little bit of extra salt won't fix) I had the southern fried chicken with mashed and gravy and salted spinach.

Doc B’s has drastically gone downhill. This place used to be my favorite restaurant. They have gotten my food wrong the last 3 times I’ve been there. They also stopped being careful about food allergies, when this was one of the reasons I loved them. Here’s one example: I told them I have a gluten intolerance and they gave me a salad with croutons. I explained that I can’t eat them or a salad that has touched them because it will make me sick. They took my salad back to the kitchen and just removed the croutons. I knew they did this cause I could see the crumbs on the plate. When I pointed that out, they insisted the croutons were gluten free when every other time, I’ve been told they aren’t. Idk what is going on with their management, maybe it’s changed, but this place sucks now.

Very cute place with lots of ability to make gf safe food. We got several burgers and fries and enjoyed our meal and atmosphere. We did order sweet potato fries- which were marked gf on the menu but than were told they weren’t gf and they substituted them for regular fries. We even bought some of the adorable store merch. So happy when places can be so inclusive of gf and celaics!

We had a wonderful experience here. I am gluten free. The GF chicken tenders were absolutely delicious. When my food came out, one of the chefs came to talk to me about it and see if I had questions about how it was prepared. My husband got the salmon meal and he said that was delicious as well. We went around the 5 PM timeframe and it wasn’t super crowded. Also, to note, the prices are very reasonable for what you get. I would highly recommend, and if we’re ever back at magic kingdom , we will go there again

Without a doubt the best dining experience we have had at a theme park and our new favorite restaurant at the parks. My wife had the roasted chicken which features a Moroccan inspired flavor profile. It is served on a potato cake with root vegetables. Each element was cooked perfectly. The menu did not indicate it was gluten free but the chef was kind enough to assure us that it was (so either the menu had not been updated with the new item or it was modified). I had the seared tuna noodle bowl. It is served cool and has a higher spiciness so maybe not for everyone. This was truly an elevated meal that we would have been happy with at any restaurant. We honestly felt that the meal was a bargain for its quality and portion. How often can you say that about a restaurant inside a theme park? Don't sleep on Confisco.

I am gluten free and one of the things I like to get at Disney that I can't normally get at restaurants near my home believe it or not is chicken tenders. They have really good ones at Liberty Tree Tavern and I didn't think they could get any better than that. Then we ate here. I truly thought they gave us the wrong order when I saw them, but once I took a bite I was sure these couldn't be gluten free. My husband brought them back just to double check (mistakes happen). They reassured him they were and I was just amazed. I didn't finish my fries, but you better believe I finished that chicken! I WISH I could get these at home. The only reason to knock off one star is that these took a very long time to be ready. Like everyone else got their order and were done eating long. Also for Disney the atmosphere wasn't anything special. With that said I will definitely eat here again, the wait was still worth it!

This place is such a great amenity for Cabana Bay. There is something for everyone. My wife has a gluten allergy and the chef prepared her a meal to accommodate her dietary needs. WE ate two meals here during our stay. I had churrasco beef and then the super salad. My wife had gluten free pizza and gluten free chicken nuggets. The salad was probably the best salad I have had in a very long time and felt like a great value at under $10. The gluten free chicken nuggets were top notch. Glad to report that my wife had no adverse reactions after eating here. Don't make a special trip here if you are not staying on property, but if you are there take advantage of the options.
