I cannot comment on the rooms as never stayed but We come here basically all the time for pizza ! Always a great vibe and atmosphere, the pizza is the best offering gluten free option also - which is just as tasty as the regular . Garlic bread is on point also.
Great drink options and local beers I’ve not tried but partner and friends love , i have never had a bad experience here and will keep coming back. Upstairs garden is nice too on a sunny day with open seating or sheltered, best pizza in Inverness.

We had visitors 2 were Coeliac and 1 was lactose intolerant and one was vegetarian, the staff could not have been better, GF and vegetarian menu were available and they even adapted something from the main menu for us. I wanted to write a review to share how excellent our visit was last night. As one of those gluten free people, it can sometimes be difficult to find places to eat but Duck Bay did not disappoint. Probably one of the most fullest gluten free menus I've ever seen with options of battered and fried gluten free items including tempura?? Incredible.
Food was delicious. Piping hot and served by a host of clearly experienced and friendly staff. To the owners of the establishment -- your staff are a credit to you and the food is amazing. Best Fajitas I've ever had!

Had a brilliant time staying at this hotel in the heart of Dunkeld. The rooms have character while being modern and clean, and there's decent space even in the smallest. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is also great if you need to eat gluten free, I had both breakfast and dinner there twice during our stay and there were plenty of options.

We ate at the pub and it was great! I got the chowder and it was well seasoned and very tasty with lots of haddock and small shrimp. They bread was soft on the inside and crusty on the outside just like you want it. My friend is gluten free and they have gluten free buns. Her burger looked amazing and she said it tasted great too. Of course the service was very friendly and the view outback is lovely. Easy parking down the main street in a public lot.

Just went to the restaurant for dinner, great gluten free GF options I had the venison which was cooked perfectly with an amazing sauce only desert options that were gluten free were ice cream or cheese board, didn't realise the ice cream came with non gluten free wafers but this was changed quickly when they realised, Gaelic coffee was lovely too, a bit more on the pricey end but well worth it and good value for the quality of the food and service.

Came here for food and a drink out of season mid-week. Healthy crowd but still plenty of room to sit and eat outside. Food came very quickly, but was hot so can't call foul there. Went for a casual lunch with my daughter and husband. Lovely friendly waitress, cheery and pleasant. Asked about allergies, I’m gluten intolerant and she brought a menu to suit. It had loads of choice, but were larger meals. So stuck with a baked potato and my husband had fish and chips, my daughter the chicken tenders, both looked amazing. My potato was HUGE bigger than I could eat. All portions ample for lunch and service excellent. Defo will go back again. Very reasonably priced for lunch with soft drinks for 3=£36
