I’ve been eating here for years and taking all my celiac friends as well when they come to town. They are always blown away by the GF selections and how even for an Italian restaurant, it’s extremely celiac safe. Their one complaint is that they need to buy bigger pants due to the weight gain. Thank you Kenny and team for everything you do to include the GF/Celiac community within your dining experience.
Now, check out all of Kennys other restaurants, cause they are safe too!
This gem boasts incredible wood-fired pizza with a super thin crust, local beers, a lively atmosphere, and is perfect for pizza lovers.

Daniel took great care of us from the moment we walked in. It was lunchtime but we didn’t have to wait at all. This was the last time I’ll get to eat at Eno’s for a while since I’m about to start chemo, but I told him before we left that once I am in the clear again, we’ll come back to celebrate.
As for a food recommendation: get the Pig Smiley - even on gluten free crust, it’s the bomb.
Vibrant atmosphere with unique decor, a creative bruschetta menu, and a welcoming vibe, perfect for any celebration or casual outing.

I was a bit hesitant at first as the menu didn't mark off the allergies or gluten. But as the Atly app said this place is absolutely celiac friendly. The staff here is incredible and they really work hard to make the environment here extremely relaxing and energetic at the same time. It's a very good vibe here. I can definitely come here grab a few drinks and grab a bruschetta.. its light. I can get it gluten free, and the drinks are great.

I could seriously eat here every day and I wouldn’t get tired of it! Everything cooked to perfection! Fine dining! Affordably priced! Plenty of gluten free options! 😄 Who could ask for more!?!? A very special thanks goes to our host, Jose. I appreciate you making me and my sister feel like the Queens that we are.✨

We really enjoyed our visit! The pizza was delicious, but the chocolate gelato we had was freezer burnt and had oddly chewy pieces in it. One person in our group has celiac and needed to make sure what she was eating was gluten free, but the server did not inspire confidence when she went back and forth on whether the meatballs and sausage are gluten free. Aside from those two things, I definitely plan to visit again!
Charming spot with a taste of northern Italy, offering a unique mix of pizzas, high-quality toppings, and plenty of veggie options.

The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten. Aside from the incredible crust, the toppings were high quality. My husband said his regular crust pizza was also the best he has ever eaten. This will be our new go-to place for Italian food.

Fantastic Greek restaurant that is perfect for brunch or dinner! Went there for brunch with non celiac friends and staff did a great job of bringing me my own plates. I was able to eat over half the brunch items and they even had gluten free pita bread. For a buffet, it was fantastic!
Expect a fantastic vibe with a unique add-on deal for take-home classics, perfect for a cozy dinner or special occasion!

The food made me sick and i was in the bathroom for the entire rest of the day.
Also, our server returned our cash payment with only $20 bills on $55 check to attempt to force me to pay her a nearly 40% tip.
I would normally not mind but she couldn’t have even acted like she cared about my wife’s gluten allergies. We had to ask multiple times for proper assistance on the menu ingredients.
One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.
With high-quality ingredients and customizable options, this cozy spot is a pizza fan's paradise, despite some seating challenges.

Food tasted OK but the service was terrible and we went for a birthday. Chef got the orders mixed up. My friend ordered cheese manicotti and got cheese ravioli. Manager said well, it is almost the same. When she asked for a discount, Manager said well, you accepted the food! Yes, she did, so she wouldn't be getting her food when everyone else was finished! Also, my beef ravioli had almost no beef in it. Manager claimed its always that way. No one not even the Manager knew anything about the wine list. Desserts in the case looked great but after a disastrous meal, we didn't even try them. Admittedly, the gluten free pizza was a standout. At least 2 of the 4 of us will not be returning, at least not to this location anyway. Never had this problem at the other location.
Experience a lovely atmosphere with consistently delicious dishes and a great selection of wines, making every visit feel like a special occasion.

First time dining and it was delicious. Amazing gluten free options that made Italian food enjoyable again. Gena was incredibly hospitable and James the bartender was amazing. The charcuterie board was huge, full of prosciutto. All of the dishes were equally filling. Expect to leave with leftovers but also order it all.
Ordered: charcuterie, beet salad, mushroom pizza, fettuccini alfredo, and the ricotta stuffed gnocchi short rib special

We ordered two pizzas for dinner. They were both Salami Pizzas but one was with the gluten free crust which was delicious! It was made with tapioca and almond flour which tastes so much better than a cauliflower crust. I also liked that the gf crust is the same size as a regular crust so you aren't getting a reduced size like at other pizza places that offer a gluten free crust option. The quality of the meat toppings were excellent. It included Calabrese salami, house fennel sausage, Biellese pepperoni and bacon. I ordered takeout and it was ready in 20 minutes so by the time I got there my order was hot and ready for pickup. Great pizza! You won't be disappointed. Each box included a packet of crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese. There were special reheat instructions taped onto the outside of each box which was unique.

It is an Italian restaurant to preferably eat on site inside the Dallas airport. Only if you have time, although they serve you quickly, you have to remember that it is inside an airport and they need to be quick. So if you have a long wait, it is a good and comfortable option. They can convert the pasta to gluten free and they serve you plenty, you can even share it. The staff is friendly

What a great experience! We were in town for business during the "snow storm " and most places were closed. We stumbled upon Cremona and were so grateful they were open. The atmosphere is beautiful, the host was welcoming, the server (Jessie) was very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and speedy. But the food!!!!! They make their pasta and sauces in house, and you can tell!! I had the bacon risotto (1 of 5 gluten free options) and had to force myself to stop eating it so I had leftovers for the next 2 days (yes, it's a lot of food!). My hubby had the chicken parm, and he truly enjoyed it. My father had the cannolini and said it was phenomenal. Every bite was better than the last, which is wild, since everything was sooo good. We are sad we've never heard of this place but will return when we are back in town.

The only restaurant keeping uptown from turning into a giant retirement community. Probably the only place open past 12 thats not a bar.
Pizzas are great and the inside has a strong 2000s vibe. The pizzas are kinda interesting because the dough seems to be fairly low in gluten, so the crust is not particularly chewy. Probably a cost cutting measure but it isnt necessarily bad, just different.

I ordered the gluten free pizza and it was delicious! The atmosphere was not my vibe, but the staff were friendly and we were able to see our food being cooked and taken directly to our table. The gluten free pizza didn't give me any sort of reaction as a person with Celiac but this is just my experience.

Went on a first to Dolce Riviera last night and our waiter, Shawn, made it such a memorable night. He gave us great suggestions and was extremely attentive to making sure that my food was safe to eat since I am celiac. I told him to just surprise me with his favorite dishes and he did not disappoint. This is going to be a go to spot from now on and I will always request that Shawn be my server.

The chicken parmesan and the pasta combo was delish-i-oso! The manager named Cash is the epitome of a great restaurant manager!
I called ahead to find out where they suggest to park, and he was extremely helpful. He also had no problem with me bringing in a Chick-fil-A meal for my child who needs gluten-free and dairy-free food.
Outstanding atmosphere, service and food! Come for the calamari, order a gluten-free pizza, throw in a salad! It is all delicious. The meatballs that appear on the appetizer menu are large enough for a meal! Ask for cheese on top and it is delectable!
This place is great. Do not bother driving to their Dallas location, completely different experience and not a good one- don’t recommend Dallas

I had the medium Marg and it was delicious! I think the flavor of the sauce is what made it so amazing. I love that they had an actual Italian salad menu instead of just regular salads. The size of the pie plus the price were also a huge plus. The staff/our waiters were VERY attentive and that plays a huge role in my review. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and looking for good NYC style za.
Oh! They also have many gluten free options which is a rarity!

I came here for a dinner with friends and the food was phenomenal. Meatballs and crispy artichokes for the table for starters, spicy vodka pasta for my 2nd course, and the star of the show - the center cut filet with polenta and heirloom carrots. This went down as one of the best meals I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. The steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare on the inside with a perfect crust on the outside. The polenta it rested on had the perfect balance of flavors, and the carrots with the ricotta were almost like a meal in and of themselves.
We finished the night with an ice cream dessert that also blew my mind, with pistachios on top and an extra virgin olive oil drizzle. I should also mention that I’m gluten free and the server gave me tons of options to choose from, including GF pasta that tasted just like the real thing.
Pair all of the above with a great atmosphere and friendly service, and this place is a true winner
I love this place. At the new location it rocks.

We had a great experience at Carbone Dallas!! We went for my birthday and the staff was excellent and so friendly. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with my friends gluten free pasta and she was given regular pasta. Our server (I think her name was Norma or Nora, my apologies) was so helpful and attentive to fixing the situation and bringing her wonderful manager, Brick over. Brick was the absolute best and made sure that we were all okay and taken care of!! Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back and will always give our thanks to the excellent staff!!

10/10 experience at The Saint. The atmosphere is upscale, trendy and light yet intimate. The service is absolutely phenomenal and Francisco always goes above and beyond and is one of the nicest people I have met. Finally, the food and drinks are to die for and they were very accommodating when someone in my party had a gluten allergy. Highly recommend everyone experience the white glove service that is The Saint.

First we checked to see if this restaurant had gluten free options and it stated on line they did. As a 5 person party we were sat in the back with a plethora of tables open. When we sat down and began to order it was then told to us that there were not any gluten free options available. So one person in our party was unable to eat. The steak i ordered had no seasoning the pizza ordered had to much salt. Another person in our party waited 40 minutes for a pizza. When our pizza was served it wasn't served like everyone else's (on the gold pedestal). We had to what 20 minutes for refills and when the check came it was wrong because it had a charge on it that wasn't ours. All for over one hundred dollars. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Food and service was great. Good options for gluten free, vegetarian and picky eaters. Portions are decent sized, not huge. Pizza was the only thing with leftovers.

Happy they have gluten free options! The server was great.... unfortunately there was an issue with splitting the bill and the manager came over and lectured me about "next time tell the server you need the bill split when you order the food!", to which I replied "I did"... So sorry any server has to work with this horrible manager. This manager should be fired... Nobody should treat a customer the way I was treated.
I would give the server 5 stars for service and the manager a 1 star.

I ate at Eataly Dallas (Northpark) to celebrate my son's birthday. I ordered a salad and a gluten-free pizza. The food was ok, pretty mediocre and not really authentic Italian food. A couple of hours later, I became very sick, and was up all night with an upset stomach. Either the food was contaminated or the pizza wasn't actually gluten-free. I contacted the restaurant directly to let them know and received no response back. I then contacted their national office, and got no response back. Really poor PR.
