I got a gluten-free pizza with lactose-free mozzarella. I really appreciated the fact that in addition to the addition of 2.80 for lactose-free mozzarella, they deduct 1 euro because they don't put normal mozzarella in it. It's called honesty. Personally, I don't really like very thin pizza, but it was still good.

From Cremona to Brescia it's just a moment... Delicious gluten-free pizza, according to my celiac partner the best he's eaten. The "normal" pizza was also really appreciated. Kind people and a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Excellent pizza restaurant in the center of Brescia. From appetizers to desserts and pizzas, the entire menu is designed for celiacs! We had a starter with burrata and culaccia, fried gnocchi and cured meats, followed by pizzas with and without gluten, and fish first courses. Food all very good; young but imprecise service (they forgot the wine and pizza for the child, I had to go to the bakery and it arrived when we had already finished); modern environment just a little noisy even if it didn't depend on them but on the customers. Price in line with the average, very good quality-price ratio. We will definitely be back!

An essential place for those who are celiac, gluten or lactose intolerant. We come from Desenzano del Garda for every important occasion to buy their products! My daughter's birthday cake with the number 5 was amazing, fresh and prepared a few hours before the party! Those who eat gluten have not noticed any difference with classic cakes! Bread, pizza, rustici all always delicious. For Easter we got the chocolate glazed colomba with pistachios. The taste is always delicate, never too sweet. Business lunch which I attended for the first time in this place, given that we were a large number of diners they placed us on the external veranda protected by plastic tarpaulins and a good number of heating mushrooms which made the climate comfortable, indeed in some during lunch the heat seemed excessive. I tasted gluten free pizza as an appetizer and then moved on to a risotto with cuttlefish and in succession fish skewers, all obviously respecting my intolerance, and as a closing, a creme brulee to complete the lunch... all well managed by two waiters who alternated in the service of 5 tables. I will definitely keep this place in mind to try new gluten free pizzas!!

Last Saturday lunch with friends at the club and today family lunch at home with home delivery! The location is comfortable and with attention to the smallest details: you feel as if you were at home. As for food, I'm not vegan, but I love experimenting. Delicious and tasty dishes, with flavors that fully recall tradition, while at the same time respecting the environment and animals. Furthermore, being intolerant to both gluten and milk proteins, I was able to eat everything (obviously, specifying it) without worries and anxieties, because here everything is vegan and therefore there are no dairy products! Prices are absolutely normal (there is no extra charge for gluten-free, incredible but true! A dream!) Go read the speech on sustainability etc. on their site, because it deserves it. A truly pleasant discovery. Had lunch on a Saturday, as a couple, in the market square. Table outside given the pleasant climate. We came specifically to eat the galette we ate in France, naturally gluten-free. Great. However, the desserts deserve a special mention... Restaurant located in Borgo Trento with a simple and welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are well prepared, the raw materials are of a high standard and well treated (beef in special oil, as well as the belly). Allergens are well reported (I have celiac disease and didn't have any problems). Although the restaurant was full, probably due to the division of the spaces, there was no annoying noise. We were placed in a room where only our table was located, which made the evening with friends even more special. Parking along the street was found without difficulty. I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt.

The restaurant is in a lovely location and is easy to reach by car or on foot. There is actually gluten-free pasta, but unfortunately not today. We had two starters with cheese and ham selection, spagetti limón, seafood risotto and very special pasta with bacon. We booked through the fork and received a discount.

We love the Schiaccinoteca Toscana and we often stop by to enjoy a Schiacciata. The high quality ingredients, the abundance of fillings, the flatbreads that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, available in different doughs, the kindness and friendliness of the staff, everything makes the Schiaccinoteca Toscana a safe and tasty address for a quick lunch or for a evening in company. The menu is extensive and delicious and you can create your own Schiacciata by choosing from numerous fresh and genuine ingredients. A careful eye on vegetarians, vegans and gluten intolerants with dedicated proposals. A small but well-assorted shelf of Tuscan specialties (sauces, pasta, wines) offers whims or gift ideas. There are also proposals for craft beers and limited edition flatbreads, such as the one created in collaboration with chef Andrea Mainardi. Possibility of tasting on site (if there are many of you, I recommend the store in via Lamarmora), takeaway or delivery.

Smiling and friendly service in a warm and welcoming environment! Always excellent food, frequented on multiple occasions and has never disappointed! Ideal for a good sandwich or dinner with friends! Polenta is highly recommended as an alternative to bread for gluten-free burgers. Spectacular mascarpone cream in tiramisu or with amaretti biscuits!

I decide to try this restaurant with vegetarian people out of curiosity for a cuisine without meat and fish. the location on the outside is not attractive, but inside it is a spartan environment but with its own personality and style that communicates simplicity and a family tavern, the service is efficient, kind and friendly. interesting and tasty dishes, right portions, appropriate prices. solutions also for celiacs I think I'll go back because I'm curious to try other dishes and the quality-price ratio for Brescia is interesting.

Well kept and truly elegant place. Cozy and characteristic environment. Cutlery, plates, glasses, napkins and everything relating to the service has beautiful decorations that recreate an atmosphere of times gone by. Even in winter the tables on the external veranda are comfortable and the environment is properly heated. The service is kind, warm and efficient, the staff is delicate, trained, helpful and attentive. The food is really tasty and varied. Many of the dishes offered are gluten-free, therefore also suitable for celiacs. Highly recommended.

I have just had my third dinner here of my 3 night stay in Brescia. This restaurant and the wonderful food Emilio creates is one of the reasons I fell in love with the beautiful city of Brescia. Last year I arrived in Brescia tired and hungry and stumbled upon this restaurant. Emilio was so thoughtful on that occasion, creating a meal that was memorable and suitable for my special dietary requirements. The language barrier is never an issue. Emilio cooks from the heart and you can tell he gets so much pleasure from giving his patrons a wonderful meal. You get the impression he knows each customer on a first name basis. Tonight he created a bespoke meal for me of polenta, cheese and grilled vegetables. I think he is still coming to terms with someone who is both vegetarian AND coeliac!
