These are freaking amazing burgers and I love the fries. 🙌 The staff was very friendly too, which is always a sign of a great place because you know the food is made with love! 🤗 They also had gluten-free buns so that was really nice to have. This is definitely a must when you’re in Pisa!

Located in the city center. With an "old tavern" style appearance with bricked ceilings with exposed vaults. Cozy place, with numerous gluten-free options which in my opinion are very good, and staff who are also very friendly and helpful. Multitude of “free use” books along the walls. Perfect place to read, study and spend a few hours. Highly recommended

We were traveling with someone who has severe allergies to DAIRY and EGG (along with a sensitivity to GLUTEN). Eating out while traveling is always a challenge, and not every restaurant is able—or willing—to accommodate that kind of need. But this place really stepped up. Restaurant with Tuscan cuisine (also pizzeria for dinner). The place is small. The choice of dishes is sufficient to satisfy all tastes (there are both fish, meat and vegetarian dishes). We went there on the advice of the lifeguard at the nearby thermal pool. Really well made dishes, express cuisine but fast service. We ate very well (linguine, steccato, tripe... all excellent!) Highly recommended. Also GLUTEN FREE cuisine (Merlo is present in the guide and is authorized by AIC)

Superb vegan street food. As I'm gluten free at the minute, it was a blast that all was also available as gluten free option. The owner is a really nice guy and carries also some selection of bio products like a small mini market. Lovely idea. I had some piadinas in different combinations and with different sauces, they were all delicious. The price is adequate considering the ingredients and the quality this is. Every time in Pisa this is my go to option for snack or lunch in the square nearby.

An absolutely incredible restaurant! The server (maybe the owner?) was extremely welcoming and accommodating, and he recommended dishes that were to die for. Everything was so yummy, and the gluten free bread was truly outstanding! The restaurant is located on a shaded street of art galleries, and even on a 90 degree summer day it was a cool place to rest. Plus there are 2500 year old ruins under the restaurant that they have displayed which is so cool!

We visit this restaurant every year for the past 5 years and it’s beyond amazing. It’s hard to find a glutenfree friendly restaurant that serves pizzas that great. My mom enjoys the glutenfree pizza and I like to share a “pizzone” with my dad. It’s a mega pizza served on a wooden platter. If you are up for something special, please try this. It’s only 16€ and you can choose 3 different pizza types like the picture I added. Normal pizzas are around 8-9€. Hats off for this place, thank you and see you next year!

Nice place and welcoming environment but in my opinion it was a little too hot inside despite the air conditioning. We requested gluten-free first courses, with excellent seasonings but the spaghetti was really undercooked (I understand the difficulty with gluten-free pasta but I expected more attention). Friendly staff and prices certainly within the current average.

A study on pizza making done to perfection! This is the first time I experienced a pizzeria which offers different dough types for their pizzas. There are 5 dough options, some of them created by this pizzeria, while one dough type is the gluten-free option. The pizza menu is then divided into different sections, offering traditional options, calzone, the panuozzo and a section of gourmet options. We chose to order for takeaway, 4 different options also with different doughs and the resulting pizzas were delicious, to say the least. The place is unassuming and simple, nevertheless bustling with eat-in and takeaway clients, even though we went to this place on a midweek evening. The place is well staffed and the orders are taken by a friendly person who also offered a free drink to make up for the order delay which was not even the shop's fault. I would definitely recommend a visit to this place to anyone who is interested in enjoying a delicious pizza.

Chef Mirko, a true character, offers a menu with different variations. Here you can caress the tradition with soup or tripe Volterrana, real delicacies. The fantastic platters of cold cuts and cheeses, pici in all sauces... up to the undisputed queen... meat... sliced, fillets, with mushrooms, truffles, parmesan flakes and so on... pizza... and also a cuisine which is also attentive to celiac disease, gluten-free is also to be praised... But let's get to the point... today I and my partner we set off specifically for a real culinary feast of fish, rice and vegetables... in short, a magical paella... what can I say, first it kidnapped us and bewitched our eyes, then it made us dream with the taste... we can only thank the chef and all his magnificent staff for this culinary journey which from Valencia, made us touch Madrid with a finger, fly on the Rambla to Barcelona, ​​to finally bring us back to Volterra truly fulfilled and satisfied... thank you very much... Pleasant surprise in the center of Pisa, near Corso Italia on Piazza Gambacorti. The staff were very kind and friendly, attentive to everything. I think it's family run. My girlfriend who is celiac had no problems finding from the starter to the dessert, including fresh pasta and special second courses. They are very well prepared, nothing was missing except a little gluten free bread, but that's fine. We liked it so much, we will definitely return.

I had a gluten free pizza, it was amazing... Haven't had such a fresh base before. My sister had pesto spaghetti and relished it. The reason I gave it a 4 star because it could have had more toppings and I'm used to eating a bit of spicy pizza. Just a personal preference and nothing about the quality of food. It was really good. The service was excellent.

A very good burger joint near Tuttomondo by Keith Harring. The place is very clean and stylishly designed. The burger menu is extensive, offering multiple options and variations, including gluten free, kids section and a vegan section. Salads and desserts are also offered. The drinks menu is also elaborate, offering a good number of in-house drinks, beers, smoothies and cocktails. The service is very cordial and fast, our orders arriving immediately with the drinks. The food and beverages were satisfactory, although most of the french fries portions were too salty. I would easily revisit this place to explore more burger options and I would also happily recommend it to anyone who loves a quick but good burger.

Menu was very clear about allergens, which is super helpful as my partner and I are Gluten Free and Vegan respectively! So eating out abroad can come with its challenges, but the menu was clear and the staff were helpful. On top of that, the food was superb! Would definitely go again if we are ever back in Pisa.

Excellent restaurant! We were 5 people and made a reservation for dinner. The service, food, and environment were exceptional! Each person loved their dish. I am gluten and egg intolerant (not severe allergy) and I found options on the menu. Definitely stop in if you are in the area!
