Sumptuous desserts (including many gluten-free options, marked with hearts in the display case) and coffee served in a relaxed cafe. Open late. We frequently enjoy a 10pm or 11pm dessert at Old Europe after a performance at the Peace Center.

My husband and I had lunch here for the first time today and definitely will be back. Our server was phenomenal, I wish we got her name (long redish hair with bangs and glasses) she happily answered our 100s of questions. I'm, unfortunately, gluten free and I love that there's a separate menu with more than "burger no bun". I came in to try the gf mac and cheese topped with brisket and it was out of this world. Whatever pasta they use is the best gf pasta I've had, it doesn't fall apart like other gf pastas. The portion was huge and I have more than half for lunch tomorrow. My husband got the cheesesteak, he said it was great and LOVED the bbq rub fries.
Experience a vibrant spot with a lively patio, fast service, and an impressive craft bar, perfect for chilling with friends and enjoying deliciousness.

Fantastic experience. The food was so good! I had a gluten-free pizza, then got a gluten-free s'mores pizza. Both were delicious. My husband got... idk see picture. He ordered another after eating the first one. They aren't really big, but they're enough for one person. We also went there at 1030, so we were eating off the after-hours menu. Beautiful night and location.

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars for the service alone. We came for my wife’s birthday and I was skeptic since it’s a chain but the food (lo mein, fried rice, Changs chicken, firecracker shrimp, shrimp dumplings and chicken lettuce cups) was top notch.
Full of flavor and they catered to gluten sensitivity well! They even surprise us with a dessert for my wife and it wasn’t too over the top embarrassing. Best of all, our server Yas was the best. She was knowledgeable, kind and really catering to my family. Extremely impressed and will be back.

I am Celiac. I observed a potential cross contamination issue and the manager and staff immediately corrected course and made it right. Customer service was excellent and I will be back. Eating out can be extremely problematic as a highly symptomatic celiac, but places like this that are willing to hear advice and then immediately implement that advice are hard to find. I will be back.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with a diverse menu that pleases everyone, making it a great spot for family outings and tasty bites.

First, let me start off by saying that when we walked in, it smelled like the play place at McDonald's. Someone greeted us and sat us promptly. The table we got looked like it had been carelessly wiped off, and the kiosk on the table had a film of smudges on it. So did the menus. Our waitress was nice and came over right away to take our orders. I ordered a plain gluten-free cheeseburger well done, and my husband ordered something spicy with cheese sauce all over it. Our drinks were prompt. Unfortunately, the cups they came in were both dirty. I didn't notice until i went to take a drink, and the rim tasted weird. Whatever, it was just water, so we both set them aside and ordered milkshakes
Our food came out quickly, but immediately, I hesitated because the bun did not look gluten-free, nor was it marked in any way that it could mean allergy friendly. Not to mention, it was fully loaded with everything. No biggie, I can take off what I didn't want. I ate my fries while I waited for her to come back, and she confirmed it was indeed not gluten-free and took it in back. Two minutes later, she came out with a fresh plate. Unfortunately, they took the burger off the old bun, plopped it on a gluten-free one, and slathered it in MORE mayo. (There was still lettuce stuck in the cheese, and the second one came with no lettuce - that's how I knew.) So my husband went over and had a conversation and she came back annoyed with the staff letting us know she would make it right. Meanwhile, my husband was done eating, and a manager came out and said sorry for the mixup and gave us a bunch of fries. (Like she was trying to apologize with fries) Annoyed my husband ate the fries, which weren't even the fries that had come with his meal i tried not to because I didnt want to fill up on fries. Finally, mine came out, plain on a gluten-free bun. By this time, I was unintentionally full, so we asked to get to go boxes and went to pay the bill.
Again, my husband had to go have a chat because they charged us for 3 burgers instead of two. After speaking with the manager, she took off the one but refused to make any compensation for my meal being wrong twice. Or the fact that my husband didn't get the bottomless fries he ordered.
Our waitress was very nice and really the only one doing any work there. Everyone else was sitting writing on little cards that I assumed they planned to hang somewhere, and the manager was sitting close by on her computer. She didn't give a **** about us or our meal.
I hate to say it, but I will NEVER eat at a Red Robin again after this experience.
Update: when we finally got checked into our hotel I got a stomach ache (that is specific to how I feel when I eat gluten) from what I assume was cross contamination and spent the rest of the night in the bathroom. Great way to start our vacation.
A vibrant spot with a lively atmosphere, where generous portions and attentive staff make for a delightful dining experience.

My friend and I had a great experience at Willy Taco. Shaun and Sydney took amazing care of us and the food was plentiful and delicious.
I am gluten free for medical reasons, so Sydney offered me corn tortillas fried on the griddle in place of the tortilla chips that are made with shared oil. The kitchen forgot to leave the cilantro rice out of my Veg Head Bowl, so Shaun cheerfully noted that I also didn't want the slaw containing cilantro, and took my bowl back to the kitchen. When he brought it back, he had also had the cooks not include crema in my bowl because he noticed that also contains cilantro!!
My bowl was delicious. My friend had the cauliflower and southern tacos and the crispy Brussels sprouts, and loved all of her food. We will definitely be back when we return to the Greenville area. Thanks Shaun and Sydney!!

We were there for over two hours. When we finally received our food one of the pizzas was clearly forgotten and the excuse we received was “the gluten bread has to bake longer than regular dough.” Horrible excuse, just admit it was forgotten. Other tables around us arrived, received their food, and left in the time we were there. No apology for the service or time it took. Dals has started going downhill.

My husband and I are vegan and Greenville doesn't offer a lot of options for us so we were both thrilled and delighted to have discovered Lieu's! Not only can they pretty much make any dish vegan but their portions are HUGE, unlike some other places where I leave still feeling hungry.
Staff is super friendly and the owner completely understands what vegan actually means and has educated her staff that no, fish sauce is NOT VEGAN nor does it mean we can't eat gluten.
So vegans of Greenville, if you're tired of overpaying for a salad or sick of beyond burgers, please come check out Lieu's Chinese Bistro!

We have a family member who has Celiac disease and Chuy's was able to prepare a truly gluten-free meal for him. Many places are unable to accommodate those with specific dietary restrictions, so this was a much-appreciated service that allowed us to celebrate together.
We love Chuy's and cannot recommend them highly enough!

This is a great date night or rendezvous destination if you are looking to do some shopping before or after your meal. Wait listed for 30 minutes? Kill some time walking around the Haywood Mall! Once you are seated, prepare yourself...The menu is LARGE and so are the portions (with the calories to go along with them, but who's counting?). There are vegetarian, gluten free and low calorie meals available. The drinks here are great, with a full service bar available. Soft drink refills are free. Oh, and don't forget dessert. I don't often get it when I go, but I like to opt for the seasonal special and I've never been disappointed. Brown Bread > White Bread EVERY TIME... The service here is friendly and prompt. I give it four stars on atmosphere because the music can be a bit too loud, and if you are seated inside along with everyone else, there are a lot of stimuli. The patio is GREAT year round--there are heaters and screens for the cooler seasons. The bathrooms are generally pretty clean, there is handicap parking available out front and a wheelchair accessible entrance. The mall parking lot can fill up fast, so be prepared to walk a bit to get inside. Enjoy your meal!
We took our friends from out of state to the Greenville location and it was our first time trying the restaurant. Recently, one of our friends in the group was diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy so we had a restaurant in mind after doing our homework at who has gluten free menus but it was packed so we tried Sticky Fingers because it had good reviews. Right when we walked in the hostess was very friendly and greeted us immediately. Before being sat I asked if they had a gluten-free menu available and the hostess said they did! One of the servers (shorter woman in her 40sish) overheard and said “we don’t have a gluten-free menu all we serve is meat and vegetables, nothing would have gluten in it” and continued to talk under her breath and laugh. She then proceeded to tell the hostess to seat us in a different section right in front of us. We were all shocked. Just about all bread, barbecue sauce, and other dressing have gluten in it so she clearly didn’t know what she was saying. At the time there were maybe three or four different tables sat in the entire place so it wasn’t like she was busy. All five of the adults in our group had served in a restaurant at one point so we completely understand being overwhelmed when it’s busy, but it wasn’t. Anyways the hostess sat us and in fact did give her a gluten-free menu because THEY DO HAVE ONE but there are only two items on it because all of the other ones were crossed out with sharpie. Our server (younger girl with tattoos) was pretty attentive to our table and made sure we had everything we needed. The food tasted fine and the price wasn’t too bad but that first server gave us all a bad taste in our mouth for sticky fingers. It was pretty embarrassing to take our friends to a downtown that we had bragged about and to experience this kind of service at the first restaurant we ate at. I understand the “gluten-free” fad can bring on some eye roll‘s but it isn't a fad for everyone, sometimes it’s actually medically necessary. If you are going to be in the service industry try to have some grace for those customers who aren’t rude.
Dine on unique salads and delightful soups here, with a standout pickle vinaigrette recommended by informed staff, but be ready for a bread surprise.

The ambiance is wonderful. The service was the worst I have ever had. From the staff not coming over to take a drink order for several minutes, to the order coming out over 30-40 min later, to not knowing what was gluten free, to forgetting to bring half the order after the 40 min wait. I expect a lot better service and competence for a high end restaurant like this. The gentleman next to me waited forever for a crab soup and then had to go begging for silverware. A true reflection of poor management with such poorly trained, bartenders and kitchen staff.
Known for a decent brunch, this spot might be outshined by nearby options, making dinner a better bet for a unique dining experience.

A brunch specific review - it's aight.
The food is ok and the servers are nice, but it's hard to recommend this when you can go across the street to Nosedive and get a better brunch for cheaper. They also don't have some of the gluten free options advertised on their website for brunch - there's maybe 2 things on the menu if you have a gluten free person in your party. Sobys may just be better served as a dinner place

Absolutely fantastic food. I got the Greenville burger (with bacon) and my wife got a grilled chicken sandwich. She said it was the best gluten free bun she's ever had. My burger was also stellar. This is what an American grill should be.
Also, we made a mistake with our order and they were so accommodating to us. Excellent customer service even though they were busy.

I have celiac disease and ordered a petite filet and a loaded baked potato and got sick. I’m disappointed that the kitchen is not more careful with cross contamination and doesn’t seem to take food allergies seriously. I tried to order safe items and asked the server to please verify they don’t put anything else on their grill that contains gluten and to make sure they know my meal should be gluten free. Although the steak was delicious, I ended up with a stomach ache (intestinal damage) for the next several days. I think they must have items on the grill that contain gluten, or it was something in the loaded baked potato. . I never have this problem at Hall’s in Charleston, but there’s some kind of cross contamination going on at the Greenville one because I usually end up sick no matter how careful I try to be. I realize they can’t guarantee anything but it’s such a shame with it being a high end restaurant. Although I won’t be able to dine here again, for those without food allergies it is great!

I have gluten allergy ( CD); my friend orders my pizzas from here. Best spot in town if you’re celiac and craving a good pizza. So far I’ve had zero symptoms/health triggers.
Order: pepperoni pizza w/ cauliflower crust⭐️!
I have several food allergies, two of which are wheat and cauliflower. I called to ask if their gluten free crust was rice flour or cauliflower. The girl said she didn't know and I asked if she could find out. She put me on hold and a gentleman came back to the phone, I asked him the same question. His exact reply was "I don't know, I just take it out of the box".
I can't take a chance with my life at a restaurant that can't look at ingredients listing.
Suffice to say, I have not and will not be eating there.

ORIGINAL REVIEW (see UPDATE BELOW):
Mac's seems to be going through a Beer House-Cleaning. From what's been said by staff, they are getting rid of about 1/3 of the 48 beer taps ... well, they are apparently going to leave the excess taps, but not hooked up, with a repeat tap handle from some other beer on tap closer to the middle of the bar. So in effect, as many as 21 fewer beers to choose from. One that is being discontinued is Samuel Adams Boston Lager. This was 1 of 2 bars that featured Boston Lager. There will still be 1 American lager that is on the amber/darker side, Yuengling Traditional Lager, which is OK but without the richer, full-bodied flavor that Sam's has. They "might" still feature Boston Beer's seasonal beers (Winter Lager, Cold Snap, Octoberfest .... ), but that has apparently not been fully determined. The 1 beer in the list I could safely drink of Boston's Lager's caliber, was Boston Lager. On-line information reveals that Gluten Tests place it's level almost at Gluten-Free, below 20 ppm. And I have a Gluten sensitivity. And Boston Lager is highly regarded and consistent!
IT Looks like as many as 21 beers or taps are being eliminated, which is a shame, they were noted for their 48 taps and great selection.
So I guess for now, my backup plan is the Boston Lager tap at Carolina Ale House in city center, or Boston Lager bottles at home. Carolina Ale House has and still features 48 taps. I will still visit Mac's for their excellent food, their flavored Mules which are great, and their friendly staff, friendliest in town!
UPDATE:
Having been contacted by Guest Relations from Mac's corporate, I can say without hesitation that they care about their customers' experiences as much as their local staff does... and that's a lot! I can certainly understand if the numbers say 1 beer has to go, another has to be added ... sounds like business to me. Response from corporate was well beyond expectations, and as of today they have added Samuel Adams Boston Lager in bottles to help keep me coming back, and it is greatly appreciated! I guess in the long run I'd prefer draught beer taste, however attention to the customer that they have displayed would easily win out. Sam Adams is great no matter the vessel, so I was the winner all the way around. Thanks Mac's Team ... 5 STARS!

Took my wife here for her birthday dinner and we had Dylan and Mikey as our waiter both of them were excellent. The food was very good as is the atmosphere. I was very pleased it was my wife's birthday dinner that as a surprise at the end they brought her a little something it was very thoughtful of them very good restaurant and the food was excellent my wife had the ribs and I had the chicken.
The only thing I wish I'm gluten-free it would have been nice if they offered like a gluten-free bread when you're waiting for your meal but other than everything was excellent
We are finishing up now. Just ate at this location, have eaten at Charleston location. Atmosphere is fantastic here, very festive. Staff is friendly and attentive. We had the brisket philly (mine with no bread - gluten allergy), Hubbie regular. It was fantastic! I had the tomato cucumber salad, he had slaw. Both sides were great. If you like beer, the selection is varied. Our waitress was Faith. She did a fantastic job!

I’ve found myself preferring the hotel restaurant scene lately. This place was no exception! The seating was cozy and calm yet active and vibrant at the same time. It was cold out so I’m assuming that’s why it wasn’t very busy for a Friday night but, besides the bar area, we were the only table. Our server was friendly and just attentive enough to not be overbearing.
We started with the truffle fries. They were good but not outstanding. I prefer shoestring truffle fries and these were regular size fries. They also could have used a bit more cheese. To drink I had the Oak and Honey old fashioned. The cocktail menu was creative and typically priced.
I ordered the fried chicken with Brussels sprouts and beans. I didn’t realize when I ordered that it was gluten free and was pleasantly surprised at the flavor. It’s incredibly hard to find gluten free fried chicken so I’m definitely highlighting this point! Our server said that the menu is rotating but they always have a fried chicken option and it’s always gluten free. Oh, and ingredients are sourced locally—another plus!
My husband ordered the carbonara. He had a craving for that dish and it hit the spot.
Here’s my only request (and I’m going to start adding it to every review): PLEASE add one vegan dish to every menu. A simple vegetable plate or a grain bowl. It doesn’t have to be fancy. This is needed especially in a hotel restaurant! I appreciate the cauliflower option here!
Charming vibe with passionate owners dedicated to quality ingredients and community connection—definitely worth a visit!
