If you are not celiac or do not live with one, you do not know how much places like this are appreciated. First, the familiar and pleasant treatment. We went on a Saturday without a reservation and they made room for us at the bar.
The food, fantastic. We tried the leek croquettes and the pulled pork dogs (not on the menu). Very outstanding flavors and textures for being 100% gluten-free (including the dog bread). Tiramisu, a discovery!!
Top site in Oviedo
Pleasant restaurant where we went to eat without a reservation and where we were able to eat among one of the dishes ☺️ the peas from their garden, which were incredible. The treatment of their waiters was incredible. This town is truly GLUTEN FREE paradise. Specialized sweets and many more things to taste.
Indulge in the award-winning cachopos and inventive dishes at this centrally located gem, where every bite leaves you wanting more.

But what a spectacular gluten-free cachopo!!! Everything is very good, the fabada, the croquettes...but the cachopo from the garden is on another level!!! Not at all greasy, super tender and creamy without excessive cheese flavor...my god how I'm going to miss it in Madrid!!!
A must-visit in Asturias, known for its stunning decor, impressive dishes, and an experience that keeps everyone coming back for more.

I called to look for gluten-free places, Iván (a wonderful person) answered the phone. We didn't have a reservation but he said he had a high table. I told him yes, we arrived and he had improved it for us, he gave us a good table in the living room. The super nice waitress served us quickly and very professionally. All gluten free. We ordered delicious croquettes and cachopo with cured meat and goat cheese, I have to say that it tasted so good that my husband thought it was not gluten-free flour. The frisuelos dessert was delicious and the best was the bill. Super cheap and we looked like two kings. We will return without a doubt. Thanks Iván and the black cat team.

Highlight the attention of Noelia, a 10 in everything, congratulations to the chefs for the presentation and how good the octopus and cachopo were and above all, the happiness that everything is adapted for celiacs, thank you for everything, we will return without a doubt.

We have eaten like queens. They have everything gluten-free (except the croquettes). We ordered the special casserole that had a spectacular sauce. The fish was all day and the cschopo was... Anyway, if you want to eat well in cudillero, don't hesitate. And on top of that, the waiters are all very nice. They have won our hearts and stomachs. A 10.
Enjoy a diverse menu with huge portions and unique dishes, where attentiveness meets a memorable dining experience.

A great place to eat a good gluten-free cachopo. The entire menu is suitable for celiacs, has a good price and unbeatable service. Both the owner and the waiters were super attentive and friendly all the time. The cheesecake is also delicious.

I went on the May long weekend with my partner and we tried the cachopo, it was impressive!! My partner is not celiac and claims that he is very faithful to the normal one. For me it was spectacular. It was the first time I tried it and I really wanted to go to this place because I am celiac and for me eating those typical dishes there was impossible, so thank you for remembering the celiac public, we will definitely return, the staff was very attentive and kind to us, always advising us.
Little more to say... I spend a lot of summer in this area and without a doubt we will return!! 🔝😊
With a reputation for quality ingredients and a diverse menu, this spot shines for its tasty cachopos and inviting atmosphere.

Trustworthy restaurant!
It is always the old reliable, not only for its quality but also for always having space and gluten-free dishes. Apart from their quite complete menu, they have a daily menu (every day) for 22 euros which includes a starter, a starter, a main course, dessert, bread and a drink.
Highly recommended. If you order a la carte you will pay about 20 euros per head.
Fantastic spot with a unique variety of options that consistently impresses with its taste and service, leaving everyone wanting more!

Well, let's see... they are in the Cangas gluten-free network but... of all the restaurants we have visited in the town, it is the one that has had the least care... in fact we have had a perfect week and it has been dining here and feeling bad... if not You are aware of everything that comes with serving food for celiacs, don't do it, it's a p**** to get contaminated...
The service is very lazy with the subject, as if in a hurry... they serve on wood (a fatal thing if you serve gluten-free and gluten-free food on the same plates, if you understand celiac disease you wouldn't do it). Anyway, a shame because the other restaurants in the network are great.

Looking forward to returning to Oviedo, to come to this place. I have never seen this variety of breakfasts.
The delicious gluten-free bread, full of avocado. The movie pancakes. The soft Americano and not at all stuffy. The orange shot, tastes like an orange freshly picked from the tree. And the price, I found it super cheap. Quality of 10. The place is super nice and unique. The staff, a charm. Super recommended!!!!

All delicious!!! And paradise for celiacs. They have the entire menu gluten-free with a 10% increase. Incredible rabas, croquettes and cachopo! In addition, the children were entertained on the inflatables. They are all advantages!!!!!

Most of the menu is adapted for celiacs. However, if you are going to have a beer you have to be careful with the lid they put on you. Being a gluten free establishment, they do not worry that the lid they put on does not contain gluten or traces. The gluten free food is of good quality and great price.
They have a very funny robot that serves you food. However, I think it often gets in the way of the staff working in the establishment. Good place to eat gluten-free

Looking for a restaurant where my little one and I could eat gluten-free, we arrived at El Tonel. A luxury. For the little one they made rice with fish broth that was luxurious. And for me they adapted the asparagus with gluten-free oricios sauce, as well as the pixin. The nougat cake..... Without words. The incredible treatment of all the staff who attended to us. We will return for sure

Perhaps it may be the best restaurant in the area, for its food, the service is ten and the kindness of the manager (what a shame not to know his name) who was super friendly from the beginning. As for the food, everything was delicious, the dessert surprised me, in general I think it is impossible to fault this place. In addition, they have a gluten-free option for celiacs.
100% recommended, I would repeat if I am near Luanco. Congratulations on the restaurant, keep up the good work!

The cachopo is impressive. It is not battered but the meat is so tender that you can eat it with a spoon. The sausage plate is very good. The cottage cheese for dessert was very delicious. Recommended for celiacs.

We had already gone at the end of last summer with our 10-year-old daughter with celiac disease and very, very attentive to the girl and to us. And we have returned this weekend and there are no stars left to rate. Everything he recommended to us...to repeat...sobaos with foie, salad, baos...brutal...and the family that runs it has nothing to say!!! We will return from Valdesoto!!!

The XXL cachopo is very good and in general the rest of the food is spectacular. They have gluten-free options for several things on the menu. The price is a bit high but quality-price is not hard to pay.
For me the dishes that are worth it are the cachopo XXL and the squid.
Without a doubt if I return to this place I will return to this restaurant.

Delighted, as we arrive we are lucky and we are seated immediately, Jose L. Menendez serves us, it cannot be any other way than with a smile and a joke, he recommends everything to us and tells me everything I can eat without gluten (almost the entire menu) in fact, they even make gluten-free cakes and adapt certain dishes.
A pleasure, we will certainly repeat

A success if you are in the area! The food is 100% homemade, delicious. We tried their specialty, which is stewed goat, and the meat fell apart because it was so tender. I don't take gluten and they have gluten-free bread, the menu with its allergens indicated... it's nice to eat like that! The staff is also charming! We liked it so much that we returned the next day (they also have long hours and the possibility of ordering takeout).
Experience top-notch quality dishes with local ingredients in a warm, inviting ambiance that makes for a memorable dining adventure.

4 people ate different dishes. They were all very good and you could see the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. We ate: Asturian fabada, cod casserole with baked potatoes and eggs, scallops without batter in Cabrales and a plate of eggs with potatoes and beef fillet. In addition, everything is gluten-free, since one diner was celiac and there they are certified by the Asturian celiac association (as they explained to us) and they know how to deal with the issue correctly. All in a pleasant atmosphere. If we have the chance we will return!
