Winnie's has been a go to for my daughter who has Celiac. We have only purchased their desserts and she LOVES them. Maybe one day we will try some of their other food items. If you are looking for a CAKE you need to pre-order. They have various flavors available.

They had a lot of freezer items, and different shapes of gluten free pastas, which was nice to see. There were also a lot of lovely baked goods in the case. I read that they had GF beaver tails, so that's why I came. I was excited to try my first beaver tail (newcomer to Canada). When I got it, it was slightly warm on the edges, but refrigerator-cold and damp in the middle. My partner told me they are usually fried, so it should have been piping hot. It was disappointing. I was thinking about getting a sandwich, but overheard someone ask about getting pasta, but it would have taken 40 min for that. Surprising, since they use the dried pasta they sell to make it. I had some questions about items, but felt dismissed and almost belittled by the answers. I was off-put by the rude tone, and combined with my disappointing menu item, won't be back. I'm sure it's fine if you're just going for cookies or frozen goods, but some other folks and myself were wondering if someone was actually there. It took quite some time for the owner to come out from the back. Not sure if that's the norm- maybe they were short-staffed, but don't go unless you have lots of extra time to spare.

Great small business, not many people put as much pride into there work as cal, from sourcing the best ingredients and always pushing the boundaries of gluten-free food this store embodies what all Gluten-Free products should be trying to do 👌 I'm not even gluten free. My aunt is I just get snacks for her and eat them on occasion and find they're phenomenal! 10/10 👌

We had a fantastic dinner experience at ZOLAS last night with our family of four, including one gluten-free diner. The menu offered plenty of options, and our server was super attentive and provided great recommendations. The food arrived quickly and was piping hot and delicious! We took advantage of the $75 Wednesday night deal, where you get an appetizer to share, individual mains, and a dessert to share for every two people. What a great value! The food was absolutely delicious, and we highly recommend ZOLAS to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Can't wait to go back!

I came in on April 4th, around 8pm, I was an hour late for my reservation, i was having major anxiety and felt like an ass for being so late. Your staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. The staff here were the absolutely nicest I have ever encountered. I was really struggling that day and everyone helped turn my day around (even though I know I was acting weird). I really needed a night out and I am really thankful to everyone. Also having a seperate gluten free menu is amazing!

A go-to spot for us. The staff is always so friendly, and the service is consistently great. We’ve celebrated birthdays there, stopped in for late-night bites, and ordered on Uber Eats — it’s always a good experience. It’s also amazing for anyone who’s gluten-free or has celiac. Perfect place for a first date, a good catch up with friends, and I’ve even had a couple of business meetings at this location. The restaurant is massive. I’ve had wings at the bar, patio drinks, and full parties in the back corner. The fact that there are so many options, including vegetarian and gluten-free is amazing. There’s a discount card to collect points, you can take beers to go home with you. There’s even a root beer for kids to enjoy as well. I can’t say enough good things about beer town. It’s the place that everyone enjoys. Brunch is a must have!!

Came to this restaurant for a team lunch before our game. I ordered a gluten free sandwich, had 2 bites of it, and thought to myself “this is too good to be gluten free bread”. Sure enough, after consulting with the server, they had incorrectly placed my order. Make no mistake, they were quick to get me set up with a new, gluten free sandwich. I was very impressed with the way their entire staff handled the situation and wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this restaurant in the future.

We had a great dinner at the Boston Pizza on Clifton Hill. We were served by a very friendly waitress named Michaily. She was awesome. The grandkids loved her. She was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options a d I was well taken care of. I had the pecan and chicken salad. So delicious. She got the kids special drinks that had cotton camdy. Awesome experience. We will return.

Went here today for the first time and…. What has taken me so long!? This is a neighbourhood hidden gem in every single incredible way. Beautiful, carefully selected products offered by a passionate, friendly owner who seemed to know everyone who walked through the door. Absolutely loved it and cannot wait to be back. With how much Canada has changed since I was young, it's good that a place like The Old Spaghetti Factory survived the nonsense of the last 5 years. I met Beth after her work yesterday to enjoy the day, and we found our way to a Toronto icon. The nostalgia hit in a positive way. This place is like a time capsule: the old world Toronto esthetics, with the 3 course meal (soup/salad, main, ice cream) experience and the warm staff. Beth and I were extremely lucky as our server Mégane was hard working, fast, friendly, and personable. I honestly wish you the best in your desire to pursue acting as a profession. Always a smile and upbeat when in the carousel area you were serving. The other staff were working hard, but Mégane you were aces. The food was great. When chatting, we liked some of the options like there is a "factory size" for a modest upchage to make the portion bigger. There were some selections where you can get a gluten-free version for a reasonable charge for those who desire or need that. Food, service and atmosphere is fantastic! I went here with a group of 6 for dinner. Our server was great and the food was delicious! They also were very accommodating to someone in our group who is celiac and had lots of choices for her.

We dine at Il Fornello Ajax often. Food is consistently delicious. Service is always amazing as are the staff. So glad this restaurant is located in our home city. Great place to eat. Gluten free and vegan options too if you have friends or family with any dietary restrictions. Can book reservations online on TBDINE or Can order for pickup or delivery as well Always a great experience here.

Yum!! This place was terrific. I went there with a couple of friends that were gluten intolerant and we were wondering how many options they would have. There were plenty of options for them. I enjoyed my pear pizza. It was one of the best I have had in awhile. Surprisingly the bread cooked and served in the terracotta pot was fantastic. It was warm and what a neat presentation. If I am back in the area I will definitely be going back.

The food was okay, but not great. I had the gluten-free pizza, and unfortunately, the crust was disappointing—I’ve had better at Domino’s. My boyfriend ordered the chicken, which was dry and lacked flavor, and the rice tasted undercooked and slightly hard. My friend had the mushroom pasta, which she said needed more flavor, though she did enjoy it overall. The biggest letdown, however, was the wait time—it felt like almost an hour before our food arrived. On the bright side, our waiter was wonderful—super friendly and welcoming, which helped make up for some of the negatives. Overall, it was an average experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

A gem of Brantford. Small and inviting with a show of flaming dishes, Fume blends a chic exposed industrial interior with decadence, and serves food to match. The service was quick and efficient with honest servers, recommending household faves. Celiac friendly, and can I just say, I’ve never had better shrimp tacos in my life.

Tabule has always been my favourite restaurant, my top choice for lunch in the neighborhood. The menu offers a variety of healthy options including gluten free items. The staff here are all pleasant and helpful especially Mina. I look forward to see her there every time.

Ordered a gluten free prosciutto and fig pizza today on Uber eats. $45 bucks for 4 slices! It was that small! Dough was not fresh, like I’ve had elsewhere. It was a pre-made disgusting disc. Only one peice of prosciutto on each slice. Where were the figs!? I counted three small peices of fig on the entire pie! It was also super salty! And, no honey?! The entire thing was a complete disappointment! You want good gluten free pizza? Pizza di Nonna in Grimsby! Never, ever again, with this place!

We had a terrible experience at Del Piacete over the italian week weekend. Our waitress was unprofessional, yawning while taking our order and never checking on us. Despite arriving before other customers, we waited 50 minutes for our food while watching others get served first. Both of our pizzas had a couple mussels that smelled and tasted absolutely rotten. Beyond this serious food safety issue, my gluten-free pizza was also completely undercooked. When I complained, the waitress said reheating it might burn it so she gave me the option of either burned or undercooked. The chef explained they use new rice-based GF dough that “doesn’t cook well” - even after returning it to the oven, it remained inedible. To their credit, they removed the undercooked pizza from our bill when I asked not to pay for it. However, the restaurant feels dated with sticky tables, and the high prices don’t match the poor service and atmosphere. This was my second visit and will definitely be my last.

4.5. Great classic spot, been around forever. Amazing rooftop patio and classic Italian fare- always specials too. Atmosphere is lovely and service is attentive. Servers are knowledgeable and have typically been there a while. Like a many Toronto spots- more attention if you’re ordering drinks, less attention if you’re not. The busser’s are good about refilling the water and they always leave a bottle on the table. Atmosphere is bustling throughout the restaraunt, the patio is also beautiful and a fun vibe. Great for people of all-ages (a little quieter outside which is nice). Food is great and they also have an allergen menu which indicates dairy free, gluten free, and vegan options- so accommodating and helpful. Aside from this they don’t really ever make accommodations to the food. They’re good about allergies - specifically helpful with a soy allergy. The bread is made in house and is delicious- ingredients listed on side of the basket. The food is consistent - some dishes really shine. Don’t sleep on the funghi salad starter, the grilled calamari starter, the spaghetti a limone, or the bolognese. Cocktails are GREAT, albeit a little on the pricier side. A classic Toronto spot that always comes through.

A gem in Paris, ON. Bit pricey but they have some seasonal fun specials. Seated by the window is the best spot. They have GF gluten free options. Parking is a bit tricky with street angled parking, but across the street behind the buildings is more parking. This is a tall building they have elevator to use and stairs.

This review is for the senior management at BP. I highly recommend promoting Jessica and having her train staff at other locations nationwide. It will undoubtedly boost your sales. As someone with a family affected by celiac disease and allergies, dining out can be overwhelming. However, thanks to Jessica's instruction, we now feel at ease when eating at BP. It has become our preferred family dining option.

First time diners for a celebration of 3, and we were more than impressed. Ambiance is very romantic, lighting nice, pops of colour , Chairs, tables, dishes etc make you forget you are in a strip plaza . Very classy place , don’t be fooled by the plaza it is in. The plaza is basic but has good parking . Our waiter was Jo Jo(Jocelyn) and she was super professional and helpful. Very funny and personable . We really appreciated her personality ! We met and spoke to the chef, who runs the place with his wife. They are passionate about their business and the proof was in the food! Our drinks came in beautiful glasses and stemware . The drinks were just perfect and my husband enjoyed their house red. Their spin on a Gin and tonic was delicious. Our food choices were all very good ! Family style Caesar salad had lots of fresh Reggiano, the Fresh oysters were really enjoyed by my husband and daughter . The grilled calamari was nicely done with tomatoes in a light sauce.. really nice . The pizza was delicious and they do have a gluten free option ! They also have a gluten free pasta option and many items on menu that can create a great gluten free meal! Which I appreciated! My daughter loved her lobster Mac and Cheese .. she had regular not gluten free. She took the leftovers home, it was so good! I had the seafood special and wow did it impress. Did a roast potato substitution to avoid cream for my diet and wow! Was amazing .. They know what is in their food because it is clean eating, so they were easily able to substitute and accommodate what I needed! We will be back! Also a nice place to just have drinks and a pizza at the front area!

Absolutely delicious. Had the Shakshuka and it was fabulous with the gluten free bread which still held up to a good “scoop” of sauce. The only negative was watching all the other delicious “gluteny” foods going out that I couldn’t eat 😝 Coffee was excellent too, and I can be a bit of a coffee snob. I wish we lived here, I’d come every weekend.
