This is a great spot for food allergies. My wife had a fried chicken sandwich which was gluten free and she was in heaven. I had their signature black bean burger and the jalapeno jam was very tasty.

FULLY GLUTEN FREE RESTAURANT 𤊠Weâve been frequenting BIBIBOP in Cary since it has opened. Most all gluten free people know gluten free Asian foods are few and far between. This place is DELICIOUS! âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸
I describe it like an Asian chipotle in set-up. You go through line and build a bowl. VERY FRESH and clean ingredients. Tasty teas and lemonades. Yummy free miso soup.
Friendly staff and clean space.
10/10 recommend
(I promise there is healthy greens under our toppings in the pictures lol)

So I have autoimmune disease called Celiac Disease and that means gluten and me do not get along at all. This place has great gluten free reviews and was super excited coming here. Well now I am about ready to lose my mind. I asked my usual questions concerning gluten free items and preparations for their food/drinks. I ordered a CIDER and got served a BEER without hesitation. This is actually absurd. When somebody asks you about gluten free items and safety precautions and then immediately within 2 minutes get served a gluten containing item, itâs just actually ridiculous. The server was apologetic and kind but not knowing the difference between beer and cider is disheartening.
This spot serves up creatively healthy dishes in a vibrant atmosphere, perfect for those looking for tasty options without the heaviness.

Was in town for work and wanted something marginally healthy with gluten free options for my friend. I got a salad, they let me sub shrimp for chicken for a small fee and the salad was delightful. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The staff was nice. Lots of tables inside and out.
Experience a delightful blend of nostalgic vibes with unique sodalicious sauces, tasty combinations, and an array of bottled sodas to enjoy!

Food was good. We got their beignets and some breakfast stacker crepes. My Celiac wife forgot to tell them that she was gluten free so they had to remake the dish for her. They were very nice about it. Only reason for lack of star was server wasnât very attentive and forgot silverware

Besides all the food being absolutely incredible, from the appetizers to the dinner to the dessert, all fantastic. The service was amazing, my family and I went and the server, Tatiana, was the most attentive server I've ever had in my life, was so on top of everything, drinks being topped off, above and beyond and incredibly friendly. I don't reveiw often but felt like this deserved it, definitely suggest this place! Also side note, my mom has celiac and they are very careful with food allergies, her plates even had allergy warning stickers on them. The menus made note of what was gluten free, and spice levels, as well as a low calorie specific menu.

Hands down my favorite place for gluten free pizza!
They are very accommodating to gluten free customers. Not only do they have gluten free pizza crust but they also have vegan cheese đ They have specific pizzas that can be prepared certified gluten free as shown on the menu. Some ingredients vary by location so be sure to double check. Sometimes I venture out and build my own pizza but I always verify which ingredients are safe. They also have individually wrapped gluten free brownies for dessert!
A stunning spot with an amazing vibe and a menu brimming with diverse options that keeps everyone coming back for more.

The staff is always kind, the atmosphere is inviting and as someone with celiac it's great to be able to have anything on the menu. I like to try something new every visit.
Accidentally gave me gluten free bread with my hummus, which was a better gluten free option than most, but still a far cry from the pita pocket I ordered. Chicken shawarma, humus is decent but not stand out, the real pita was pretty good, but apparently a roulette.
This cozy spot blends coffee, art, and plants for a unique experience, with a cool atmosphere and endless drink options to explore.

Y'all are really blessed to have such great food. I had a biscuit with fried chicken gravy, and it was simply incredible. The best biscuit and gravy I've had in... some years lol. I was also able to pick up a gluten-free/vegan biscuit for my friend, which is just lovely. If I'm ever back in town, I'll be stopping by again :)

We had salads and pizzas delivered for our large group one night. They were fast and efficient. Salads were fresh and delicious (Greek salad). The pizzas satisfied our cravings and went perfectly with the wine we had at home. Solid crust and ingredients. We had a guest that was gluten free and she was able to pick her option and enjoy a great pizza alongside everybody.
An awesome spot for family fun, quick service, and a variety of options to please everyone in your group.

Yikes. Donât even know where to start. Long story short - donât come here. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and after that we walked out. Never typically leave reviews for restaurants but this was an exception because it was so bad. I mean the worst restaurant experience Iâve ever had. We kept getting different excuses from the waiter and the manager. At one point it was that âgluten free pizza takes longerâ (which has never been a hold up in the past at Mellow), another time it was âthe kitchen made your orders wrong,â and the third time it was âthe kitchen lost your ticket and your order hasnât been made.â After over an hour and a half of waiting and the server asking us our order again and getting the order wrong on the ticket, we decided to leave. Manager and waiter never seemed to care that we had been waiting over an hour and a half, there was no sympathy or apologies, and they were rude. Exceptionally bad customer service. Other tables were waiting for their food and the food pick up section had a large amount of people waiting a long time too. So donât count on pick up being timely either. Understand delays can happen because of staff shortage and busy hours, but the restaurant was half empty and tons of servers standing around. None of our group will be coming back. Highly recommend you donât go here or if you really want Mellow Mushroom to visit the Cary or Durham location.

Great spot if youâre gluten free! We ordered take out and when I talked to them on the phone about celiac they were very knowledgeable and accommodating! Lots of options!
I had a gluten free grilled chicken sandwich and a house salad. The gf bun was great and the grilled chicken was also very good! My (gluten eating) boyfriend got the cheese steak sandwich and enjoyed it (heâs from Philly)

I love this place. I've been here a few times and I like it more the more I visit.
The food options are numerous for me (Gluten allergy) and I'm all about organic foods. They are also very conscious of allergies and accommodate accordingly.
The staff is friendly and playful, too! They clearly care about the principles of this place.
And atmosphere is nothing special, but gets the job done. 5 stars for sustainability though, with their steel cutlery and plates.
Come check it out! Totally worth it.
Expect a cozy vibe with a diverse menu, perfect for families, and a commitment to quality that shines through every visit.

Amazing savory and sweet crepes, and best of all for me, all are available in gluten free. We discovered this restaurant when we visited UNCW with our son, and now that he is a student there, we make sure to visit Our Crepes & More whenever weâre in town. My favorites are the Monte-Cristo savory and the Mont-Blanc sweet, but really, weâve enjoyed everything weâve tried.

They have great gluten free and vegan options. Servers were very helpful when I forgot to order gluten free bun. Deviled eggs were a little spicy, which we enjoyed. Onion rings were yummy. Overall it is a good local burger place.

The best place for GF eats!! Everything on the menu can be made gluten-free except for the mac & cheese! The ownerâs daughter is gluten-free, so she wanted to make a place where everyone felt safe eating! Fried chicken tenders, fried flounder, barbecue, hot dogs, fried pickles, fried okra! Cake! They have it all! Separate prep area and fryers!

Iâm a vegetarian, and the main menu has almost no meat-free dishesâbut Winstonâs actually is vegetarian friendly as long as you say something to the waiter. They have a complete alternative menu available: the front lists vegetarian and vegan dishes, and the back has gluten-free dishes. I canât speak to the gluten-free options, but the vegan and vegetarian choices are excellent!
What a gem. Breakfast sandwich far exceeded my expectations. And they have gluten free bread that is good. Wine and beer hall with cool patio out front. I'll be back.

Really nice outdoor seating space, and the crab cake sandwich I had was fantastic. What I appreciated most is when I had questions about ingredients in some of the dishes, the cook came out and talked to me and made sure I ordered something completely gluten free. We'll be back there again next year!
