Literally heaven for celiacs💞 they have a department dedicated only to gluten-free desserts, fresh desserts, of their own production, something that has never happened to me in a bar, where I usually find the usual packaged biscuits. I took the pasticciotto, a chocolate croissant and another sweet with Nutella and smarties, it was all delicious, truly exceptional. Furthermore, the owners, Danilo and Paola, are two ultra kind people, very cute, they even gave me a t-shirt as a gift, which was super appreciated 💕

Almost everything can be gluten-free 🤩. We took a mixed fried dish (croquettes and meatballs) and the puccia with octopus. Take away and eat by the sea. The fried food was a little greasy and the octopus a little tough, but I would go back and recommend it.

There is care in everything at Gouterie, and in everything there is a pleasant surprise. You will be amazed by the mastery of the pastry chefs in producing crunchy sheets and very light sponge cakes, tasty creams and the right balance of aromas. The focaccia will leave even those who loved it before discovering they had celiac disease and were forced to give it up for a long time speechless (eager to be filled again). The rustic ones, the onion calzone are always pleasant. And beyond the counter, a friendly staff capable of guiding you through the store's varied assortment. It is a place where it is always worth returning, even for those who live far from Bari like me.

Delicious food!! Taken 'starters' in advance. Then a pizza each. That was way too much for us.... Ideal for people who want to eat gluten-free. Great atmosphere!! Lots of busy Italians. Fun for calm, down-to-earth cheeseheads to experience. English is very difficult for most staff. Luckily there was a staff member who spoke good English.

Excellent pizza. I tried both the classic dough and the gluten-free dough and was pleasantly impressed. Pizza cooked very well, thin and crunchy just right with good quality ingredients. The only flaw is that the tables are too close together and there is little intimacy. Distracted service. We asked for beer three times and the fourth time they brought it to us. Average price.

The girls are very kind, in fact always willing to let you try something new gluten-free that they prepare on the spot or just to try and then choose. It's not for everyone, actually. Fresh weekend pastries, which always dry out. Always excellent.

I ate here with my family while we were on holiday in Polignano. We went to this restaurant, primarily, because it offers gluten-free options, given that I have celiac disease. In addition to a very nice environment and kind and knowledgeable staff regarding the cuisine and service of gluten-free products, we were able to enjoy some truly excellent dishes. Recommended, absolutely.

The best pizza I've ever eaten! Family-run restaurant in Pulsano (no centre). Typical environment with the famous arches, informal and relaxed atmosphere. The pizzas are delicious and have different types of dough. I also recommend it for celiacs if they want a good non-frozen pizza. Wood-fired oven and very fresh products. The desserts also made by them are very good. In short, try it and you will always go there!

This is what happens when you make your passion your job; venue that provides an infinite number of different options, all of excellent quality. Found it by chance one day and now I travel about 100 km with my boyfriend just to eat in this place. I have celiac disease and this has become my paradise. My friends and I stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Hospitality and education were the fundamental pillars of our experience with the staff. The menu offers the customer the opportunity to choose between several very attractive dishes, which certainly will not disappoint you. Furthermore, it is possible to eat their sandwiches with the gluten-free formula in order to accommodate those who are celiac or gluten intolerant. The environment is calm: you can consume both inside and outside. The only flaw for those going in a group is that the place has adopted a policy whereby separate accounts cannot be made. Lastly, to my displeasure, two extra covers were added to the bill but we noticed this when we had already left the restaurant. Despite this, I would like to recommend everyone to stop by here. ❤️

A truly surprising discovery! The best almond desserts I've ever tasted, without exaggerating. One evening in April, with a group of friends, we came across this little gastronomic treasure. The owner, with great passion, told us the story of his desserts made with Toritto almonds, gluten-free and without added sugars. Youth-run venue located a few steps from the center of Tricase. Single small internal room with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu ranges from the typical proposals of a pizzeria to pucce, with also the possibility of opting for some typical dishes of Salento cuisine (including pieces of horse and bombette). Although the meat is TENDER AND JUICY and the pucce are excellent, the pizza (with a pronounced edge and a center as thin as a veil) declined in different ways remains the undisputed protagonist... They justify the recognition obtained by the red shrimp: 1) a LIGHT and DIGESTIBLE DOUGH, MELTING on the palate also present in other variants (hemp, turmeric, gluten free...); 2) IMPECCABLE COOKING; 3) the MASTERY of the pizza chefs; 4) the HIGH QUALITY and PARTICULARITY of the INGREDIENTS used (among the few to use swordfish carpaccio). Furthermore, a courteous and helpful service, with never intrusive staff and a normal waiting time contribute to making this place a MUST STOP in the Salento food scene.
