Fantastic service, good food and drinks but the atmosphere left a bit to be desired. I came here with a group of 9 people, and we were seated in the back room where I guess they put the bigger groups. The smaller front room with the bar seemed like way more of a vibe with the lighting, decor and music but the back room was kind of big and boring with bright overhead lighting. The food wasn't mind blowing but it was totally solid and I was very pleased with the number of gluten free options and the staff's knowledge and detail about cross contamination, ensuring that I would be safe to eat here as a person with celiac disease. The highlights were the amazing gluten free churros (!!!) and our wonderful server. If you're with a big group, they can definitely support that but I hope they can improve the vibes of that back space. I would come back, maybe with a smaller group, and sit in the more vibey front bar area and honestly I'd come back just for the churros they were so good!

4/16/25: dinner with a friend. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we lost track of time. We started the evening sitting outside, but the gusty wind drove us inside to a beautiful table by the window. The staff made this transition very smooth despite it being a busy day at the restaurant. My friend claimed that her drink was excellent although a bit on the strong side. I enjoyed the gluten-free chicken masala and she said that the happy hour hamburger, which she had on a gluten-free bun, was excellent. Our total for dinner for two, with shared brussel sprouts as an appetizer, and the one cocktail was about $76 before tip.

4/16/25: breakfast with a friend. The outdoor seating area in this restaurant is borderline magical. Somehow, even though dozens of people are seated in this small space, it still felt like it was just the two of us. If the service was spotty, and the food just okay, the atmosphere would still somehow make this place excellent. But good news! The service is 4 out of 5 stars, and the food is scrumptious. There seems to be a small army of servers who somehow danced around the tight space, keeping water glasses full and checking on diners. I enjoyed a gluten-free omelette that surprisingly came with some regular bread. The server happily replaced it with gluten-free bread quickly. I also enjoyed French press coffee. This is a busy restaurant, but I give them props for developing an efficient system regarding the waitlist and notification when the table is ready. They suggested a 35 minute wait, but it ended up being like 15. My tip is to not be afraid of a long line. You will probably be seated quickly, and a short wait is definitely worth it.

What an amazing experience!! Every detail was thoughtfully executed. Our party had a dairy & gluten allergy and our waiter Jeff was impeccable with his knowledge and helpful advice. Our wine was amazing and each dish, we were excited to share only one bite with each other! Dessert was delish and the after dinner drinks were wonderful. If I could give 6 stars I would!!! Ordered a gluten-free cake from them for a birthday celebration and it was delicious! I was stressing trying to find any place to make me one but called Sherman and they took care of me with a little over 24 hr notice. The lady on the phone was nothing but polite. She double confirmed everything I asked for to reassure it would come out perfect and it did. Thank you!

We have eaten at Viet Fusion 5 or 6 times now. It is a tucked away gem. If you find yourself wanting a bowl of Pho or a freshly made ahi tuna spring roll or perhaps pad thai...this is your place. They also have a nice selection of gluten free dishes. There is a full bar. It is not a large restaurant but it's quiet and cool and dim inside with nicely placed tables and chairs. There is also a patio for dining. It's in a non descript strip mall sort of on the backside. Plenty of parking.

We have eaten some great meals in Palm Springs, but my family all agreed that our dinner at Crudo was the best so far. The menu is very interesting with a mix of raw and cooked dishes for every palate. My teenage daughter had a cheeseburger and fries, which she enjoyed. My husband had the grilled octopus with mole sauce, and I had the tamarind scallops. We also shared a salmon ceviche, which would have been a meal for someone on its own. The portion sizes were all very generous and we left more than satisfied. Our server was so helpful navigating the menu with my dietary restrictions (gluten and corn allergies). He even accommodated my request for cucumber slices instead of tortilla chips for the ceviche. We look forward to our next visit when we can return to try more dishes.

Delicious! Very excited that there are a ton of Gluten Free options. Also lots of vegetarian options and a few vegan. Ordered the potato/cheese empanada, scrambled egg arepa, black bean arepa, blueberry pastelisto (not GF)…all were excellent! Great sauce too 😊

The only thing I could possibly complain about here is that I didn’t see any gluten free options but I also didn’t ask. My partner and her family love this place, and compared the croissants to their favorite places in Paris. The inside is beautiful and comfortable. Many options!

Our first visit to Copley’s was a pleasant surprise. We sat outside in January surrounded by heaters, plants and people. I did wish I had dressed a little warmer. Our server was efficient, helpful and even a little fun. The food was fantastic. Imagine my gluten-free delight when the Caesar Salad came with croutons made out of pineapple (« traces of tropical »). As the former home of Cary Grant, the inside is filled with different nooks and crannies. Overall a very special evening.

We brought friends from the other end of the valley to Giuseppe’s as we have been there many times before and never been disappointed. Tonight was quite different. Our waitress took our order for a single Diet Pepsi but apparently there was an equipment issue but “service would be restored shortly”. Two more requests before the Pepsi actually arrived although other guests around us received their mixed drinks without delay. Bread was offered but only appeared with a second request. Meals came and the first 3 of 4 came together and were correct although there was some initial uncertainty about one of the dishes being gluten free. My wife left the table to ensure our guests were in receipt of the correct pasta. While our guests received generous portions that they were unable to finish, my meal, the veal Picata was skimpy with three small strips of veal, and a very small portion of pasta. It felt like Shrinkflation had come to Giuseppe’s. The first 3 dishes were piping hot, mine had clearly been sitting waiting for the other 3. The waitress did not return to our table until we were more than half way through our dinners. A tip was left in spite of our experience but we did leave disappointed. 😔

Inconsistent messaging. Go somewhere else. Here's the lovely response I received from Melissa after receiving a verbal confirmation regarding a cake l. If you can't do it, just say you can't, over the phone. The person I spoke to said it was fine. Talk to your staff. From Melissa at OTRD: Hello Gillian, if you had bothered to check our website it clearly states w require a minimum of 4+ weeks for weekend orders. Good luck trying to find gluten free in the desert at the last minute due to your lack of planning. Update, based on owners feedback: Hello, thank you for sending a response aligned with a kind of treatment I received from your business. To be clear, we knew we were calling last minute and were pleased when one of your staff said that they would be able to help us. I'm not a liar, and the tone of your email definitely proves my point. Cake stores are everywhere. Good luck to you.

Great sushi! Really awesome to find high quality fresh fish in the desert. Nice variety of signature rolls, nigri, and more. Extensive wine list too, we enjoyed some sake. Server was very accommodating for my gluten allergy and recommended gluten free options. Look forward to coming back!

Ive been coming to this restaurant now 3 years never have i had a complaint. I rave about this restaurant to everyone. I bring Italians friends from all over who are my friends so i have no problem with the food except this Sunday i ordered whst i always order penne Pollo pesto gluten free, my gluten free penne was over cooked n it was mushy, and i had to ask for water 2 times. My partner order the gluten free pizza that was excellent. Im sharing this so you csn be aware of thst mistake or was your kitchen staff not paying attention. We’re bringing our friend this Wednesday for his first hope to have a better experience.

I can't thank Trio Restaurant enough for catering our family Christmas celebration! They did an absolutely incredible job, and it was one of the highlights of our entire week. We had 19 people in our group, and Trio took care of every detail. Night one featured a delicious spaghetti dinner with mushroom ravioli, and night two was a spectacular three-course meal, including braised short ribs and Scottish salmon. What truly stood out was how accommodating they were—offering gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free options for some of our family members without any hassle. A special thank you to Josh and KC, who not only cooked but also served us with such warmth and professionalism. So many family members came up to me after dinner saying it was the best meal they’d ever had! Your staff was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional, exceeding all expectations. Died and gone to pizza heaven. Best authentically Italian pie I’ve had since being in Italy 🇮🇹. Soooo light and thin! Full without being comatose! Excellent! The owner was so sweet and friendly. He explained how the flour they use has less gluten and carbs. Maybe I should have ordered TWO pizzas! Pasta was delish, too, but the pizza was the standout. Definitely will be back!

It's okay. If you want cheap sushi, step on up. It was practically falling apart. Celiacs beware, they use imitation crab, which is not gluten-free. I would not come back or recommend.
