What can I say. I am happy to have found a gluten-free shop.
Excellent products and very modest prices.
Must try the arancini and IRIS filled with mozzarella and ham, rather than ragù, exquisite.
Very good bread.
The biscuits are also delicious.
Willingness to fry and/or heat any product on the spot.
There are panelle, brioche pizzas and many other items as well as cold drinks.
A true paradise for celiacs!
Very friendly.
Thank you for what you do.
Congratulations.

Mariachiara Trotta
Really nice bar, with several gluten-free options clearly marked and of good quality - great news for those with special dietary needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ready to give information and advice.
The outside seating was also much appreciated, perfect for enjoying a quiet break. A welcoming and relaxing environment. Highly recommended!
We went because we were craving pizza, and they have plenty of gluten-free options, so it wasn't a problem for my partner to eat there. The pizzas are very good and they all look delicious. I recommend looking at the photos posted on the restaurant's website.
There's a nice atmosphere with two distinct areas: a very pretty outdoor area and a rather elegant interior. We would have liked to eat outside, but with the summer heat, it's better to stay inside with the air conditioning nice and cool.
We spent a wonderful weekend at Agriturismo Vultaggio. The place is immersed in the quiet of the Trapani countryside, perfect for unplugging and relaxing. We really appreciated the quality of the food, the kindness of the staff and the impeccable cleanliness of the room. Even though the spa is small, it is still comfortable and well-maintained. Furthermore, being celiac, I was really satisfied: the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to gluten free needs, making me feel completely at ease. The experience of the hydromassage, Turkish bath and massage was the icing on the cake, we returned home rejuvenated. An experience to repeat, highly recommended!
Good restaurant including for celiacs. The only flaw is the menu ONLY with the QR code, a paper version should also be made available as not everyone has a special phone.
We chose this place because it was listed as suitable for celiacs (I am), and we booked. We arrived at 9:45 pm and were immediately seated; the order was taken after a few minutes. Unfortunately, the first courses did not arrive until 11 pm. When we asked for information, we were told that the gluten-free pasta would take longer, but waiting over an hour for two first courses still seemed excessive.
For the second course, I ordered a slice of sea bass with mashed potatoes, specifying that it was to be shared. The waiter actually brought us an extra plate, to use to share it. When the plate arrived, however, the fish was breaded with breadcrumbs (not specified on the menu or when ordering), so absolutely not suitable for me. When we asked, the waiter replied that he thought it was only for my companion – but I had ordered it, and he had just brought us the plate to share.
Also, instead of the mashed potatoes listed on the menu, they had spinach as a side dish, without any communication from the staff.
The starters were good, but the overall experience was not good.
Be careful and be prepared for gluten-free for celiacs. I took two delicious gluten-free arancini, fried on the spot. The guy who fried them is celiac, so he was even more prepared on the subject of contamination. Really delicious, crunchy and not very greasy! The normal ones (glutinous) are also worth it, my husband was fully satisfied. Highly recommended!! Thanks for thinking of us celiacs too!
In this small pastry bar you can enjoy excellent quality cannoli. Even those with celiac disease will be able to have the pleasure of tasting them because they are also available in the gluten-free version. I recommend a visit and a tasting
Bad experience, with no alternatives for people intolerant to gluten, specifically there is no bread or breadsticks for celiacs or desserts for celiacs. I will never go back there again and I don't even recommend it.
Very attentive waitresses.
Pasta dishes can also be prepared with gluten-free pasta without any problems. Of course you automatically get gluten-free crackers.
Menu with good information about allergens.
