Excellent service, kindness and organization in everything.
Very good food, fresh and cared for in the smallest details. They also have a dedicated gluten-free menu and the attention to detail is excellent.
Highly recommended! Prices in line with the quality-price ratio.
We arrived at this pizzeria seen on social media, from the outside we didn't have high expectations, but I must say that it exceeded them, excellent and well-seasoned gluten-free and lactose-free pizza, friendly staff ready to satisfy our requests🌸
Unfortunately, not a pleasant experience. First course gluten-free spaghetti with clams arrived all broken and with a different flavor from any spaghetti with clams.
Salty bill for a series of appetizers, but that's the least of it.
The waiters constantly asked if they could take the dishes away because they were in a hurry to go and close. The only positive note but also a dutiful one in my opinion as a gesture is to remove the first one that they took away whole. Very bad experience.
We had dinner with an appetizer and a first course; everything was excellent! The staff was very friendly and fun, attentive to our requests. They have the whole menu with gluten-free options; a delight!
If I were to return to Erice I would definitely return.
My partner and I had dinner at this restaurant specializing in mussel-based dishes. The atmosphere was very informal, we were the only customers in the room, which made the experience calm and relaxed. The waiters, two young guys, were really kind and friendly.
We appreciated the quality of the food: I had a starter of sweet and sour sardines and a second course of seared tuna with a pistachio crust. My partner, being gluten intolerant, was able to choose from a separate AIC certified menu and ate a plate of clams and one of gluten-free spaghetti with prawns and pistachios. We also shared a caponata as a side dish. Everything was very good.
The prices were adequate for the quality of the food and service (74 euros).
I would recommend La Cozzeria for family lunches or dinners, as a couple, and also for tourists who are in the area.
Delicious gluten-free pizza without contamination. The dough of the gluten-free pizza was not completely baked in the middle of the pizza, otherwise very tasty.
the food sucked. I have celiac disease and they didn't bring me what I wanted. When you call the waiters they don't answer or they pretend not to hear. They brought the food to me after an hour and a half, so don't go there because they will give you poison.
We returned several times to eat always quite satisfied except the last time for an event that happened.
Among others, we ordered a gluten-free pizza and it was served normal with gluten.
Only for my attention we avoided serious consequences
To err is human but apologizing instead of pretending nothing happened would have been appreciated.
I expected a decidedly different behavior given the seriousness of what happened.
We went because we were craving pizza, and they have plenty of gluten-free options, so it wasn't a problem for my partner to eat there. The pizzas are very good and they all look delicious. I recommend looking at the photos posted on the restaurant's website.
There's a nice atmosphere with two distinct areas: a very pretty outdoor area and a rather elegant interior. We would have liked to eat outside, but with the summer heat, it's better to stay inside with the air conditioning nice and cool.
We spent a wonderful weekend at Agriturismo Vultaggio. The place is immersed in the quiet of the Trapani countryside, perfect for unplugging and relaxing. We really appreciated the quality of the food, the kindness of the staff and the impeccable cleanliness of the room. Even though the spa is small, it is still comfortable and well-maintained. Furthermore, being celiac, I was really satisfied: the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to gluten free needs, making me feel completely at ease. The experience of the hydromassage, Turkish bath and massage was the icing on the cake, we returned home rejuvenated. An experience to repeat, highly recommended!
I have been to this restaurant twice and both times I have eaten as I should, both for the "normal" cuisine and for the gluten-free cuisine, a guarantee. Everything is fresh and exceptional. Compliments
Very good and well-cooked pizzas.
Rich in its filling and very digestible dough.
Possibility to order both normal and small pizza (in any case abundant).
Try the typical Trapani pizza.
Pizza also gluten-free in all the versions normally offered.
Cheap prices.
Friendly staff.
Highly recommended, friendly staff and exquisite food, a scary caponata, how good it was and the pasta, well what can I say, the excellent pasta busiate with ricotta, prawns and sublime bottarga I took the gluten-free pasta and paccheri with pistachio pesto, sausage and burrata the guys were good, kind and especially the very kind blonde girl, the only flaw is that the ordering girl describes the dishes to you as if they were abundant but for me they are not and from the phrase she told us about what we wanted to order I felt offended, all in all the food was excellent
Pizzeria recommended by the owner of the B&B, we booked on the same day, late afternoon. Dogs allowed, place a little too crowded. Very welcoming and friendly owner, competent staff. Now let's talk about the most important thing... food.
We took a mix of fried foods as a starter, our celiac friend was also happy with the choice with gluten free dough. I personally took the Divino Rosso pizza, divine in name and in fact. The ingredients, tied together were something unique. Red prawn, pistachio, swordfish and burrata. I highly recommend! We will definitely return.
The gluten free pasta is made in house! That said, we had the trapanese and the pesto de la casa and found them to be oddly similar (both cream/milk based where as the pesto alla trapanese is not supposed to be a cream based sauce). It was still good, just not a pesto alla Trapanese. Service was excellent. Also good natural wine!
Excellent experience even gluten-free!
We usually get pizza (always excellent). This time we tried the restaurant, we went for Palm Sunday 2025 and what can I say? everything was plentiful, good and at an excellent price... the waiters even stopped by for an encore! Bottled wine, mix of appetizers, 1 first course and 2 second courses... also including dessert, fruit salad and coffee! €35
Super recommended!
The owner is celiac, therefore super careful about gluten-free and they prepared a special pasta, bread, etc. for my celiac wife.
Super welcome from the owner who was very kind and available to accommodate our requests (a gluten-free first course for my daughter and without spices for me). Perfect value for money, the busiate with Mazara prawns were delicious.
Super recommended for celiacs :)
Friendly and attentive staff, the only flaw is that they forgot to remove the starter plates before bringing the second course. You have the option of eating gluten-free, we had a mixed fish starter and a slice of tuna. Perhaps I would have preferred more variety in the starter... I would recommend replacing the prawns and accompanying sauce with something else. The tuna steak was excellent, a very generous slice and cooked to perfection. I recommend it and we will return.
What can I say!!! We came in to pick up the gluten-free arancini that we thought were excellent and so we took them several times and what do we find? An entire fridge dedicated to gluten-free desserts!!! We are on holiday here and several times, after this appreciated discovery, I have also booked and picked up the desserts: profiteroles, cream puffs and much more. Thanks to all the staff, to those who with extreme sensitivity and care have thought about celiac disease and the limits we often come up against. I always remember in my reviews that celiac disease is NOT a choice but a pathology, we do not choose to be celiac. The Bar pasticceria Vito has shown itself to be up to par especially for the quality of the products! Thank you thank you and see you next summer!!!
Good restaurant including for celiacs. The only flaw is the menu ONLY with the QR code, a paper version should also be made available as not everyone has a special phone.
Welcoming place, very kind and competent staff. Thanks to Mrs. Valentina who made us take a gastronomic journey in Sicilian cuisine! Almost all the dishes are gluten free
We had dinner twice at this restaurant and had a great time! friendly and welcoming staff, fast and efficient service, excellent food and especially delicious gluten-free pizzas
Very good gluten-free pizza, with excellent dough and not frozen. All pizzas are made with lactose-free mozzarella. Very kind and welcoming staff, impossible not to recommend it!
A restaurant that I recommend. Even for those who are gluten intolerant like me, the menu offers some very good options. Which is unfortunately not a given. Super meat, excellent raw materials, perfect service
Be careful and be prepared for gluten-free for celiacs. I took two delicious gluten-free arancini, fried on the spot. The guy who fried them is celiac, so he was even more prepared on the subject of contamination. Really delicious, crunchy and not very greasy! The normal ones (glutinous) are also worth it, my husband was fully satisfied. Highly recommended!! Thanks for thinking of us celiacs too!
Rustic pizza in a rustic setting with rustic customers, especially in the low season. Tasty and plentiful pizza, don't over order. Courteous service. Excellent gluten-free pizza.
Located inside this small village in Scopello... Super recommended restaurant. Even if the prices are a little high, grilled fish €25 for 2 small tuna steaks, 1 prawn and a piece of grilled squid. The staff anyway. very kind they also had gluten free bread. the wine cellar is good and starts with a price of €22 and goes up and up
We went here for dinner 4 times because the price-performance ratio is unbeatable.
The food tastes great. Authentically Italian. The portions are so big that we always rolled home happy and full. Particularly good: Caponata siciliana as a starter. Spaghetti carbonara (also available as gluten-free pasta), grilled swordfish, sea bream, tiramisu, ...
A poem with a glass of regional wine.
Tip: make a reservation and arrive before 7:30 p.m. and order quickly. Otherwise, as soon as the store gets full, the waiting times increase.
Bad experience, with no alternatives for people intolerant to gluten, specifically there is no bread or breadsticks for celiacs or desserts for celiacs. I will never go back there again and I don't even recommend it.
