Amazing gluten free options! And not just a bun substitute or fries - (although the fries were pretty tasty- bonus that they have a dedicated gluten free fryer!) I tried the gluten free fish and chips as well as the fried calamari and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the batter was. The tartar sauce was delicious- not sweet, very tangy which I love! And the calamari was cooked perfectly- delicate texture and not a single piece was rubbery! The fish was crispy on the outside and wonderfully flaky on the inside. Will definitely be back to try their gluten free fried chicken sandwich next!!!
It’s kind of wild how busy this place gets, especially since the sushi was pretty subpar. The real perk is the clearly labeled gluten-free menu—huge win—and the happy hour prices make it more appealing.
But let’s talk about the service. Hawaiian shirt and mustache man—yes, you—our waiter. You quite literally stopped serving tables mid-shift to hang out and laugh behind the bar with your friends. We could see you. It wasn’t slammed. You just… opted out. Our food was delivered by kitchen staff, we never got drink refills, and after our plates were cleared (thanks to the ever-diligent dish crew), we sat for another 30 minutes before finally flagging someone down to pay. As we were walking out, you cheerfully waved from behind the bar with a “Have a great day, y’all!” So… you did remember us?
Despite the laughably bad service, the gluten-free options and happy hour prices might bring me back—but next time, I’ll cross my fingers for a different server.
Highly recommend!! We went here while on vacation and it was a great experience! I have a gluten allergy and our waitress, Jessica, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind whenever I had questions and was super accommodating! The menu was also labeled with which items were GF as well which was very helpful. Everything tasted great!!
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed, we picked Hatch because we saw that they had an allergy aware menu as our family has some gluten and dairy allergies.
The automatic 20% gratuity means that everyone checked out and couldn't care about doing their job, or trying their best.
We waited a long time for any service, even though we were some of the only people in the restaurant, we eventually ordered everything all at once, once the server introduced herself.
Thankfully, our server understood the allergies, and we didn't have any allergy issues (which is the reason for the second star)
Everything else was terrible, and not worth the effort or the price.
The food was lackluster, the rice was overcooked and under seasoned, the meat was under seasoned, chewy, and super greasy. The service was terrible and I would have 100% considered not tipping at all I was so disappointed, and then to find out that I automatically tipped 20% was a pretty frustrating.
Won't be returning.
All day and every day yes. I told myself I was going to be adventurous and not order their signature paella, but I ordered the paella 😀 The flavors and seafood was cooked to perfection, and I had enough to bring some home as well. I only wish that I had that char rice/ socarrat though there was like a little of it around the top of the paella pan. The wait staff was so attentive and recommended a delicious red (since I asked for red and enjoying their sangria) to go with the paella, so when she said it also tasted good with the gluten free cake I had to say yes. She spoke to me of her dreams of getting her sommelier certification- which I think she's already there!!

We went to Rocco‘s and had gluten-free pizza and cocktails. They were absolutely delicious and the vibe was stellar. also, the Greek salad was amazing.
Had a wonderful meal here while in Seattle for business. Needed to take clients somewhere nice but also safe for me to eat with Celiac.
Menu was clearly marked Gluten Free and both hostess and wait staff made extra notes that I had celiac.
There is a decent amount of gluten free options to enjoy and not be left feeling like there’s only one or two things on the menu you can order.
Had zero issues after eating and 12 hours later still feeling good.
Atmosphere was awesome, oysters were fresh and amazing and the Scallops and Prawns were flavorful and delicious.
Great meal and great night out.
I was in Seattle for a conference and came to Tidal twice because it was so good.
The oysters, fish and chips, cocktails, and even desserts were phenomenal. Clearly, because I had to come back for their weekend breakfast (not pictured because I ate it so quickly).
A special thank you to Veasita, George, and Manty (I apologize if I misspelled names). They were so helpful, personable, and charming. Next time I am in Seattle I will be back for happy hour! I only wish I didn’t leave before the shuck and sip class, I would have been the first to sign up.
Note: AMAZING gluten free options here!
This was a great find for us. The drinks were perfectly made. The food was exceptional. The best part was the service. We had 1 person in our group who was Gluten-free/Siliac. The chef and manager both came out to make sure they fully understood his diet and needs. They must have nailed it. He wasn't in pain before we left the restaurant or during the remainder of our evening. How many restaurants can say they care that much to make sure they get you and your health 100%?
Very impressive!! I would highly recommend them for this very reason.
I have a lot of random and severe food restrictions (nightshades, gluten, and pork), so finding a place that is so conscientious and accommodating is a godsend! I was able to get clear information on ingredients and was even cautioned when I chose something I couldn't eat. It was pure heaven to be able to have so many options available to me! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The venue was spotless. All staff wore masks! And, the food was incredibly delicious! My only criticism is that the raw ahi tuna tasted watery and lacked in flavor. Otherwise, I was in heaven. I absolutely recommend this place!
I am not sure if they were overwhelmed, but they were not quick to provide service and I had to flag them down to ask to order, or for anything.
Gluten Free crust was fine, but seemed like the Udis version you can get from the grocery store. I love a good sauce, and this was just kind of bland to me.
Overall, a very “ok” experience, nothing bad, but I wouldn’t go back.
I was surprised by the delicious food they sell at this restaurant; everything is vegan, and there are gluten-free options. The kimchi steak bowl was delicious, offering a very good nutritional combination, and the lentil soup was also very tasty and well-seasoned. The service was very good. I recommend it.
Of all the places I ate on my 10 day vacation, this was, by far and wide, the best food and atmosphere experience. The server was very knowledgeable about allergies and made sure my Celiac self did not get glutened. I will gladly go back the next time I'm in Seattle.
This place is amazing! Great service and yummy vegan food with gluten free options. The vegan salmon was like nothing I’ve ever had. You order drinks at the bar and food from the QR code on your table.
Our family of 4 were thoroughly impressed with the quality of food at Romio’s Pizza & Pasta. My daughter and I shared the Romio’s Special with traditional crust. It was absolutely delicious! My wife ordered the gluten free crust with Canadian bacon and pineapple. It was one of the best GF crusts she ever had- very close in taste and texture to non-GF crust. My son (a picky eater) ordered the tortellini and ate until he was full. Great service and a comfortable atmosphere. When in Seattle looking for pizza again, we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Went to watch the NBA finals. They have a great sports bar set up with TVs everywhere you look to see the game. Good sound coming through the sound system. We had a reservation, otherwise might not have gotten a seat to watch.
Great drink selection with tons of options on tap.
Minus a star for lack of great gluten free food options. The truffle fries weren't that great
From my 10 year old and 7 year old daughters: “The food was delicious, the best Chinese food in my life! We should give it 6 stars. You have to try the Mongolian Beef, but it’s a little spicy, the tea was great and the egg drop soup was delicious, the best in my life!”
Definitely give this place a try if you’re visiting, really fantastic Chinese, fresh and loaded with flavor! Everything in family style to be prepared to take food home. They can also accommodate gluten free without sacrificing flavor like sometimes happens.
Really lovely experience for a special dinner tonight. The sushi is excellent. Edamame, miso soup, tea, and panna cotta was also superb. Excellent service. They made a special night out very nice. So many gluten Free options.
If you have Celiac and have to order GF, avoid the manhattan chowder. It’s essentially tomato soup with almost no clams with very little flavor. My family enjoyed the NE clam chowder.
The staff were v helpful and cheerful. Food was delicious. We ordered gluten free Pad see ew from the Pak Mor Entrée menu, N1: Khao Soi Chiang Mai, fried gyoza appetizer, and N3: Su Kho Thai soup. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. The menu was very well marked for VG and gluten free options. The staff also gave us an extra portion of plain broth and rice for our toddler. The atmosphere is a bright updated version of a take-out spot with seating available. There was plenty of seating. Kid-friendly with toddler chairs available. Bathroom available for diners. Entrees were fairly large portions, ~$16-18/ea. Good amount of paid street parking available on the pretty quiet side-street. Would absolutely return again. 💛

The food is delicious and the service is incredibly fast. I really appreciate the variety of options on the menu, including special dishes from the chef and traditional Thai fare. It's great that many dishes and curries can be made gluten-free. Overall, a fantastic experience.
Highly recommend for the quality of the food and ambience of restaurant. Great vegan and gluten free options. I loved trying the Aloo tiki appetizer (comes with 2 medium-sized potato patties with mint chutney and tamarind sauce) and Okra Masala (comes with basmati rice). I got it mild and it really was not spicy at all! :)
Why have gluten free options when you can't make that request on the self serve kiosk?? And the checkout is blocked by a table. Obviously don't want our business.
Had an excellent omakase experience, with fantastic dishes and interesting explanations. Service was top-notch, plus the team did a great.job accommodating a gluten-free version of the planned menu for Celiac. Sure, it's a pricey meal, but the quality and quantity of fish was A+.
Tasty burgers and fries with a lot of other options if you don't feel like a burger. We had the Hawaiian burger on gluten free bun and the salmon burger. Both were tasty and the prices were more than fair. I like that the menu lists all of the ingredients (onions, mustard, etc) for each item. Would recommend for sure.
Nice atmosphere and talented waiter. Food was disappointing. The Milanese was tough, the side dish of kale had an identity crisis not knowing if it was cooked or raw, the apples on the kale were very firm, again some uncertainty whether they were intended to be cooked or raw. The dish ate very dry. The orecchiette had a decent sauce but the pasta was overcooked. The arugula salad was a bag of greens with salad dressing. On the positive side, the salad was not overdressed and the dressing was distributed evenly over the salad. We did not get the soft egg offered with the salad, perhaps that would have improved it. The restaurant was crowded so seems popular with other diners. They offered gluten free options which was helpful to some in our party.
I am gluten free and they had a specific menu for me and most of the food on it was the same as the regular menu. What a treat! The food was delicious, the server was super attentive and I like the simple elegant style. I will be back.
We went here twice during our weekend visit in Seattle because it was such a wonderful experience. The food was incredible and the service was amazing. Both nights the servers were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Both of us needing gluten free options, we were easily able to find something that worked for us.
The seasonal watermelon salad was so delicious and the presentation of everything was just beautiful. Highly recommend this place!
I found my favorite pasta place! As someone who rarely visits Italian restaurants due to gluten intolerances, I took a chance with this place and do not regret one bit. The linguini nere Al Salmone might be the best pasta I’ve ever had, it had the perfect balance of creaminess but not too heavy, and the squid ink is barely detectable. The ravioli’s creamy sauce was delicious. The risotto was also good, a little too tomatoey but a solid 7.5/10. We also got the bruschetta and garlic bread which paired really nicely with the balsamic olive oil that they serve.
It’s very pricey, with tip it costed us $200 for 4 adults. It’s definitely a place to go to once in a while for an occasion. Ambience is romantic and also comforting. If you’re looking to go to celebrate a birthday or an anniversary, this place is it.
Absolutely delicious in every way! This place is a MUST GO if you're nearby! Highly recommend the mango sticky rice. Take the spice levels seriously.
In-person menu says they can accommodate keto, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free food if requested.
Celiac here visiting and we loved everything about this place! No cross contamination issues, sausages were great and dedicated fryer with yummy fries. Service good as well!
Cold pizza, unfortunately. Delivery in Seattle is notoriously expensive, and this was no exception. I ordered a 12" pizza on gluten free crust and a small salad, and after taxes, fees, and a decent tip, my total was over $56. I needed to stay in with a sick kiddo, so delivery seemed worth it this time. In general, the pizza seems good. Unfortunately, it was cold upon delivery, and as we're in a hotel, we have no way to heat it up. Gluten free crust tend to harden when cold, and this is no exception. Very crunchy around the edges. I don't know if this is an issue with Slice, maybe. When the delivery driver called me the caller ID said Doordash, so maybe it virtually changes hands a couple times before someone picks it up.
We came here on a Tuesday night and it had a line out the door. I think maybe because the hostess didn't know how to utilize other people to help her seat people. It's a nice place located on the lower lever of Pike Place Market. However, waiting outside for your table is quite interesting as the market staff or city workers (it wasn't clear which) washed down the steps and streets/flooring within the center with fire hoses to get rid of the urine. It's almost as bad at Bourbon Street in New Orleans.
They sat us and immediately took our drinks. Our group ended up drinking four bottles of wine. I had a Moscow mule and they made it exceptionally well.
We ordered a number of appetizers for the table:
Arancini - these were fabulous and large in size.
Focaccia - this came with a garlic oil, but was not over the top with garlic flavor. Truthfully, they shouldn't charge you for this and just bring it to your table. Charging $4 per order is silly.
Sauteed Calamari - my friends said this was pretty good, but I'm allergic, so I did not partake.
Next, we ordered our meals. It's a hard menu for those with some dietary restrictions. One member of our group needs gluten free options (there was only one pasta dis (though he could have had the gluten-free pasta with any pasta dish). He didn't want steak or chicken as you could get those anywhere.
I really like gnocchi, but it came with a heavy cream sauce. I could have asked for the bolognese, but its made with veal and lamb, neither which I'm a fan of. They had some more seafood dishes, again, I'm not a fish person (just basically eat shrimp). So I ordered the chicken parmigiana (I normally don't order a fried chicken breast that is smothered in marinara and covered in cheese and then baked, because there are generally better pasta options, but not here. It's very frou-frou.
The chicken parm was fantastic! It came with two chicken breasts and atop a heaping pile of small shell noodles covered in marinara and parmesan cheese. This is easily shared with two or three people. I would have brought it home had I lived there, but reheated in my hotel room the next day would have been gross. We were so stuffed that no one got dessert.
Don't misconstrue my 4 stars for a lacking review. The food, drinks, and service were phenomenal. However, my opinion is that the charging of bread for the table is kind of tacky and it's definitely more of a frou-frou Italian place. If you're looking for more staple Italian dinners, this is not your place. However, it is great for groups, and perfect for a nice dinner or date night.
