Just had dinner there and was amazing! Best GF pizza, pasta, and Nutella crepe! As well as regular pasta for the family too! Definitely worth checking out. Serve and staff were great.
First time in the restaurant, the owner knows how to offer excellent gluten-free and non-gluten-free choices (and also make you laugh, Forza Roma!!). Excellent food and cooked to perfection, great job!
Devine … pasta delish , pizza amazing so light, had the right amount of chew, a little Smokey from the fire …. Amazing ! Super helpful staff , seperate gf menu
Great service and delicious food. They immediately asked if anyone needed gluten free menu as soon as we were seated, then they changed my place mat, cutlery and cup so that all staff could see. Everything was gluten free except the ravioli.
This place is fantastico. Easily the best meal we have had in Italy this week. As gluten free travelers, we are glad we found this place. The food is outstanding and everyone is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend going here when in Rome, is especially if you have ceiliac disease or need gluten free for any reason. They are 100% gluten free, but it is amazing food that everyone will enjoy.
Gustoso is a precious gluten free reference for the Cinecittà neighborhood. The environment is fresh and youthful, the staff is prepared and kind. Noteworthy are the gluten free beers in bottles and on tap. Recommended
We ordered two Greek style gluten free burgers with delivery to our address. Excellent and fast service, about 20 minutes (instead of 30), good burger and cooked to perfection.. including the fries.. next time I will go there in person. I did not pay any additional charge for delivery..
Lots of choice as a ceoliac and had total confidence in the kitchen. The staff were incredibly helpful after being told that I also have a dairy allergy and checked ingredients of the bread to ensure there was no milk and then gave me an alternative when they found it did contain milk.
I would definitely recommend the tuna salad with roast potatoes instead of chips (chips were cooked in the same fryer and mozzarella sticks)
We went to this restaurant because my daughter is celiac, and we went back the next day. The pizzas and skewers are delicious, both gluten-free and gluten-free. The staff is very friendly, and it's a very family-friendly atmosphere. 10/10.
Excellent GLUTEN FREE pizza, confusion about the bruschetta but Federico's kindness made us forget about the inconvenience. FEDERICO DESERVES AN IMMEDIATE RAISE!!!
I recently discovered that I am celiac, and my boyfriend, to celebrate his 30th birthday, found this restaurant through social media and decided to book here. The staff was really kind and super helpful: I called the day before to ask if it was possible to have a small cake, and despite the very short notice they took care of everything, including the candles! They fully respected my wish to make a small final surprise, and I am very grateful to them (thanks to Stefano who I spoke to on the phone and to Romano who managed everything at dinner). As for the food, I was sincerely impressed: the flavors took me back to what I ate before the diagnosis, and even the bread had the taste I remembered. It is rare to find such a welcoming and attentive place. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for gluten-free options without sacrificing taste!
The Gluten Free pizza here was amazing, The con was it was also cheap. One of the most friendly services that I have experienced and the place was clean, mood was high. 10/10 defiently would come back
We ordered gyoza, salmon nigiri, spicy salmon roll and tempura prawn roll. The food was delicious and well presented. The staff looked after our Coeliac son with gluten free sushi and GF soy sauce. Very ambient inside area and cute courtyard outside dining available.
Really great service, the waitress who served us throughout the dinner was very thoughtful and attentive to the requests of the girl who ate gluten-free and lactose-free. Quick with the dishes, despite the place being practically full. The menu is very varied, even considering the possibility of choosing the gluten/lactose free variant. Excellent value for money. We were 3 friends, we ordered 2 portions of chips, 2 pizzas and a first course, a Coke, a Fanta and a beer all small and a bottle of still water, and we found ourselves paying just over 20 euros each.
I found the rooms extremely clean (I want to specify this because it seems to be an optional for many places now). Finally, I noticed that the place allowed access to dogs even of large sizes, so yet another point in their favor! I will definitely go back!!!

Best pizza we had in Rome (& Napoli)!! Fabulous little authentic and delicious food! Have a gluten free menu. Pizza and appetizers were delicious! Friendly staff and great service! Grazie!
We tried one Sunday spaghetti with clams to take away with and without gluten both good ditto the pizza at the table in their large and fresh garden, generous portions and good prices, it is also a grill and I saw paella being served. Satisfied
It was so great being able to come to this place and feel so safe regarding gluten free. My daughter and I both have Celiac and the whole menu was our oyster. We did go with pizza as we were so excited to be able to order it without worries. It tasted great, as did the regular pizza for my other daughter. All of it for such a great price!
Simply extraordinary.. Taste, quality, imagination, kindness, professionalism... A place to eat well, even more so if you are celiac.. From appetizer to dessert, every whim is allowed, even gluten-free draft beer.. A rarity..
Food was good but quite average for what we had in Rome. They offered gluten free pizza and pasta but the pasta is all one shape which is disappointing.
I had a gluten free carbonara and my husband had a salami pizza. Was good but nothing special.
Loads of gluten free options. I got the pesto pasta, the waiter gave me a choice of pasta types. Absolutely delicious! Would really highly recommend. And reasonably priced, especially considering the location.
Very pleasant and clean environment, this evening we ate outside, given the now summer temperatures and it was great. Naturally also gluten-free food... very good. Compliments to all the chef. The friendly and fast service in orders... thanks for the pleasant evening
Really good pizza, light and well-cooked dough, fresh ingredients and it's perfect for a casual evening. Friendly and helpful staff.
The only flaw? The turnout. At peak times, the wait can exceed 40 minutes. The advice is to order by phone and maybe eat the pizza outside.
The service method is a bit particular: you go in, you order (in the meantime you can pick up drinks and some appetizers displayed in the window, mostly frozen but still good), then you wait with a device that emits a sound when the pizza is ready. There is an outdoor space where you can sit and eat comfortably.
The pizzas are always served in a cardboard box, even if you eat on the spot, accompanied by a bag with plastic cutlery, a napkin and other extra napkins.
I have been to the Gianola location, but the pizza is clearly inspired by the Neapolitan one. Don't expect the classic thin and toasted Roman pizza: here the dough is softer, the crust is present but not excessive, and the flavor is reminiscent of the best Neapolitan pizzerias.
Another plus point is the great attention to dietary needs: the pizzeria is equipped with a separate oven for gluten-free and also offers the possibility of requesting lactose-free pizzas.
As loyal customers of this restaurant for several years, we had high expectations for the new opening, but they were more than exceeded!
We found an innovative menu where there is experimentation and research of taste, which respond to the keyword of the place: QUALITY. In fact, the gourmet pizzas (in the photo) are spectacular and demonstrate the creativity of the staff and the great study work behind every detail: never eaten such delicious pizzas, to try absolutely!!!
Furthermore, it is worth highlighting the variety of fried foods, crunchy and tasty to the point that it does not seem for celiacs. And in fact the care of the gluten-free cuisine is unparalleled, the pizza dough is very digestible ... a real delicacy.
Mention for the waitresses always kind and helpful and for the owner Daniel, exceptional and brilliant in his work.
We will definitely return to try new appetizing dishes on the menu, highly recommended!!!

Anthony was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable about accommodating food allergies (in multiple languages)! If you have celiac this is a great place to try.

I have known the place for years and we return every now and then gladly being one of the few Gluten Free in the area that does not serve you ready-made or worse frozen pizza bases but they are prepared by them and very good.
Wanting to find the flaw the cost is slightly above average ... some types of pizza even reach 17-18 euros which with the 1.50 more of the gluten free one touch 20 ... a little too much.
For the rest, nice location inside, excellent service.
We were looking for a place to celebrate my daughter's communion that also prepared gluten-free and vegan dishes and here we found it! Everything was excellent, from the very helpful staff to the food. From appetizers to desserts we ate very well, abundant dishes and a lot of attention to gluten-free. Even the cake, prepared by them was really good, they also created a complete menu and a vegan dessert that was very popular. I highly recommend it!
