Good gluten-free drink selection. Overpriced food for its middling quality, but it’s still nice to have a very gluten-safe option. This used to be Capitol Hill Cider—they appear to have rebranded to seem more upscale, but now it feels like they’re misrepresenting themselves as a better restaurant than they are. Service is meandering, slow, and has featured mistakes on my visits. Charcuterie appears store-bought and thoughtless. Downstairs is better, because there’s less of an attempt to seem like a fancy restaurant—they haven’t even covered up all the Capitol Hill Cider signage effectively. But don’t expect service at all down there; just go to the bar to make orders and then hang out.

The service - we waited for 15 minutes to give our order, and then it took about another 45 minutes to get our order. And they never got us the mimosa even though she said it was coming both times we asked. I would be more understanding if it was really busy, but it just wasn't, and we saw other tables come after us, order get their food and leave by the time we were getting our food. Our waiter never checked on us and didn't apologize for the wait either. The food - We had an omlette and pancakes, the omlette was good but not particularly noteworthy, and perhaps a bit overcooked. The ricotta pancakes and toast being gluten-free were interesting and delicious.

This is truly the best gluten free baked/bread-based food I've ever had. We had the Chicken Pot Pie & a Bagel Dog during our visit; the great tragedy is that we live on the other side of the country and can't frequent here. I'll absolutely be placing online orders.

Now i did not know this was a gluten free bakery when ordering but i sure wish i would have. I ordered 8 vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting, the staff were very kind and sweet. but the cupcakes were absolutely vile. the frosting was not bad very sweet but not amazing. the cupcakes were insanely dry and were more like a corn bread than a cake. maybe it’s because they are gluten free but wow they were not good. 8 cupcakes was $37.98, at almost $5 each i would assume they would be heavenly but i was wrong. they were for my wife’s birthday and we were disappointed, so we went to safeway and got cupcakes there which were much better and 1/4 of the price. if you’re looking for a soft, sweet, delicious, tasty cupcake this is not the place for you.

Only open Thursday - Sunday, make reservations if you would like to experience some of the finest farm to table, organic, and gluten free fresh fine dining with an always changing menu. It is family owned with David, owner and host and his wife working hard as chef in the kitchen. It is a prix fixe dinner with an appetizer, entree, and dessert. I came for the farm to table, organic experience and to check out how good the gluten free food might be for my husband. I loved it so much that during the entree, I was thinking about coming back for a second night and did so! There is a cozy inside area and a lovely outside, covered and uncovered patio areas. It is the kind of rare food where your body feels energized and happy that it got to eat the clean, delicious food. I had looked for another restaurant to try, but nothing would have made my body as happy as coming back to Nourish Sequim for a 2nd night. I got the pork and shrimp vegetable noodle salad both nights. You get two pork and shrimp patties which were delicious and warm and the vegetables sliced into noodles with a ginger, tamari sauce which were so good. For entrees, I had the duck the first night which I loved. Second night, I had the seared scallops with blueberry, lemon, and elderflower sauce and blueberry polenta. I have not eaten scallops in probably 30 years, but there were a nice size and flavor,. For dessert, I had the peach and blueberry crisp one night, and the chocolate cake in the 4th picture the first night. They really show how good gluten free can be! Bob was my waiter for both nights. As a woman eating by herself, he provided the perfect amount of care and attention and welcomed me back by name on the 2nd night. I was also impressed when Dave, the host had greeted me by name on the 2nd night when I arrived, since I did not know at the time that he was also the owner. Those special touches of making you feel cared about and glad to be there, besides the delicious food, make Nourish Sequim a restaurant that I want to bring my husband to when we are back in the Port Angeles/Sequim area again.

This place was awesome! Was really exciting to have gluten free teriyaki and I’m glad we made this the final meal of our vacation. The interior is really cute and staff was friendly.

We ate here when taking the ferry to Canada. The food wasn’t bad, although it was as not hot. Stopped after crossing back a few days later, said I have celiacs like I did the first time, was told they’d tell the kitchen. When the salad came out with croutons I asked if they were gf, she said no and took the plate back. She brought it back with a fried component and seemed annoyed when I checked if gf. Stopped to check with the waiter from the days before to let them know and he said “it’s going to happen. It’s a lot of moving parts.” CELIACS BEWARE. NOT GLUTEN FREE.
