A few days ago while on vacation we went to this Establishment. Immediately we notified the server that we needed the manager due to food allergies. The server handled the situation perfectly. Unfortunately the manager did not, as we asked her for the allergen menu, she informed us " I know every ingredient in my kitchen". After going back and forth for a little bit, she let us know the only thing she felt comfortable with my child.Eating was the gluten free pizza. Even though we told her repeatedly we were not there for the pizza and we eat at the local Uno's all the time no issue. She finally let us know " To be honest with you I don't feel comfortable with her eating anything out of my kitchen due to cross contamination". At that point the only thing we could do was walk out. Even though I've spoken to her manager, I am still extremely disappointed. It is borderline discrimination. I'm never one for saying someone should be fired. I believe this woman should be fired for her behavior.

EAT HERE!! Christine is beyond amazing. I’m gluten free and felt very nervous coming here when my friend suggested it. Christine immediately started suggesting items on the menu to accommodate me, she even brought be gluten free bread! Claudia personally brought me my gluten free chicken grilled Caesar salad! Talk about top tier service! Thank you Vivo!!

A new absolute must for my family when we come to universal! Unexpectedly reasonable prices and genuinely fantastic food that you wouldn’t normally get at a theme park. The inside atmosphere was a lovely cross between whimsical under the sea, elegant and cozy. I can’t think of anywhere else I would rather end our long (but awesome!) day. Servers were fantastic, friendly, attentive and charismatic, everything you’d want them to be. There were even great options for my mom and her gluten allergy! Only drawback is it was absolutely freezing inside. Noticeably colder than regular chilly air conditioning in the summer, and we were so uncomfortable, we asked to be moved outside (which ended up being beautiful so no real problem).

This is an excellent place to eat at if you have dietary restrictions. Lexi and Savannah went above and beyond in ensuring that my pizza wasn't cross-contaminated with gluten, and am grateful for such exemplary workers.

We ate here two times in a week and had a great time with each visit. The food is good, plentiful, and there are many gluten-free options. The atmosphere is what you expect for a Jimmy Buffet-started restaurant, with continuous videos of his concerts and an erupting Volcano. My kids loved it.

The Gluten Free service here was above and beyond. Our server was fantastic and fully knowledgeable. After I placed my fully GF order, she still got it "approved" by the chefs, which was awesome. It came out clearly marked as 'allergy'. The Atmosphere here is very cool, with a large stage, and live music. Everywhere you look is vibrant and fun true to universal nature!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Sofrito because their food is undeniably excellent, and they offer great gluten-free options—a rarity that I appreciate. However, my recent experiences with their service and attention to detail have been increasingly disappointing, to the point where I can no longer support this establishment. Over the course of my last three orders, there have been consistent issues. On one occasion, the chimichurri was so excessively salty that it was completely inedible. On another order, I received salad but no salad dressing; most recently, my order didn’t include a salad at all. These might seem like small issues independently, but together, they point to a pattern of carelessness that’s hard to overlook, especially considering the cost of dining here. My dish alone was over $36—at that price point, I expect the details to matter. What’s even more frustrating is how poorly the management handled these issues. When I called after the chimichurri incident, I spoke to a manager who dismissed my concerns and did nothing to resolve the problem. More recently, when I called about the missing salad, they informed me that they had just started omitting salads—something a customer shouldn’t have to find out after the fact. To make matters worse, when I called again to address these repeated problems, the manager offered only a 20% credit, claiming that they couldn’t do more because they “didn’t have the item in front of them.” This response came across as dismissive and gave the impression that the manager either didn’t believe me or didn’t care to make things right. Had we been dining in the restaurant, these issues could have been corrected immediately. But as takeout customers, we’ve been left feeling disregarded and undervalued. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a great restaurant fail so miserably at customer service and consistency. While we gave them multiple opportunities to address our concerns, nothing was adequately resolved. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we dine at Sofrito. Excellent food can only make up for so much when the service falls so short.

We came last night and sat at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting a great bartender Anthony! I think this might be my new favorite restaurant in Orlando! Gluten free pizza was amazing, one of the best I’ve ever eaten! Anthony made his version of cucumber mint margarita, absolutely delicious!! Sanaa was a truly incredible experience. Our server Jonathan was on top of our every need. He had great recommendations and the food was amazing. And we could see some of the animals from our table which made a truly unique experience! We were delighted to hear the bread service we'd heard so much about had a gluten free option. The sauce for the Butter Chicken was so happy to have the naan to get it all. The giraffe cake was beautifully presented and tasted great too. This was our favorite meal on Disney properties we've had all week!

Excellent burger! Loved that there were off menu specialties posted at the counter. Husband enjoyed his burger on a gluten free bun. Both fresh cut fries and sweet potato fries were great! Ask for them 1/2 and 1/2 with the basket.

Had lunch today at space 220. Our waiter Jonathan was fantastic and very helpful with our gluten allergies. He got everything prepared exactly how we wanted and it was a pleasure eating here. Please make one more varieties that don’t have soy,corn,gluten, dairy, oat, our go to has always been black ash coconut and the blue one so we’d like to try something new without these allergens but delicious Thankyou!

Truthfully I haven’t been to a PF Changs in a long time but I am so happy I went back. The service was really great your staff is so well trained in customer service. Jessica was our server and she guided me through the gluten free options available. When I took my first bite I had to call her over and have her verify it was gluten free. Vegan Scoops is a game-changer! The owner was incredibly friendly, generously offering samples to me, my husband, and our kids. We chose Chocolate Chip, Choquito, and Cookies—hands-down the best vegan ice cream I’ve ever had! Creamy, flavorful, and 100% plant-based, these scoops were a hit with the whole family. The owner’s passion for vegan, gluten-free treats made our visit special. A must-try in Orlando!

Tony and the team at Mod were great. Friendly and quick service. I ordered a gluten free pizza crust (which can be harder to fire) but the team member got it just right. Love their gluten and dairy free options. It was my friend’s first time having Mod Pizza, and he was impressed. Definitely recommend!

Visiting on holiday and what a great way to spend an evening. I did the sampler menu - a great way to try different flavours. The chicken chorizo sliders are a must have! Only suggestion I would have is to try and expand options available for those with allergens (but I know it’s not easy) Elizabeth was our server and she was excellent, especially when it came to advice on the menu to help my husband who is gluten and soy intolerant. Would recommend this place to anyone local or visiting. Thanks for a great evening!

This spot is usually fairly quiet by comparison to the rest of the restaurants on U Blvd and I Dr. It's a place I try to stop at least once during my business trips to the area. Food is great and restaurant is clean. The staff is excellent and helps me navigate the gluten friendly options on the menu and takes precautions to avoid contamination.

I am Gluten Free and they made sure my sandwiches was safe. They changed gloves, had extra wrapping around my sandwich and took care of me. The manager on duty was fantastic! Will eat there again. I am a flight attendant so finding good GF food is hard in airports. I appreciate the extra effort to make sure my sandwich was safe.

If you're looking for organic, gluten-free, sugar-free, and very healthy items, this is the place. A little pricey, but they have everything. They sell homemade food by the pound, it's delicious. The baked goods section is divine. They also have olives that you can buy by the pound, which are a delight. Highly recommended.

Came in from out of town for the weekend, & did research before coming in & I picked the right spot! I have a gluten allergy and the workers made sure to mark it on my order so it was safe for me to eat. This sandwich blew me away! Often gluten free items are dry and lacking flavor but this was by far the opposite! The coffee was full of flavor and made to perfection. The employees are kind and welcoming. Next time I visit I will be back!

I will start with the FEW negatives. Those dam wooden chairs are HARD. The wait was LONGGGGG to be seated, as well as the food to arrive at the table. The waffle 🧇 machine was broken, and I wanted chicken and waffle. However, it was a Sunday ( a very busy day ), and it was PACKED, not to mention several guests had more than 4 in their party. Ok..... Our server is a young man named Taylor, He was TOP NOTCH!!!!!!! He knew the menu, He could answer questions without having to turn to another for the answers. ( Yes, it's ok to be new and not know ) He had a BRITE personality. Ok, the food. Shrimp 🍤 and creamy cheese grits. The reduction sauce that they are using was beautiful ( I could taste one of the old school cooking techniques that they used to make it rich ) good for them.. They are using a GOOD brand of cranberry 😋 👌🏾 juice that is not watered down or sugared up. Now, let's talk about those gluten-free banana, butter pecan pancakes, with a side of soft scrambled eggs. If you did not tell me, they were gluten-free, I would not have known it. The presentation was simple and beautiful. The taste was OUTSTANDING, The cream. The pecans. The bananas. Ohh that sauce. Go get you some people..

Sushi tasted old, especially bad when considering the high cost. They did have gluten free soy sauce, which I appreciated, but I still wouldn’t go back. My husband got food poisoning. The staff were very nice.
