This place has got it all. Great service great atmosphere and great food. And if you have celiac disease they have a separate fryer for their French fries. They will also bake the wings instead of putting him in the gluten fryer. We had a platter for 4 with a lot of variety and very tasty

This was a great spot for some small bites and drinks. The food was excellent, drinks options plentiful and the service was brilliant too. My wife is a coeliac and they were incredibly knowledgeable on what she could and couldn’t have which was appreciated. Wasn’t the cheapest (we spent $100 for 4 plates and two drinks including a tip) but was worth the money. The only issue was that they had only one waiter serving the whole of the upper floor - she was brilliant but she needed some help!

I was at a conference at the hotel and needed a no-gluten lunch option. Turns out they had a full no-gluten kitchen setup including deep fryer. I got to have fries, first time in a long time. They prepared me a light and custom open faced sandwich lunch with fries. Very tasty and very appreciated.

Jax was so attentive and considerate when I mentioned my celiac allergy. He provided me with details on the on the drinks I could consume. Del came up to as and confirmed that service was provided to us. We appreciate the level of customer service that Jaxon and Del gave to us. 10/10 would come here again!!!

The food was alright, but unfortunately my fiancée was glutened. I explained that she was celiac, and they knew enough to say not to use the toaster, so they recommended using the oven to toast the gf bread to avoid cross contact. Doesn’t seem like that was a good idea.. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for anyone with Celiac disease.

I love that this place doesn’t up charge for a gluten free bun, and also offers a lettuce wrap. I had the turkey burger which was delicious, added goat cheese. Kamila is always so lovely. I always hope that she’s our server whenever we stop by!

Our evening couldn’t have been better. Our server Carmen was professional, attentive and very personable. Our group of 6 included 1 who is celiac. Carmen was very knowledgeable and accommodating regarding celiac restrictions and made the dining experience stress free. Our food was, without exception, delicious, interesting, and hot. (Special mention to the unforgettable wok-fired calamari). We spent a very enjoyable evening at Saltlik and hope to be back for our next special occasion.

Love the food and the ambience here! First of all the ambience is super chill, they have tons of greenery all over the restaurant. Bathrooms are neat and tidy which is always nice to see. The service was wonderful, I forget my servers name but everybody was super helpful. I got myself the Pesto Chicken Penne Penne Asiago and they were super accomodating for my Gluten Allergy!

Went to this location with co-worker on Tuesday. Worst experience ever. Never been treated so badly. First, the girl that was at the till has no customer service at all. Did not greet us, not friendly and no eye contact. when we ask questions, she seemed super annoyed with our questions. Missed half of the stuff we requested for. Second, food quality was not good. Missed bacon on their famous Mr. chicken. Gluten free buns were stale and hard. Did not apologized for the mistakes at all. Third, all the tables were dirty, the girl at the till asked us to clean the table ourselves. Definitely not going to recommend this to anyone.

Great experience at Parlour Icecream today! The staff was super friendly, helpful and nice. The icecream was tasty. They had a good amount of gluten free options. And they took my celiac seriously and made sure to reduce the risk of cross contamination as much as possible they got new buckets and such. It was really great. And the scoops are huge.

I've held two events here: a birthday party and a reception after a funeral. Both went very well due to the great service, drinks, and food. Top marks for the event planner. The food from the event menu was excellent, and included veggie and gluten free options. They also pour a great pint. I chose the location for the great atmosphere and absence of TVs, which is rare in a pub these days.

Unfortunately, the visibility was very cloudy due to the forest fires, but we still had a very nice evening. Kimberly was extremely friendly with a natural manner and even loaned us two shirts as it was quite cold - thank you! My experience here is always positive. I usually get the same thing...fresh salad rolls and coconut soup with tofu. They always prepare everything vegan/gluten free. I think if you're patient and explain your dietary restrictions carefully, everything works out very well. The service has always been great. I ordered FraMe Cuisine for a Food security event at my workplace The Womens Centre Calgary. How impressed we were by the food is unspeakable, every item had so much flavour and clear soul put into it. Francine was quick to fill my last minute catering request, within my budget and the amount of food we got for what we spent was incredible. She is also such a warm and lovely person, it felt really valuable to be supporting her and a woman owned business that is African cuisine in Calgary. FraME also accommodates allergies and dietary restrictions very well. We were able to get vegetarian, vegan, meat and all gluten free options. The beans and rice seemed to be the top favorite of those attending our event, but we loved the chicken and veg as well. Looking forward to supporting again soon.

Best pizza ever! My husband and son got the All Meat regular crust and i seriously got the best homemade gluten free crust pizza I’ve ever had! We also got a couple of par baked pizzas (cooked just a bit to freeze for later). Anyone that has to eat gluten free knows that sizes are typically limited and the crust is usually soggy and cardboard like. Not these guys, theirs is thick, crisp and made from scratch. Delicious! We’ll be back for sure!

Stopped by while enjoying a mild day walking by the river. Welcomed by Jess Lee, whose service thereafter and all through was attentive, friendly and hospitable. Their French Press coffee was stronger than expected, nothing like a spot of milk to temper it some. Their English Breakfast tea was served in just the right pot size, with the perfect teacup and saucer, and with milk and sugar on the side (all without asking). Their Steak BLT Sandwich was pretty good and paired with the soup-of-the-day (broccoli). Their Chickpea & Avocado Sandwich was okay and paired with the fries (which were crisp, thin, and just the right bite size). We would love to see them introduce a couple more gluten-free vegan options; perhaps even make them their specialty. We will be back for another meal. If one has not given them a try as yet - one should.

Fun atmosphere, amazing food, and great live music! We booked a table for 2 for dinner after visiting the stampede grounds. We saw the restaurant as we passed by on our way to the grounds and it looked like a fun place to grab a bite to eat. I’m so glad we decided to give it a try. The band was awesome and the service was great. We ordered 2 drinks and a meal to share. We tried their new “Stampede Bowl” - you pick 2 bases, 1 protein, slaw, pickles, and cornbread. My friend has a gluten allergy and we were surprised at how many items on the menu she could have (fyi: not 100% celiac friendly- shared fryers). We shared the garlic shrimp bowl with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies, and we’re pleasantly surprised at the presentation and flavours. Super impressed! Everything on the plate was absolutely delicious. It was light but filling enough, and the perfect way to end our busy stampede day. Only small complaint is that the prices are a tad high, but it was worth it for a fun night out. And we completely understand that during times like this, food supplies are pricey as well. Overall, we loved our dinner at the King Eddy. We’ll definitely return knowing how amazing the food and atmosphere were.
