My girlfriend and I ate at this place two consecutive evenings, as my girlfriend has celiac disease. The menu, almost every course, also has a gluten-free option, so my girlfriend had a wide choice. Furthermore, the gluten-free draft beer and the first courses were really good, with just the right portions, neither too much nor too little. For celiac or vegetarian people, for whom there are many dedicated dishes, Al Carmine is one of the places I would recommend for eating well, even if you have very specific dietary needs.
Enjoy stunning views of the Arena while sipping drinks and soaking in the lively atmosphere; a perfect spot for an Italian getaway!

I had one of the most delicious gluten-free pizzas in Italy here!
I can only recommend it, and they paid special attention to the cutlery! Great place❤️

Good, but the pizza is good. The one with classic dough and the one with special flours.
The pizzeria also works gluten free.
Excellent and attentive service.
The location is pleasant. Excellent value for money. Only one star less for the tables being a little too close to each other.
A spacious, family-friendly spot with a huge parking lot, offering a vibrant atmosphere and a great variety of delicious menu options.

Restaurant with a really interesting vegan and gluten-free offering. We had a buffet lunch, everything was good and the prices were fair, I would just make the weight of the products more transparent with a scale that also shows the weight to the customer
This charming bakery offers an impressive variety of delicious pastries and baked goods, making it a must-visit spot just outside Verona.

We ate very well. The service was very good. There is also a wide choice for those with celiac disease, who can eat freely also because the staff is trained and careful to avoid contamination (the owner's daughter is celiac).

We were completely satisfied. We found Spaghetti al Vongole to be a bit garlic-heavy but otherwise great. Gluten-free pizza was really good, as was the gluten-free tiramisu. Service was very friendly and we found the price to be absolutely okay given the location almost on the water (depending on the seat with a lake view).
Known for its imaginative cuisine, this welcoming spot offers a varied menu in a tranquil setting, making it a top choice for pizza lovers.

Best gluten free pizza ever!
If the gluten-free dough is selected, you can choose all variations. Super tasty dough – just like “real” pizza dough.
The gluten-free tiramisu is also highly recommended. The journey is worth it!

Wonderful restaurant in the center of Cortina. We found it on Google looking for places that had gluten-free options and it was a success. The service was very fast and the staff very friendly. We ordered a salad and two soups. Then we shared the eggs because they looked good. All the dishes were very delicious and well priced. Very good value for money. The only drawback I have is that they did not have the entire letter translated; They only had the part of the pizzas in English.

Excellent tavern where you can find typical Veronese cuisine;
Boiled meat with Pearà is something special!
Super friendly and helpful staff
Abundant dishes, vast choice of starters, first and second courses; Good choice of wines too
Gluten-free dishes also available.
Small and private place, booking recommended
Creative pizza with unique dough options and a solid craft beer selection make this a must-visit spot for a fun night out.

I had lunch with my wife and son on Sunday 9 March. My son has celiac disease while I have a form of intolerance and therefore I try to limit my gluten consumption. The venue is among those certified by the AIC. My opinion is very positive. The place is spacious and bright and the tables are adequately separated from each other. The bathrooms are very clean and the service, also because the gluten-free pizzas have a special oven, was very quick. The staff are all very kind. The two gluten-free pizzas, one margherita and one with salami, were very good and plentiful. My wife's tagliatelle were also good, definitely abundant and rich in sauce, but in her opinion they were slightly al dente. The desserts are very good, a creme brulee and two tiramisu, all gluten-free. The prices of the pizzas are decidedly good, a gluten-free Neapolitan pizza at nine euros is a rare commodity, twelve euros for fettuccine is a fair cost while five euros for each dessert is not cheap. Total cost, with drinks and two coffees, of €74.60 which I consider correct considering that we are in the center of Asiago. I highly recommend the place and will definitely go back. The only weak point, which is the total lack of gluten-free first courses. I would like to point out that to find a place it is always necessary to book and that it is advisable to notify when booking that you are eating gluten-free. Finally, I recommend avoiding the places closest to the stove, which are too hot.
With a huge menu offering a variety of pizzas and a cozy vibe, this spot impresses with seasonal flavors and friendly service.

Nice place and very friendly staff.
It is in the AIC circuit and has a very extensive gluten-free menu. While I was waiting for my gluten-free dish, they brought me a delicious hot focaccia.

Gluten free pizza with delicious crust! The toppings and amount of cheese (didn't cover the pizza, not so tasty) left some to be desired. Worth a visit if gluten free, though.

Incredible, very good and well-kept cuisine. I have allergy problems and when they brought me the menu it said that every dish could be made gluten-free!!! The pizza wasn't with the usual ready-made base but they make it themselves, it's amazing I've never eaten a pizza like this! Even the desserts were available with or without gluten. The very young attentive and professional staff.... You have to go to understand and try....10 stars

We ordered 3 takeaway pizzas, one of which was half a meter and 2 gluten-free. The half meter is very good but €24 is a bit excessive. The gluten-free ones... they make a lot of money, €4 just for the gluten-free option so a classic frankfurter and chips cost €15; I would say very excessive.
Staff at the checkout are rude and seem to be bothered by the fact that you want to order.
Enjoy a fun and unique experience with customizable pizza options, a beautiful lakeside view, and a vibrant atmosphere perfect for gatherings.

Food was not fresh. Soggy pizza and the seafood in the pasta tasted a bit off. Waiter did not understand celiac allergy which was a bit concerning. Wine was nice.

Tourists in Padua, 3 of us came on a Saturday evening: a celiac, a vegetarian and a boy in a wheelchair. We booked at the last minute and found an exceptional welcome, as well as excellent cuisine with adequate options for our diets at an absolutely honest price. We had a great time and felt very comfortable, as well as pleasantly full. Highly recommended.

I only had a pizza and it was a little disappointing, but still tasty. I didn’t get sick and I am very sensitive which is much more important to me than food taste, to be honest.

Delicious pizza. If you're lucky, you can eat right by the water. The selection is huge and although it's not on the menu, all pizzas can certainly be prepared gluten-free. Pizza to Go is not possible.

One of the few places that pay attention to customers' intolerances, in fact I am celiac and lactose intolerant, here I can find the best gluten-free pizza with lactose-free mozzarella I have ever eaten, not the usual frozen bases you find around, here the dough is made by them and they are AIC certified. There is no shortage of gluten-free desserts and beer. The girls are available and super prepared. Toppppp!!

Ordered 2 takeaway pizzas, 1 of which was gluten-free. They made a mistake and they both made it normal for me and even though they realized it, they didn't warn me.
They brought it to me gluten-free later but with the wrong ingredients.
I strongly advise against this pizzeria to everyone after the last change of management.
Let's hope we don't get sick.

This was our last evening in Venice and was by far the best meal! A highlight was of course the gluten-free bread with the Aperol, but also the gluten-free pasta and the tiramsu. The best gluten-free tiramsu I've eaten so far. The ambience and service were also really great. So cozy! We really felt very comfortable. Great recommendation! ☺️

AIC certified restaurant, therefore totally gluten-free, and included in the Michelin 2025 guide.
A note of merit for the inclusive choice of the managers, who include a wide selection of vegetable dishes in the menu (which have nothing to envy of the others) and the possibility of ordering a totally vegan tasting menu.
I was particularly amazed by the variety of types of bread, all truly delicious and prepared by them.
Good dishes, really nice presentation.
The entree (light Russian vegan salad with crunchy puff pastry), the macaroni with nettles and tofu and in particular the legume burger were appreciated.
Really recommended for both dinner and an aperitif 👍

Unfortunately, despite having been a customer of this pizzeria for more than 10 years, I find myself forced to leave a negative review due to a very serious episode and the total lack of professionalism in managing the error.
As always, I ordered a gluten-free pizza for myself, and three more with gluten. When I went to collect them, I paid and went home, but upon opening my pizza I noticed that the dough was too similar to the other three. I then called to be sure and was confirmed that it was, in fact, not gluten free. They told me to take it back to do it again, but the point wasn't the mistake itself (which can always happen), but rather the way it was handled.
Not only did I not receive any apologies, either on the phone or in person, but the owner also questioned whether I had requested a gluten-free pizza on the phone, despite being a regular customer and a celiac. Instead of taking responsibility for what happened, he responded smugly by saying that I should have known that they always put gluten-free pizza at the top with the words 'Sg' written in marker. I confirm the writing, I actually knew it, but certainly from the order in which they put the pizzas I think it's obvious not. Therefore, I pointed out to her that as a customer, I cannot know all their internal procedures and, since it is an AIC certified pizzeria, it is absurd to have to check box by box when you rely on a place that should guarantee maximum safety, and that knew very well that I had celiac disease, as confirmed by the owner herself while we spoke.
I point out that if I had eaten that pizza, the consequences would have been very serious for me, as well as possibly for the place, yet there was not the slightest sign of displeasure or understanding. Furthermore, due to this situation, the people I was having dinner with had to wait and eat the now cold pizza, not to mention the inconvenience of having to go back several times.
I would like to point out that a mistake can always happen, but the owner's attitude was unacceptable. A minimum of apology and humility would have made the difference. It's a shame, because after so many years of trust, an experience like this makes me never want to return.
