Celiacs run!!!! We went specifically because they promote that they have gluten-free dishes and we had seen good comments regarding this topic, the reality has been the opposite. It is true that the letter states that there may be cross-contamination (in many places they state this to avoid lawsuits, but we are traveling and do not have many options, and we think they would be more aware). They do not offer any gluten-free dishes that are not contaminated (despite charging €1 for the gluten-free option). We went with my daughter, who even started to cry because of the disappointment and they weren't able to offer us gluten-free bread (they have some) but uncontaminated (they use the same oven for everyone and you can see that they don't have protective bags to bake) or any other solution (not a sad omelette in a clean pan, even though we suggested it), not packaged ham, not even fruit,... Understanding 0. A disaster. Misleading advertising, if you can't offer it, don't promote it with all the gluten free icons, it's a lie.

Beautiful decor, staff always welcoming and pleasant, service without waiting, very good and well served dishes. I was even able to drink a gluten-free buckwheat beer and it's the first time that a restaurant has one: I loved it and had a great evening, I'll come back more often!

3rd time I have ordered from them and in terms of cuisine I have no complaints, everything I ordered was very good however the service is really not there. The first time I ordered takeout, I ordered a gluten-free dessert and I ended up with one containing gluten. The other 2 times I order by click and collect because I work nearby and I don't have time to wait and in the end when I arrive on time the orders are not ready and I find myself having to wait almost 20 minutes which is no longer click and collect it's a real shame because I really like what they do

ATTENTION CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP! It's no longer the menu from before nor the same gluten-free principle etc... It's important to say this because the opinions and dishes in photos are no longer the same. That being said, here is my opinion: We had the breaded veal escalope with mushroom and vegetable sauce and the cordon bleu, well served and very good. Desserts: gourmet coffee and cheesecake, it was also good but in terms of the dosage of cream there is an imbalance in the tiramisu and the cheesecake where the cream dominates a little too much, say the pastry chef. But the value for money is very good, we had a very nice evening, we also feel that it has only been 6 days since the restaurant was taken over, the staff needs to get their bearings 😉 We will come back. Thanks to the whole team. Good luck and success, catering is not an easy job 😉

We tried Gérardmer's Bistro Burger, but we were left wanting more... The burger was expensive and unfortunately quite dry, which made it a little disappointing. The positive point is that it offers (as a paid option) gluten-free bread. Not really the experience we were hoping for.

Small restaurant offering both tatami and classic table/chair tables. A small treat is offered at the start of the meal: edamame and fried tofu stuffed with rice, very well made and perfectly matches its role as an appetizer. Karaage as a starter, we can regret a slight overcooking but the seasonings are good and the frying is not too greasy. Wafu ramen with beef as a dish, the broth has a good beef taste. The pieces of meat are well marinated and simmered which makes the meat very tender and retains its flavor well. The noodles have absorbed the flavors of the broth well and retain very good elasticity. Everything is served with seaweed to give a slight iodized taste and leeks to bring back a little freshness. The service is efficient and pleasant. We can regret disposable chopsticks of poor quality and which are not pleasant in the mouth. We also note that the noodles exist in a gluten-free version (buckwheat noodles) which can be very pleasant for people who have intolerances. A restaurant that we recommend without hesitation.

We had super good gluten-free cookies (crepes) for dinner. They take pollution into account. Perfect for celiacs. I don't think they have anything else and from the restaurant you can see two microwaves. With just one you'll be full and for dessert we ordered one with Nutella. It's about time we found a place like this!! Thank you !!!

We ate into this restaurant because it was said to be aware of celiac disease and have knowledge of how to manage gluten free meals. Unfortunately one of the dessert was not gluten free, it contained biscuits even if I reminded to have a gluten free version of a simple icecream, claimed to be gluten free in general. The problem was that the biscuit was under the icecream, so my child ate a bit of it because not visible. We received the apologies of the waitress and we appreciate it, but for who works in this business paying attention to allergies and intolerance is always a must.

I fell in love with this restaurant found at the last minute, superb welcome with particular attention to my gluten intolerance, I was able to choose everything on the menu because they adapted from the starter to the dessert which is in generally quite rare. Atypical but interesting atmosphere. We came a lot and still got something to eat - thank you for that! The prices are not cheap, but in my opinion the price-performance ratio is still good. All the dishes were very good, I can highly recommend the truffle pasta! Tomato mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella) was also very, very good. In addition, all pasta dishes can be ordered gluten-free. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Delicious !!! One of the only catering establishments that caters to people with gluten intolerance, very welcoming and cheerful staff, always a pleasure to come and eat there with family, very wide range of burger choices which allows to satisfy many people, moreover with an option to make your own burger based on preferences. The best fast food you can eat and which far outstrips other brands!!! Fresh and good products, what more could you look for? I highly recommend!!

Found this wonderful restaurant whilst searching a gluten free app. Set in the heart of fabulous Troyes which is abundant with medieval buildings, culture and atmosphere. Lovely greeting, drinks ordered, then what we’d come for - the gf galettes! Ham, mushroom & cheese for Linda then a salmon one for me & a side of ecrasé pomme de terre. Food came quickly and we were stuffed when finished! Highly recommended.

We went there because my friend was looking for gluten free food. She had pizza and really liked it, while I hat Tortellini and absolutely loved it. They have a nice range of different vegetarian and some vegan options. The staff is friendly and the prices are very good for Strasbourg. I highly recommend this place.

I have Celiac so my family eats gluten free. After so many days of meat and bread heavy meals we were looking for veggies. This was the first time I've been able to have couscous since my diagnosis and it was amazing. It came with a sauce but I loved the flavor of the couscous so much that I didn't use the sauce. I don't do spicy so I got mine with the meatballs and chicken. The chicken was fine but omg those meatballs. My husband enjoyed his couscous as well and my son also liked the tangine we ordered him. The waitress seemed very knowledgeable and I didn't feel concerned at all about safety. I just wish they opened earlier as we usually eat around 5pm as my son wakes us up early so we are early to bed but that might just be an us thing.

We were very well received at NoMad for our Afterwork. There were 12 of us and we had a beautiful table on the terrace under the pergola. The service was fast and quality. The sharing boards are really well stocked and the bread was good, we even had gluten-free ones for one person in our group who is intolerant. The musical atmosphere was nice.

Being used to the place, I had never taken the time to write a review. So what can I say, except that everything is at the top in this restaurant: the owners are adorable, take great care of the customers and deploy crazy energy to stand out and bring their establishment to life. The team is adorable, the good humor is there, the garden is a little corner of paradise and the cuisine is delicious, with lots of fresh and local products. Friday I tried the pulled pork and it was to die for!!!!! And special diets (vegan, gluten-free) have their place. Excellent value for money. This restaurant is a must!!!!!!
